From the initial design process through the final installation, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Norfolk did a great job coordinating everything and keeping the project moving forward on schedule. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship were outstanding, and they were great at dealing with changes that were needed during the project. Most importantly, the finished kitchen came out beautifully and exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with both the quality of the work and the overall experience. We would highly recommend Norfolk Kitchen & Bath to anyone considering a kitchen renovation.

Horrible experience overall. We went with Norfolk based on a referral from a friend who's husband…read moreworks as a cabinet / installer. From start to finish, nothing but trouble. First, our designer lost the design plans and tried to cover it up. This caused us to have to try to re-remember items that we had discussed prior. For example, we asked for no spice rack, then we get a spice rack, so we then had to improvise once the project was underway. Completely incompetant...no apologies, and our designer clearly didn't listen the first time, take notes, and honestly just didn't care at all about us. We should have known then, next time we will just walk away..... Next, our contracter was a complete joke. Never inspected the site for follow up / punch list items. Eletrical and Floor contracters were sub par, we still have a light switch that doesn't work properly. They destroyed our dining room floors relocating our refridgerator, with no full repair, just a touch up that looks like crap. They also damaged our mudroom floor and apparently have no idea how to fix what they broke, so I now have a gap in my floor that has never been addressed. Lastly, they never finished the final revisions to the trim. I told this clown several times what we needed to tidy up on, and several times never receieved follow up. In other cases, he did not properly relay instructrions to the sub contractors, so twice we had cabinet / trim people show up without the necessary materials to tidy up. The cabinent / trim guys were the only bright spot in an otherwise horrible experience. I truly felt bad for Bud and Shawn as their time was wasted by our General Contractor. As it stands now, almost 6 months since we were suppossed to be "complete" and zero follow up. I am embarrased to have people show up with incomplete instructions, and our general contractor has not visited the kitchen to address anyting since NOVEMBER of last year. Do not go with this place, over budget, zero follow up, horrible design team, bad sub contractors. Complete waste of time, and we never got the satisfaction of a final, complete, project....

Lana put blame on Ultracraft, which out blame back on ordering inefficiency. And not one needle moved for kitchen view to accept their mistake. Instead Lana had the audacity to ask us that we should pay for half the price of the cabinets to get thee right color, because, in her limited mind, we made a mistake. There are cubicles and desks covering most of the area and even a ping pong table with a few couches. The cleaners got here exactly on time and even helped us move what was left. They got right to work and removed the dirt and dust from the carpets with their cleaning machines. Very fast and efficient. At the end of the cleaning, they helped us move things back even though they weren't obligated to. Great guys, great service. Liz Klar is another very well mannered and helpful associate there. On the day Jesus was not available, she stepped in with no hesitation to assist us with all our needs. She is very well versed on all the products in the showroom and very quick to act. When you ask for a quote or any questions during your time there, she will send an email on the spot and also include any additional information that you may have discussed during your visit there. She is very detailed and an extreme pleasure to work with as well. Showroom is well lit and tastefully put together. Gives you some really solid ideas for renovations. Plenty of floor models for inspiration and product viewing. They have a wide range of sample products in the back of actual size which makes it easy for pairing different tile patterns and designs. Overall, great experience and completed my purchase with him. He goes the extra mile to really make the experience as easy for the customer. We spent four hours there and he was helping us the entire time. I will provide an additional review once I receive the shipment. Please note the below for expectations for Porcelonosa There is no free shipping. Any shipping is a minimum cost of $125 because they deliver by the pallet and no other way. Each pallet can hold up to 2,000 lbs. Another option is driving up to New Jersey Warehouse to pick up the items on your own to avoid the $125 shipping fee. I would only suggest this if it's a few items. Vanity and tile material are suggested to be shipped on two different pallets, so please be mindful that your cost will be $250 for shipping. Their reasoning is the vanity will be easily damaged if they are fitted on the same pallet. When putting your order together, be sure to include the cost of ordering extra material. Special orders take time to be shipped from Spain to USA, and will not be available for pick up or delivery for an estimated 5-7 weeks. This will put some serious delays on your renovation project. They do not have an products for sale at the showroom locations. They all come from their warehouse in New Jersey. Curbside delivery is the only availability. If you live in an apartment building, they will NOT bring the material up to your unit. Please be sure to schedule the delivery date to a day when your contractor is available to move the material up on your behalf.

We had two major issues. 1) they charged us for shipping twice bc all items were ready but one and If you break up the shipping you pay twice. That second shipping was supposed to come on a specific day and time so hired contractor to come that day and they cancelled it saying "the truck never left". They refused refund that extra shipping fee. 2) they just flat out ordered the wrong size sink. They match the sink to the vanity you chose and they just ordered the wrong which delayed the project by over a week. Basically this place doesn't care about the customer but the vanities are nice.

We put what we thought was hardwood on the first floor years ago but never looked right and frankly looked cheap. We later found out we had payed for hardwood but got laminate. The lesson was "buy cheap, buy twice". We looked at floors at Lowes and Home Depot but we weren't pleased with the quality. I looked into other stores but in the end the answer was right down the road from my us! All they do is flooring and have been doing for years and with good reasons! Now you may pay a little more using Abbey but you get what you pay for! Abbey has a wide range of quality samples to look through which is good since my wife ain't easy to please which can cause me terrible headaches. The owner came to our home to take measurements and give as a quote. The quote was higher than I hoped but given their reputation and quality of their work I didn't hesitate hiring them. They have two guys who have been installing wood floors for years and it shows! They were fast but were first rate craftsmen. They took up all the carpeting on the second floor and had the new floor down in two days. On the second floor there was more work as they had to get tile up in our kitchen, not easy work! It took them another two days to days to tear up the ugly laminate and demo the tile. The floors they installed are amazing! The guys who installed it did a beautiful job of putting down the floors with very tight edges and corners. Against the wall I had them install quarter round rather than rip off the base board. If they take off the base board and ruin it I would have to fix or replacement myself. Quarter round solved the problem. My hard-to-please wife was thrilled with the floors, thank God! Our home looks brand new and 1,000% better with new floors, some interior construction, painting every room and new window treatments! The floors made our renovation a huge success and increased the value of our home! If your looking for new flooring visit Abbey Carpet. You'll pay a little more but the quality you'll get will more than make up for it!
