They will outsource their calls because you will have a problem when you go here. They overcharged me $40, after I presented a coupon that Erin said she applied, as well as clearly denying an oil filter change that I was charged for anyway, AND didn't get the filter changed. So I was charged $160 for an oil change, no receipt, no oil change sticker in my car, no sensor reset, no tire fill up, and no fluid top off. so basically free money for them i guess. oh and I was there for an hour in the heat. This was my first visit at an oil change in Texas since I moved here, and because my technician was making small talk and i was sitting in my hot car for an hour in august, I was a bit distracted and didn't realize i didn't get my receipt or reminder sticker. Calling their shop phone automatically sends you to a call center that outsources their calls from all different countries. My problem is that they are incredibly rude and unwilling to help, or unable, or both. Only Cindy was able to help me by sending me a virtual receipt, which is how i know i was overcharged, but she wasn't able to do much else. I do have dozens of emails that show that the district manager Amber McDowell was supposed to get back to me months ago about the horrible experience and being overcharged and lied to, but of course I get nothing in response, sometimes I will get copy and paste ChatGPT responses from some guy named Brian, but usually it's ghost mode. They got my money, so they don't seem to GAF. My last resort is going in person to speak to Erin herself. Shame on this shop. I should've listened to everyone else! UPDATE: their response was as expected, copy and paste like all the others. If she took the time to read the actual review I wrote, they would see it calling that number is useless.

Let me know I also had a headlight out and got that replaced. Told me I needed a transmission flush and explained how they were going to do it and why it would be done that way. Then We found out they couldn't do it, again because of my special car, because they didn't carry what my car needed. Jaime gave me a recommendation on what to do and what to expect. They were very honest and broke down what all the fees were, when replacing my lightbulb, he showed me before he took the bulb out that it was out, wiggled it around, then pulled it out and showed me the bulb. Any little thing, the showed me and explained what was being done and why. Probably the best experience I ever had getting an oil change.
