I'm a little late with this review. Requested the design and rates in mid January. I moved in early February. Literally had no where to put anything. Closet Craft moved up my installation by weeks and turned it around very quickly. I don't have a bad thing to say, just that this is the probably my favorite part about my new condo! Also, there was an issue with one the slide mechanisms on a drawer. I called, then they came out the very next day to correct it. All great things! read more

This review is somewhat late, as we started the design process during COVID. We converted a small study into a walk-in closet, and I was completely new to what is needed and how much and where stuff should go. Coset Craft had excellent, logical, cost-effective recommendations, and I really felt they were trying to build the right closet for my needs while respecting my budget. Second, I asked for a last-minute change in placement of a cabinet, and they accommodated that on-site without an up-charge. Finally, about two years after installation, we had a minor problem with one of the slides on a drawer, and the response to my request was instant. They had somebody come over the next day to fix the issue. No red tape, no questions, just great product and service. read more

I was referred here by my downstairs neighbor. I saw their closet and was very impressed by what was built. I contacted ClosetCraft via their website, and Merav was kind of enough to stop by late afternoon to discuss what i wanted built. She took all of the measurements and a few days later she gave me a very reasonable quote with computer graphic designs of the potential closets. Originally I wanted 1 linen closet, shelves created for a walk in closet and a hallway closet. However, after discussing the extra work needed for the walk-in closet to remove the existing structures, I opted for the 2 other closets. After a few weeks to procure the materials, Merav's father and crew came by to install both of my closets. They were meticulous. They acknowledged the fact that my floor was sloping at an angle (yes its an old house), and they changed up the measurements and cuts to make it level. In addition, they cleaned after themselves. During the construction of the "linen closet", Merav's father even mentioned my vacuum. When i talked to Merav, i mentioned to her that i want my closet to fit my vacuum, and he made sure the 1st shelf was high enough, so I can fit my vacuum in my closet. Great service! We recently purchased a home that was remodeled at the height of Ikea's early popularity. As a result, Ikea dressers and closet systems were built in all over the place. We wanted to modernize the closet space in our master bedroom and had a great experience with Closet Craft. The closet area has some atypical dimensions and they were able to maximize it for us! I needed 4 reach in closets done for a new condo (no existing closets to tear out) and contacted Closet Craft as well as Closets by Design to compare quotes and ideas. The Closets by Design rep was awful, pushy and did not make me confident they could do a good job. On the other hand, when I called Eshai and gave measurements for my closets, he was immediately able to mock up a design using professional software that made me immediately comfortable that they would take care of my closets in a professional, careful and accurate manner. Eshai even came to my home at my request to do the measurements himself, in case I got measurements wrong. A week or two after the in-home consult, Eshai was able to get his contractors in my home to do a same-day installation for 4 closets (which was much quicker than the 2 month wait Closets by Design had quoted me). The contractors Closet Craft utilized were very professional and careful--I had been nervous about whether the contractors would be as careful as Eshai was, and they definitely were very considerate and knew what they were doing. They wore the shoe protectors to protect my floors, they were respectful as I was on work calls while they installed, they were quick (but not careless), efficient, and let me walk through at the end and ask questions, etc. I am very happy with my closets and how easy Eshai and the contractors made this whole process. read more

I can't say enough about my new closets. I wanted to make a small room into a closet, and Eshai came over and spent a lot of time with me to pick out what would work for my needs. I recommend Eshai and ClosetCraft. Before I knew of ClosetCraft, I had someone out from a different company a little closer to homee. They dropped the ball after the initial consult and didn't try to make it right. I then contacted Eshai at ClosetCraft but feared it would be a repeat experience. It was not and everything worked out great. Eshai was on time (a few minutes early in fact) for our initial meeting. He wasn't rushed and worked with me to discuss different options for the three closets we were thinking of doing (master bedroom, study closet, and a coat closet). He had good instincts and clearly explained the different options. A few days later, as promised, he sent me the designs and pricing. Installation dates were booked a few weeks out (not their fault they're busy) but we weren't in a rush. The scheduled day was that terrible day when Watertown and surrounding communities were on lock down. Eshai got in touch to explain that they couldn't keep the appointment. (Again, not their fault). Once things settled down, he made time for us in the next few days. The job was done quickly, neatly, and to my satisfaction. My only suggestion is for ClosetCraft to take away the "old closet" materials. The original hanging bar and shelves look too big to put out for the trash/recycling. If you don't have a saw or access to one, it's a bit of a pain to deal with. I found ClosetCraft reliable and a good value. I would use them again. read more

In a little more detail, ClosetCraft was hired to build out four essentially empty closet spaces (including two walk-in closets) for a newly built townhouse into which I was moving. The whole process from the time I reached out to ClosetCraft to when the closets were installed was easy throughout. I initially met with Merav Horowitz and we did a walk through of the spaces. She quickly sent her recommended designs, which were extremely helpful in visualizing the spaces as I'm definitely not a designer, as well as an initial estimate. After a couple of iterations, we finalized on the designs, scheduled the installation and had the finished product within the span of about 2 weeks.
