I downloaded the app and ordered ahead to save some time, only to learn they actually make your order when you arrive. I can see the pros and cons there, but it is something to keep in mind if you are in a hurry. When I got there, I hopped in the drive thru line. In hindsight, I probably should have gone inside since I was third in line and it took about 6 to 7 minutes. The person at the speaker was very soft spoken, and between that and some lawn care happening nearby, I honestly could not hear much. I assumed I was told to pull forward and just went with it. The part that really stood out to me, though, was the experience at the window. I pulled up and waited for about a minute with no acknowledgment at all. No eye contact, no "we will be right with you," not even a quick glance my way. I could see the team moving around inside, so I know they were busy, but it felt a little awkward just sitting there wondering if I was in the right place. When someone finally came over, they handed me my drink without saying a single word or making eye contact. No hello, no thank you, nothing. Then came the silent straw interaction where they just held one up and gestured at me. I figured it out, but it definitely caught me off guard. My food came out the same way, just handed over with zero communication. What made it more noticeable was that it was not just one person. All three employees I could see looked frustrated or upset, and there was just a really tense, unhappy energy behind the counter. I completely understand bad days, I have worked in the service industry for 20 years, but as a customer it felt very unwelcoming, especially for a first visit. As for the food and drink, they were just okay. I had the French toast sandwich, which was a bit underwhelming, and the Iced Lavender Berry Matcha did not quite have the punch I was hoping for. All in all, it was not a terrible experience, just not one that would bring me back. If I am going to spend that kind of money on a treat, I do want to feel at least a little welcomed while doing it. That said, I appreciated the first time reward on the drink. It definitely helped soften the experience a bit!

As someone who is lactose intolerant, I absolutely loved being able to make a drink that I could have without having to pay extra. Also, I can't believe how large the smoothies are!! Such a good amount for the price. The guy at the counter was very helpful after asking if it was my first time. There are a couple of tables and a bar to sit at if you want to enjoy it there. I did not see a public restroom.

We were all craving something on the healthier side, but something that wasn't just a big salad. Enter: Rush Bowls! We stopped by on our maiden visit around 12:30. I was worried it'd be super busy, being smack in the middle of lunch rush, and across from some large corporate buildings, but there was only one other party in there on this day! We were greeted by a polite young man who asked if we had ever been before, and after telling him we had not, he gave us a (very) brief overview of how things work. We shopped the nice, bright menu monitors to the right of the dining/ordering area, and picked our bowls. We ordered, and waited about ten minutes for our food. I was a little surprised how long it took for a relatively simple dish, but, there was only one worker that day, which probably had a lot to do with it. We ate at one of the tables in the dining room, now to ourselves, as the other part had left. I had the Power bowl, and the kids had a Summit and a Choco Strawberry, so we had a nice spread of different ingredients and flavors making up the three. We all tried each others, and we agreed that my Power bowl won the day. The other two were delicious as well, and it was really easy to taste the differences in the three getting to try them back to back! Even though it's all healthy and fresh, the price did feel about a dollar or two high for what we got, especially considering they were running the place on a skeleton crew, causing a slightly long wait. Overall, the experience was positive and I am pretty sure we'll be back! Food = 4/5 Facility = 3/5 Service = 3/5 Ambiance = 3/5 Value = 2/5

There are never any good coupons, promotions, or discount days, but even so, I continued to support your business, spending on average $17 a visit. I kept hoping that once you were more established, you'd start showing some appreciation to your customers. But today was the last straw. My bowl wasn't even filled to the top. When I politely asked the employee for a bit more fruit, especially since there were only five blueberries in my bowl and plenty of room left, I was told that management has instructed staff to put no more than five blueberries in each bowl. They are not allowed to fill the bowls anymore. This is a lousy business practice, and it speaks volumes about how little you value your customers. There's a new açaí bowl establishment just miles away that offers BOGO days, a rewards program that actually counts, and bowls filled to the brim. You can keep your five blueberries. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

My favorite bases to get are Pitaya, Coco Love, Mango, and of course Acai. The chia pudding is my favorite add on every time as well! Highly recommend.

I've been to almost every boba place in the KC area and Ari Delights will always come out on top…read more It's a super cute place and everyone who works there is wonderful and kind. Their prices are also a lot more reasonable compared to most boba shops in the area. Their milk tea is delicious and their blended drinks are so refreshing. I've tried everything on the menu and my favorites are: 1. Mint To Be -- a super tasty matcha milk tea with refreshing mint flavor. It's great with brown sugar boba. 2. Ari Godness -- a classic brown sugar boba milk (it doesn't have tea, so no caffeine) with delicious flan and boba. I love the textures of both toppings. 3. Peach On Da Beach -- amazingly rich and flavorful peach tea with peach chunks. So good on a hot day. 4. Frozen Sunrise -- refreshing sweet and tangy smoothie that goes really well with fruity popping boba. 5. I'm Panda Frappe -- incredible drink blended with oreo that is great for a chocolate craving. Brown sugar boba is good in this too, but not necessary. Honorable mentions are the Oh My Taro, Hokkaido milk tea, and Deep Blue Sea!! Seriously the best boba place around. I feel at home there!

It takes up most of the store and is easily bigger than the back counter area. Seemed a little out of place, but who am I to judge, i'm more mentioning it as it almost gave me pause. Wanting an after dinner treat I walked the few miles here and sitting in a strip mall I was expecting more cafe vibes rather than chuck e cheese. Granted there weren't any kids here, the rest of the decor was pretty appropriate to a boba cafe. Menu was large, clear. Prices were affordable (aside from the disproportionately high tax rate). Service was friendly and quick. Serving sizes were large, weren't overloaded with ice and foams. I was hoping to get offerings on sweetness levels as Boba places are notoriously sweet or even caffeine offering levels. I was hoping for the hokaido sugar milk tea, but went with the milk tea with the flan and boba which was a nice change of getting just boba added. I'll definitely be returning as it's the only boba place in walking distance.
