Justin and Josh worked tirelessly with us on the day of, and was incredibly professional and courteous despite a grueling, nearly full day of shooting. They worked closely and in sync with our photographers throughout the day to capture everything from pre-wedding attire changes throughout different parts of the hotel grounds and the beach, the tea ceremony, the actual ceremony, and all the way through until the end of the reception. And were very knowledgeable in providing guidance and instructions throughout the day. Just a quick 2-days after our wedding day, we received a short clip from Justin with highlights of our wedding day that we were able to share with our friends and family on social media. And just a week and a half later, we received our full wedding video with some great clips and montages, including wedding guest best wishes and a beautiful drone shot of the grounds and the majestic Hawaiian waters. We had some minor edit requests for our wedding video which Justin was quick to respond to, and we were very happy with the end results. Thank you so much Justin and Josh! The photos we received for our wedding turned out wonderfully -- our families were so happy with them, and we were grateful to have those memories captured. But sadly, we're now past 8 months since our wedding, and we still haven't received our highlight or full video, despite following up several times. We also asked for a few specific/missing photos (a large group reception shot and a portrait of the bride with her immediate family) that still haven't been delivered. What's been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and communication. We've been incredibly patient, giving space for the creative process and trying not to rush the team. But after so many months and repeated follow-ups, we're left feeling anxious and in the dark. We've just repeatedly been told "next week" for months and now we've reached a point that we've been entirely ghosted. We trusted Isle Media to preserve the emotional essence of a once-in-a-lifetime day -- and now we're afraid we may never get to relive it the way we had hoped. For a service of this cost and significance, this level of delay and silence is deeply disheartening. If/when our remaining photos and videos are delivered at the high-quality standard you would expect from Isle Media, I'll gladly update this review -- but as it stands, I wouldn't want another couple to go through this and therefore can't recommend their services to anyone looking for an event photographer/ videographer.

This room can seat about 20/30 people and there is a separate little room for kids or people who don't want to be in the Karaoke mix hehe. We're SO glad that we did!!! The Aloha Media team was super easy to work with throughout the entire process and it was so nice to work with 1 company for all of those elements of our wedding. Justyn and Ryan were our photographers on the day (Justyn is the founder and CEO) and they were AMAZING!! So nice and fun! My husband and I are pretty shy in general so taking professional photos was a bit nerve wracking for us but Justyn and Ryan made us feel so comfortable the entire time and tailored the poses to ones that felt more like us. Justyn even made me feel comfortable right from the first phone call when we inquired about their availability and to see if they could be the right fit. The day of the session went well despite a little wind making hair placement difficult. Other than that, she arrived on time and accommodated our change of location requests. My only complaint is that she didn't take as many candid or playful shots of the kids or family as I expected. I also felt like we didn't get as much direction as to how to pose. She did advise us in what order to stand. I would have maybe liked a few seated poses as well. Overall, she was friendly and professional. She even took some photos with my old polaroid camera per my request. The finished work arrived quickly via a link through email with direction on how to download and select favorites. The images are beautiful and the turn out with final editing was fast, approximately 2 to 3 days. I am pleased with how everything went and how it turned out.
