The staff was kind and the establishment is in a very convenient location. Cookies were warm and fresh.

I heard about this place. Not sure I'd have this craving after the bars close, but we went here after dinner with my daughter. They were out of my first choice but my second choice was chewy and warm. It was good. My daughter got the ice cream sandwich. The ice cream was as good as the cookie. Prices are reasonable. The store is designed to take the food to go. There are a couple tables.

They offer vegan and gluten free options too. They sell brownies, brookies and blondies. They offer for $4.50 Deluxe Cookies so with fast and friendly service I received my very tasty oatmeal chocolate chip walnut and triple chocolate cookies. You can also get espresso martini, lava cake, chocolate peanut butter cup, smores or salted caramel. The classic cookies are $2.75 and come in sugar, peanut butter chip, oatmeal raisin, chocolate mint, chocolate covered strawberry, red velvet,Pina colda, limoncello and the two I purchased snickerdoodle and white chocolate macadamia ,both were very delicious.

My ultimate weakness. Warm, chewy, and addicting! Out of them all, the chocolate cookie with mint morsels would have to be my favorite! At the start of my semester, I'd make an Insomnia run at least once a week. I had to grab a little bit of self control and limit my visits before the cookies began to physically show on me :) For people who've never been to Insomnia - I would challenge you to walk in and only buy ONE cookie. Close to impossible. Oh yeah, did I mention they stay open pretty late AND deliver?

Ants on cookies! Good job insomnia cookies!

I've had a good experience at this place until now. If you're going to overprice your lame cookies then make sure you do it without making it a safety hazard! I picked up my cookies in 5 minutes, and I opened them and they were covered in ANTS! (I linked the video of ants below). I don't think the delivery car has ants, no way so many of them went into my box within 5 minutes, it has to be insomnia cookies! If you want e-coli and samonella cookies I suggest going here! And they had the audacity to say it was IMPOSSIBLE. They only gave me a refund, not even a fresh batch. (Likely cuz their next one would also be covered in ants). I wonder what kind of ants they like to put in peoples cookies, maybe some red ones or fire ones? Let me know! Just wanted to let everyone know what this company is really serving, and if your into ant cookies be my guest! Honestly this company should be begging for my mercy at their knees since I didn't report them to any food safety commission. Be grateful insomnia cookies! Cookie carnage. (I want to keep eatingggggg but must stop) Yum!

Well color me tickled pink! These are delicious cookies!! I had a delivery of one of their boxed options and I'm impressed. I was a little concerned initially with some of the reviews being meh, but if you like a soft, chewy, WARMLY delivered cookie, this is your place! The delivery person was lovely and they dropped off exactly where requested. (This is sometimes a challenge with some businesses due to being at a back entrance). The cookies I chose were Dbl Choc Chunk, Fluffernutter (surprisingly good), Choc Mint, M&M, Snickerdoodle. All were hits with my palate and my favorite being the Choc Mint. (Peep the carnage below) I really did have a hard time stopping. lol Definitely worth the price and so nice to know they are a late night option when I have a hankering.

I had to see what the hype was about. These cookies are overpriced and undercooked. If I wanted cookie dough...I would have bought some.

It's a family owned business run by a husband-and-wife team. When we visited, we met the husband, who was there with an employee he seemed to be training both very friendly and welcoming. We actually found out about this place through Instagram and a local news feature, so naturally, we had to check it out. It's tucked away toward the quieter end of Park Avenue, which makes it feel even more like a hidden gem. We stopped by on a warm October weekend. I initially thought all the ice cream was house-made but turns out it's Perry's. Not a deal-breaker, but a little "meh" moment. That said, they were actually making some fresh ice cream during our visit, and the owner even brought us a sample and it was delicious! I ordered a banana split, which was made just as expected. Since it was the employee's first time making one, I didn't fuss though part of me was hoping for a few more bells and whistles (maybe I'm just spoiled by Margie's Candies back in Chicago). It could've been prettier, but it still hit the spot. Overall, the ice cream was tasty, prices were fair, and the vibe was lovely. I do wonder how they'll do during the colder months maybe a collaboration with a local small-batch ice cream maker would be fun? Street parking available. Give them a whirl 4.5 outta 5!

Other than sweet treats, they also have coffees and teas on their menu, and a bunch of different dairy products. It feels cozy, local, and authentic - like everything is fresh or straight from the farm. It's actually part of a long-standing local farm operation, which makes the experience feel even more genuine.
