A warning: If you're sitting on the bench after close, some kid might come up to you and ask if the ice cream shop is closed, and then grill you about how you know it's closed. Even after you give him the rundown, he still might not believe you, try the locked door, and then bang on the window until the poor girls inside come out and tell him no, they will not "give him one ice cream." It was unclear if he was willing to pay. I guess it's pretty unlikely that exact scenario will play out for you like it did for me, but maybe that's what happens every night here at Ikon, like some sort of Groundhog Day situation but for different people each time.
