Customers beware! I wrote a check to In Style on an account that was subsequently closed due to identity theft. I immediately notified In Style and gave them a replacement check and a letter from my bank explaining the situation. In Style cashed my replacement check and then sent me to collections on the first check anyway, charging me again plus an additional $25 fee! Bad business. I will never go there again. read more

I was impressed that they actually sit you for awhile so your feet can soak in the blue water. Usually, nail spas just rush into it. I dont know who my nail lady was but she rushed the whole pedicure. Didnt scrub enough, slapped on the top coat and the paint (I could literally feel it on my skin). Basically, I didnt feel like I got anything done. I don't think i'll be back for a pedicure I could get elsewhere for the same price. read more

First time visit to this facility. I felt tricked and manipulated after I had a relaxing pedicure. When I was paying, I found out they ONLY accept cash or checks. I didn't have enough cash in my wallet. HOWEVER, they provided an ATM to use to get cash. But, there is a charge to use this ATM of course. A percentage of which the business collects for having an ATM on their premise. I don't use my ATM card anymore for safety reasons. So, I was not happy that they did not inform me on the phone when I made the appointment to bring cash. The guy at the front (owner) told me, "everybody who comes here knows to bring cash." Okay, well I won't be going back there. Who doesn't take a credit card these days? read more

This place was lucky to get 2 stars from me. My visit wasn't a disaster, but the price I paid was! I got a pedicure and a full set & by looking at their menu I expected to pay somewhere between 60 & 80 dollars. A little expensive but I wanted to treat myself because I hadn't had a spa treatment in a while. I noticed all the employees were in Miss Me or other form of bedazzled $100 jeans; that should have been a clue. The service was not bad but as Jane said I would've appreciated harder scrubbing and better cuticle removal. I did get flowers on my feet and gel on my nails but my services did NOT add up to $107. When I asked for a breakdown of my pricing the guy said, "you came on a bad day, we're very busy." Ok. So you overcharge me? Anyway the lady that did my nails came over and quickly told me the breakdown of everything, again not 107. I paid and told the man I'd never be back because of how expensive it was and he said, "yes, we are pretty pricey." If I wasn't rushing off to my cousins birthday dinner they would've heard a lot more from me. Pro Happy Nail is much better. I will never step foot in this place again! read more

Have had acrylic nails for over 10 years.Went in for a fill and gelac polish and one of the worst I have had in years. Asked for a ballet pink color, something neutral, since I have just taken a break from the french/ pink and white. The place I went to last by my office in San Diego (usual place I use) did a fabulous job and I loved it. This technician was rude after I asked if she could clean up the polish all over my cuticles. She said it would wash off. Well, that was 4 days ago and my nails are embarrassing! I spent $37.00 on a fill which seemed high. I was so disappointed and walked to the car and then went back in to see if something could be done and the same person, "Lori" said it will be fine. My husband said it looked like I painted nails myself. I will not be back and was very disappointed that they did not offer to make it right or at least repolish correctly. Tempted to upload a photo, just to show the bad work. Still frustrated to look at hands and will pay to have polish change elsewhere, as I do not care to go back again. read more

Second time there, horrible yet again! Sloppy nail polish, all over my cuticles, it was so thick I had air bubbles everywhere. She was so rude, didn't even say thank you when I handed her a 20% tip. Went home and had to redo them myself Waste of money! read more

I love this place so amazing! Great staff. Stylists are amazing. The Manger up front (joseph) is so funny he defiantly cheers me up every time I go. I definitely recommend this place to new comers! This place is very relaxing. I will be returning! read more

The service here is expensive and inattentive. For example, after completing my manicure, the worker took me to the drying off area and never turned on the fans for me. They are overpriced and do not take credit cards. The ATM machine did not work, so in the middle of my manicure, I had to walk to CVS to get them money. The final product - my nails- were awful and I hated my manicure completely. I took it off as soon as I got home.I don't recommend this place to anyone! read more

My experience at instyle was not the best. I am a teen in high school and they treated me like a kid. messy manicure and paint left all over my fingers was not worth the expensive price read more

As always I make an appointment and have to wait 20 minutes, what's the point of making an appointment? I asked for a spa pedicure, gel take off and a manicure and they didn't even give me a manicure and my nails look terrible worst place ever read more

I used to go to this nail salon when I lived in Temecula. It took along time to find one I liked as much in my new area. I was excited when I received a gift card to this nail salon for my birthday. I met a friend that I had not seen for a long times and excited to have a nice pedi and girl time. I called to make an appointment for 11am on a Wednesday. I asked for 2 pedicures and my friend wanted a manicure. I asked for the mani and pedi to be at the same time. I get pedicures regularly and the best part is the massage since I'm on my feet a lot. Since I had a gift card and it was a kind of a special day I decided on the best pedicure. It was $45, a few different treatments and it said " extra massage". I got there 10 mins after my friend did. Her pedi was already started and her lady was very nice and chatty. My lady did not say a word and rushed through the whole thing. I barely got any massage, and mine was done before hers. It was very disappointing. It's rare that I have time or money to splurge on myself like that. For $45 I should have walked out feeling great instead of disappointed. My friend never did get her manicure. When we asked the guy he said there was no one to do it. Well I made an appointment for it! We both walked out feeling ripped off. I'm not sad that I moved away from my favorite nail place anymore!! read more

This was my first visit to this nail salon and I'm super disappointed. I showed up about 15 minutes early to my appointment and got seated quickly, which was nice. All of the workers were sitting around on their phones not doing anything, and when the guy asked one of the ladies to do a full set she looked so annoyed. It seemed like she was trying to rush through it because it was almost the end of the day. She finished my full set and then told me to pay her before she painted my nails, which I don't understand why? And they only take cash and check so if you have a card you have to use their ATM machine and get charged an extra dollar. After she painted my nails she didn't clean it up to make sure it looked good. My hands were so messy from the nail polish. Definitely not happy with this service and won't be coming back. read more

Everything about this place is excellent. I almost gave four stars because I thought can't be perfect but then I realized there wasn't anything I didn't like. They have great service...offer refreshments. They aren't cheap but I feel like you get what you pay for. Everyone is friendly and it's a really clean and comfortable environment. I have been searching for a nail place I can keep going to and I finally found it. read more

one of the girls literally ripped my sisters acrylics off one by one instead of filing them off. her acrylics were only like two weeks old and not lifting at all. instead of filing them down like a normal nail salon she literally ripped them off to the point where my sister, who is 23 and has a super high pain tolerance, was literally crying. and even better this psycho was laughing that she was crying. felt a lot more like playing games with jigsaw then having your nails done. super poopy; 10/10 would not recommend read more

I have been coming to this place off and on for the last year and each time I am so disappointed. It's close to my home and convenient. They don't have many colors to choose from, they constantly try to up sale to a gel polish even when you say no several times. I asked for the luxury pedicure last time and it was terrible. On the callus remover they actually scratched the backs of my heels and I had scabs for about a week. Also, they are very pushy about picking your nail color right away. It's very annoying when you want to spend some time looking at the colors, relaxing, and enjoying the process. It's never been that way. When I have asked for nail designs in the past and have shown them pictures of what I want, they have never done what I want because they say they can't. And it's not very difficult designs whatsoever. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed here as well, and they always try to get my to do other waxes. If I wanted another service I would have asked for it. I'm fed up with the place and keep hoping it will change. It hasn't. And it won't. Taking my business elsewhere. read more
