But it turned out as a win for me because they were extremely knowledgeable and they eased my concerns regarding dealing with my insurance and the whole process. If you have ever been in an accident, you know the amount of anxiety it can bring and then having to deal with an unknown collision shop can be scary. Likes: Good service. Chris was very helpful, friendly and professional (and like tri-lingual because I heard him speaking Chinese and Spanish to other people!). We accidentally left keys in the car after dropping the car off at the shop, so we had to call him the next day and he drove in to open up the shop even though the shop was closed that day. Work on my car bumper was completed in about two weeks. A rental car was provided for the period I was car-less (although the type of car I got kinda sucked because I wasn't use to driving American cars.) He offered to change my rental car as soon as another rental car became available but since that would've been two days before my car would be done, I declined. My car was delivered to me in less than 2 weeks. It looks brand new. I am 100% happy with it. Chris was really helpful. The day I took my car in, he took care of everything including calling insurance, getting me a rental car, etc. He's very professional with good ethic in all that he does. You can never be prepared for a major collision, you just sort of have to hold on and pray for the best. I held on, got a cut on my middle finger for it (which seemed a bit appropriate given the situation) but I hung in there. Thankfully these guys are in business or I might have been giving everyone the bird on a sunny afternoon. After I had just been sandwiched on the highway, I was referred to speak with Andre and see what he had to say. I was a bit hesitant but soon enough I was picked up and driven away to a rental agency in no time. Andre and Chris give an honest to goodness crap about the people they help. I was given a rental at no charge to me so I could continue on with life at that moment and Andre even went so far as to get the ball rolling on all fronts with everyone involved with my collision. I appreciate the effort these guys put in to repairing my car and couldn't rate them with anything lower than with the highest of praise. They are dedicated to their clients, see them as people and not just as customers, and are the best of the best at what they do. As for the repair work on my car? At first, I was a little skeptical about having my car repaired at this place. I was referred here by an acquaintance. However, after meeting Chris and his team, they assured me a good finished product. There were several nice newer European, Japanese, and American cars with pending damage. Some vehicles appeared brand new, with small dents/scratches being addressed. I own a Lexus IS 300, had a bumper damage to the passenger side due to flying debris on the fwy. It took about two weeks to complete the body work. Once I picked up my car, I was VERY PLEASED! I Absolutely loved the finished product! My car looks brand new! When I opened the door to the car I observed it was also very squeeky clean! Vacuumed floors/seats and wiped down console. THE BONUS! Chris guaranteed the paint and body work - if anything goes wrong, I can take it back so they could fix! They drove me home and picked me up to get the car. I rear ended someone on the freeway, and frankly I was quiet nervous about the cost for repair for my car. My friend Joe hooked me up with David, and after a 5 minutes brief conversation, he sent a tow truck to pick up my car in Culver city. The repair took 2 weeks and they also supplemented me with a rental car. last night my friend got into an accident. and with my AAA account only having 7 miles of towing available, Andre came to us and offered that the car would be fixed at his place if we had full coverage insurance. Even when we just had liability, he still let us keep the car there overnight with the acception that we cover the extra miles charge from the towing. $36 is much better than $150 to get it back to my house. I got into an accident in my BMW about 60 miles from this shop. They sent their tow truck to pick it up from the scene of the accident for free and returned it to my house when the repairs were completed. I was afraid that my car wouldn't drive the same after the accident since the whole front end was smacked in; but to my surprise, the repair was perfect and I've been driving the same car for years without any issues. My Pregnant wife and i were on our way to Los Angeles to celebrate a very special day in our lives. On the 60 near Whittier we were in stop and go traffic when a woman on her phone slammed into our car and smashed us between herself and the car in front of us. Our car was totaled, we were confused and scared. When we finally got to the point that we could get my wife off the freeway and to a medical center "Andre" arrived. He was compassionate,eager to help and made us feel at ease. My front bumper on my Acura TL was damaged a couple years ago and I just never got around to fixing it. It looked TERRIBLE. From the moment, we arrived, I knew it was going to be a great experience. Chris was honest from the start and never tried to up-sell any services. In fact, he talked me out of doing some repairs to my car that weren't really necessary. After three days, and constant updates via text message, my baby was ready. The work was beyond my expectations. My car looks absolutely AMAZING!! They don't do the work while the part is still on the car (my front bumper for example), they actually remove it, so they can get into every corner and the end result is nothing short of FLAWLESS.
