With only 45 residents, it's been easy to make friends with those who live there as well as the staff and management team. They are very good people, creating a positive environment for people who are struggling with the physical and mental challenges of aging. My mom has moderate Alzheimer's, and my dad has Parkinson's disease. They share a small one-bedroom apartment. They really love the food, and enjoy eating with the other residents. The food is unpretentious, well-seasoned, and delicious. They have fun activities twice per day that get them out of the apartment, and keep them engaged. What my mom, dad, and I like the most about Brookdale on Ray is the love shown by the caregivers and nursing staff. They really care about my folks.
