Beware of the criminals. My customer had a fire stick stolen. They company this company subbed out only did half the job I order 8" plus to fill the cieling bays they only gave me 4.5 . I can get them back on the for any compensation or correction they office manager Chad just say hell have the estimator call me for weeks now.the place is a shell of a building I went into complain the place was open but no one was around to hear me. If I was the business owner I'd be nervous the people I have working for me are gonna run my business in to the ground as they are hurting the people that hire themselves business by horrible work ethics. read more

We were contacted by Insul - Kings after going through the Mass save program. Scheduling the work was a breeze and they communicated with us throughout about the arrival time, estimated work hours and what kind of work would they be doing. They arrived right on time with three personnel. To start, they had us close down all the windows of the house and sealed the front door with a fan pulling air to check the sealing of the house. Then they proceeded with checking the CO level and finally started the insulation work. They checked all the doors and sealed the leaky ones. A majority of the time was spent in adding the insulation in the attic. Post insulation work they rechecked the sealing of the house and showed us the number which dropped, showing efficacy of the work they put in. Hardworking, communicative, transparent and easy to work with would be the words I'll use to describe them. Without hesitation, I'll have them if more work is needed in the future. read more

I hired this firm to address insulation in my attic and my work was performed through the Mass Save program. From what I can tell, the work that was contracted was performed. The crew was not careful inside the home on the way to the attic so I now have hours of sanding and painting to do to repair the damage to woodwork. They are quick to respond to calls while you are still a "prospect" for them, but good luck getting them on the phone when you want to talk to them about their performance. They hide behind an answering service even during business hours. No wonder they require a check on the way out the door. read more

Their customer service Representative was very friendly and assisted me by setting me up with a free estimate with one of their insulation estimators. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond what I expected for a free estimate. The estimator did a great job explaining what they could offer and even showed me the areas in my attic where I needed to fix so I can stop any future ice dams on my roof. He went over the estimate In full detail, and answered all my questions. I was sold, and I signed my contract and gave my deposit so I can get the work done. Called for an estimate and they sent out their estimator who looked over the project and said he'd submit it to his people and they would contact me. Waited and no word. Called and was told estimator would e-mail me the estimate. No contact. Called again and a third person said estimator would call me. No word yet again. Called and was told again that they would call estimator and have him call me right back. Never heard from anyone, so went with another company. If they can't even get beyond the estimate stage with professionalism and courtesy, how could they ever be trusted to perform a job properly from beginning to end? read more

Let me start off with WOW! I just had Insul-Kings come out to install dense pack cellulose insulation retrofitted into my exterior walls. I was worried about the exterior holes and siding removal but that was quickly forgotten once the work began. The complete install was done from outside, which involved removing my siding then drilling about a 2 to 3 inch hole. Then blowing in the cellulose (using the dense pack technique) followed by sealing the hole with a plug, then reinstalling the vinyl siding. This was done in sections around my entire house!!! It was a ton of work, That the Belgrave family is extremely grateful for! My house is a two story colonial which is more like three stories due to the walk-out basement which added to the difficulty. They were very thorough during the install and had to work around everything you could think of including mini-split condensers, light fixtures, security cameras, porches, gutters, house addition bump-outs ECT. Larry, Steve, Jeff and then joining in on day 4 (i am bad with names) but i believe his name was Chris were absolute professionals. Their workmanship was amazing, efficient and extremely clean. If you were not around to see them in action, you wouldn't even know they were there! I am Extremely satisfied and will be a customer for life thanks guys!!! read more

If you are thinking of using this company think again! We contracted to have insul kings install spray foam insulation in our home. The sales person came out measured our home, consulted and energy audit we had done and gave us a quote. We paid the deposit and scheduled the work. On the day the work was to be done, the crew arrived followed by the sales person, only to inform us they had misquoted the job and it was twice the amount originally stated. The sales person had several reasons for why this happened but seemed to expect us to agree to the higher cost. We asked him to stay while we called the home office but instead he and the crew took off. When I reached Bobby Desouza at the home office he was little help. Again saying it wasn't fair to have his company eat the cost of their mistake, that we had not wanted to compromise when he offered a slightly discounted price, (although we had never been told about the offer) and that he had a crew that he had to pay hundreds of dollars with out any work! I get that Mistakes can happen however I think integrity of a company is shown by how they correct their mistake. Based on my experience this company has no integrity. read more
