On a day that could have been chaotic, they brought a calm, professional presence that helped everything feel effortless. Not only were they super nice and fun to be around, they also went above and beyond in every way. They arrived well before their contracted time and stayed late to make sure they captured every last important moment--big and small. It was clear that they truly cared about getting it all just right. One thing that really stood out was how clearly they understood their creative vision. They were fantastic at subtly directing us and maneuvering around to get the best shots without ever making things feel staged or unnatural. Their eye for composition and storytelling was so apparent in the way they worked throughout the day. While we haven't received the final footage yet, based on their stellar portfolio and what we experienced firsthand, we're already confident it's going to be absolutely amazing. We are beyond happy we chose Small Hour Films--they were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. If you're considering them, don't hesitate. You'll be in excellent hands.

Loved everything about them, they were able to capture exactly how our wedding went down. First, Cody is super responsive once you put in a inquire. He emailed within 24 hours. Second, they are easy to communicate with and broke down all of the packages to us, so we were able to pick the perfect one and work with our budget. Day of our wedding, I wasn't sure what to expect (I always feel awkward when you have a camera/video on me), but really it was like they weren't even there. They just captured the moment and made you look good! My family and friends are crazy, so when it came down to the dancing, it was awesome! They were right in the mix and created the most epic dance video! I still watch it every so often to relive that day. If only I could have a party every year...ok, maybe every 5 years. I would want to have Image Creations there to capture it. Highly recommend them!

I initially heard about them through a friend who also booked them for her wedding. I checked out their website and liked their work, so I went ahead and emailed them about their services and rates. They were very prompt in their communications with me and actually emailed me within 24 hours of me inquiring about their services. I LOVE when vendors reply back quickly and don't leave me hanging for days! Image Creations was very professional and started off by asking me a series of questions, such as the location of my wedding and whether I had any special performances, and then they gave me a quote. After this we set up a consultation to meet in person and that's when we met Annie Canada. She was very sweet and approachable, and also very informative. She also seemed experienced and gave me a lot of tips and things to think about regarding videography that I never would've thought about. After meeting with her and seeing what the company was all about we decided to book with them! Fast forward almost a year later to the wedding day... I didn't really know what to expect from the videographers but I wasn't worried at all because I knew they were on top of their stuff. They had a team of 3 at our wedding doing the videography...Cody was the main videographer and he had two assistants, one of which was Annie (his wife) =). They all were so very professional and really made themselves blend in so they weren't in anyone's ways. There were a few moments during the day where Cody had us do a series of things, such as look a certain way or walk along the beach smiling at each other, etc, in order to get different shots. But for the most part we didn't have to work too hard and they just did their thing blending in the background and getting candid footage of the wedding day. The contract stated that they will have the finished product completed within 6 months, which I thought was a reasonable time. And actually for us we received it a few weeks ago which made it 5 months. We loved our video as it captured all of the most important parts of the wedding such as the vows, different performances we had, the speeches, the dancing, etc. And the fun part about it was that we got to watch it together on Valentine's Day...It was so romantic! =) Image Creations really captured what I wanted from our wedding and they did an amazing job. They were very professional, detailed, thorough, timely, and easy to get along with, and I highly recommend Image Creations for any videography needs, especially for weddings!

Video 21 again was awesome. Throughout my friends wedding 6 years ago and my sisters wedding 2 years ago..many couples (about at least 10 that I can count on the top of my head) I know have chosen to work with Video 21. Many have said because they are the the nicest people in the universe and they are excellent in what they do. Trust me. I already knew Video 21 was going to be my videographer one day. on 11/10/12 I got married. I am SO not the type to be in front of the camera. On my wedding day...it did not feel like I was being videoed....(is that even a word). Davis and Janice were like friends coming over to see what was going on. They make you feel so comfortable you don't even have to worry about being camera shy. Their personalities are just pure addicting. When Toney and I met with Davis and Janice to discuss our interest...we ended up staying/talking for 2 hours! We just talked and got a feel of what we wanted on our day and they were very attentive. I am always and still EVEN after getting married..i keep up with their videos and they just know how to capture every moment perfectly. I highly recommend Video 21 for all your video needs...you will not regret it. Just watching our Same Day Edits... I know for sure the final product will be spectacular...just as they are. :) check out our same day edits if you like...and see what i mean. https://vimeo.com/53285003

Very immature and unprofessional, as well as vindictive. I did not call to complain. We all laughed about it. In hind sight it is very disturbing this company would do something for a wedding video. There are so many good videographers out there. I would highly recommend to seek others.
