There's seating inside & outside. The store is fairly small, but you're still able to sit with a few friends. The service was quick & you're able to try out the flavors. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Typically there's a long line, but it moves very quickly.

It used to be a great, small, quaint chain, but now they've expanded a lot and I feel like the quality has suffered. Still many delicious options though! Also note that this one in particular is very large and very noisy: a large room, high ceilings, and loud music. I wouldn't call it particularly relaxing.
