The following week, he called to advise he had the part and soon arrived and fixed up our new stove. Kevin knows his stuff and made it look easy. I was afraid we had received a lemon. Luckily, some things were disconnected and a wrong orifice used. He was aware of these gotchas and now we love our new red stove.
