It was a wonderful experience doing business with this company. The designer, David, did a fantastic job. He came well-prepared to do all the measurements and listen to what my husband and I wanted. During the virtual call to discuss the proposal, he suggested different ways to maximize the space with some specific items and designed the closets that fit us the most. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process and made sure to accommodate proposed changes. On the installation day, Miguel and Nate came on time. They were very professional and efficient. When they moved materials and tools to my place, they protected my place from different angles without having any scratches and scuffs. After the installation was done, they ensured we were satisfied with the finished look and they also helped clean the closets. Inspired closets is fantastic. Can't say enough positive things about David and the installation crew. David came up with a great plan for the closet, which included 3-D graphics. Their price was reasonable. The quality of their materials is very good. And the installation was great- on time, kept everything very clean, very professional, and very capable. They noticed a couple of small defects (that I didn't notice), and returned within a week to replace them. I shopped around a bit to see what company fit my style and budget, and Inspired Closets was the best from the very beginning. David, my closet designer, spent over an hour on Zoom with me going over plans for my 2 little closets, he never upsold me anything and really put thought into different designs. While the closets were expensive, I think you get what you pay for. David was super passionate and excited to build exactly what I wanted. While it did take a long time for the closets to come in, Miguel came in to install my closets recently and he did an amazing job. Super clean looking, and the additional touches of crown molding were perfect and something extra that I couldn't have done myself. Miguel was on time, professional, quiet and clean, and was also excited about the design and how it came out. I also appreciated they let me keep a hanging rack temporarily while we waited for the closets to come in, smart! New home with a walk in closet needing better space usage. I came across Closet Classic's ad in the local town's welcome package. I called and Nick answered the phone - very professional and set up an appointment for a consult. Nick arrived on time on the day of the appointment. He walked me through what they did and measured the closet. Within a couple days as promised, Nick came up with a design. Upon review, a change was requested and was handled seamlessly. Updated designs where sent and approved. Scheduled installation and Nick called a couple days later to inform me that an early date was possible and if I'd like to move the install up. Day of installation, the team arrived on time. They dissembled the builder shelving; patched the holes and installed the custom designed closet. Very efficient. Very clean. Poor customer service. I had them install my closet October 2016, and was told that they back their product. When I contacted them end of last year and was given an exorbitant quote to fix my drawer. California Closet fixed it at no cost even though it was not their product. My interior designers will not use them. read more
