Although she was busy and diligently working but she was very attentive, kind and even gave us suggestions when we inquired. Once she took our order she completed the first groups orders and began working on ours. She was very efficient! It was my Mom and her finance's first time trying insomnia and they enjoyed it. Now I am not sure how the great idea came about to sell cookies until 3am, but I love the idea. I have never been there that late, but I can vouch for the deliciousness of the cookies. They even warm them up for you before they hand them over. If you consider yourself a cookie lover and you have not tried one of the 80+ Insomnia Cookies in America.... do it now. Unfortunately, the service at this location was very disappointing. The man at the cash register was quite rude. When I told him I wanted two cookies, he just stared at me without saying anything. I then specified: one S'mores Deluxe and one Chocolate Chunk. I also asked for two scoops of ice cream, but again, he said nothing. I stepped aside to read the ice cream flavors--one of them, Dreamweaver, was easy to say, but the other (something like "Caramellainaire") was difficult to pronounce. At that point, he said something like, "I don't know what you want," in a dismissive tone. My daughter had to step in and pronounce the name for him. Additionally, I expressed the difficulty I was having with pronouncing the name and he replied with, "It's really not hard to pronounce." It felt rude and dismissive. The entire interaction felt cold and uncomfortable. We left wondering if he was just in a bad mood--or if we were being treated differently because I'm an Asian immigrant. the cookies aren't that bad but in general the location offerings are just a massive disappointment - every single time I consider ordering a treat from here, I get excited at the cookie selections then it changes to this location's choices and its all the most basic of flavors with none of the specialties. A trip to BNL is not complete without a visit to Insomnia. It's location is perfect. It is conveniently located near the Amtrak station and the Children's Museum. Two of them are the same every time, because they're my favorites. I love their Chocolate Chunk and White Chocolate Macadamia. On this visit, I choose the M&M's as my third. I love M&M's! I always add them to my concretes and blizzards, so why not have them in a cookie. It was delicious. I couldn't wait to get on my train, so I could start enjoying my sweet treats. Amazing service with Insomniac workers, although there isn't a direct line to call back if something is to go wrong the help line is more than welling to refund you or get you double the cookies you ordered. The cookies are amazing, from s'mores to their double chocolate mint every cookie shows up warm and delicious. Their app allows for an amazing point bonuses and deliveries usually show up quicker than expected. I've gotten multiple people onto the Insomnia craze and everyone says that all their friends love them too, it's a great thing to see the looks on my friends' faces when I order a specialty combo of cookies delivered and all of sudden there's a knock on the door with a box full of warm cookies and a bag of cold milk.
