My visit today was a total game-changer. Despite the big morning rush to school, issues ordering on the app, and the complaints of impatient kids: Jessica's phenomenal service turned it all around and saved the day! She was calm, efficient, and went out of her way to make sure our order was perfect, while playfully entertainingthe kids in the process. Bought a dozen for a friend who loves Original Glazed. Spouse chose 5 donuts and I picked a pumpkin donut. There are no Krispy Kremes in MN. A few in Iowa and Illinois. Last weekend I waited forever in the drive thru only to be told they were out of several things. It was 8 am. Also the light was on and I wasn't given a free donut. I was incredibly excited to see the HotNow sign but it went downhill once I made it to the window. The associate had on gloves, which was a good thing, but she handled money and food with the same gloves. Surely, there are tongs or a utensil to use to place the donuts in the bag/box. When I called out her behavior, she immediately exhibited a poor attitude and went to complain about me to the manager. She also placed the donuts that were touched by her dirty, money handling hands back on the belt. Gross! I asked for a refund, and she became more enraged by my request and exposure of her poor food handling habits. You would think that during a pandemic, by now healthy and safe food handling practices would be heightened and would be the normal, daily practice. I love these donuts and even did a U-turn in the street to get to the drive through. However, I won't sacrifice clean procedures, especially when it's right in my face. read more

Clean location, good quality on the donuts. The worst customer service. We stood in line for 10 minutes to just pay because there way no cashier! The Reggie manager said she could not get anyone to let the 20 people in line with orders completed to pay for them. Not a huge donut eater. I do know that Krispy Kreme is high on many people's lists. My coworkers wanted someone that bring in donuts so I obliged. Krispy Kreme was requested. One of my coworkers brought in Casey's donuts on the same day and got roasted for it. Premium! Once I walked up to the counter the employee gave me a free donut. That's the magic word for me. If the light is on, they are making fresh, glazed doughnuts, and they will even offer you a free glazed doughnut. I have been going to this Krispy Kremes for years. Krispy Kremes itself is well-known for their delicious glazed wonders. I purchased the double dozen deal which includes one assorted dozen and one dozen glazed. Prices are fair based off the quality of products you are getting. Unlike Dunkin Donuts, the doughnuts are still soft the same night after purchase. Customer service is hit-and-miss but for the most part very kind. There are very few seasonal options that are usually just okay and cost a little more. I stick with my chocolate glazed, strawberry with sprinkles, chocolate custard-filled, and glazed raspberry. Give them a shot if you are ever driving by. read more

I have been eating Krispy Kreme donuts for decades, they are by far the best donuts you can get from a chain donut shop. This location, however, fell a bit short of my expectations. My all-time favorite is the chocolate frosted and we usually get a dozen to go, but I didn't even bother with it here because the frosting line was about the width of my index finger... very disappointing. I decided to get a raspberry filled donut, which was really good, and I also got a sour cream cake donut, but that ended up being dry. All of the other frosted donut varieties my husband tried were very skimpy on the frosting, so he had to compensate by only eating the tops of them. I has the sads. *sniff* read more

We had a Krispy Kreme coupon and they refused to take it, because "we don't take that one" we asked why and the man said I was just told we don't take that one. Or that one. The other one we had. The donuts are delicious but customer service was poor. First I thought a light turned on meant free donut, not the case anymore. Was overcharged 4 dollars approximately and if I didn't look at my receipt right away, I would have been out the money. I told her at the drive thru immediately and instead of refunding the money, she said she'll give me more coffee or 2 extra donuts. That's not what I wanted but felt like that was my choice. It has been years since I have had a Krispy Kreme donut. I had the Chocolate Iced Glazed donut for once (I typically get the Original Glazed), and it failed to meet my expectations. I could not taste the chocolate. It seemed like a typical glazed donut. Going past the lack of chocolate, the donut itself I can not complain about. It was nothing spectacular, and it did not taste terrible, but donuts from Dunkin Donuts roll over on Krispy Kreme. The donut still left me hungry, and as I only had 1 donut, it felt like I had nothing to eat at all. Overall, this place is decent. It isn't so bad you won't eat the entire (box of) donut(s). Poorly managed. Dirty place... bathrooms and dining area aren't clean. Observed manager eating donuts on the line and licking fingers, wiping on shirt afterward. Disgusting! Call health department. This place is legendary!!! I give it five stars because this place is by far the good way krispy kreme's ever. The hot and freshie sign is almost always on when i go there, and i am always happy when it is. I personally recommend the original glazed because they are good and i ate a half dozen for breakfast one day. The chocolate milk is sub par but it's krispy kreme donuts not krispy kreme chocolate milk, so i will not degrade their score for it. one time i ate my hot and freshie free donut so quickly that they didn't know i already ate it and offered me another one but me being the honest boy i am politely told them that i lowkey already ate mine. this place is very good and i hope i go there a lot. the only problem is it is across the street from a hospital and one time we were there and someone texted my sister what is wrong because she thought we were at the hospital but we were just getting some donuts it's lit good place 10/10 read more

This place needs a crash course on customer service, new management, or both. We recently ordered 37 dozen donuts for a church function, and received a quote for the entire order of $169. When I went to pick up the order 4 days later, the girl at the counter rang up $227. When I told her the quote given us earlier, even providing the shift manager's name who had given us the quote, her response was to argue with me that there was "No Way" anyone there could have told us that price. Uh, lesson #1 in customer satsifaction: Never call the customer a liar. Lesson #2: If you make a mistake, you eat it, and learn from it. Being in no mood nor having the time to argue, I paid the inflated price and took my order. The next day, I had a lengthy discussion with the store manager. After defending his employee's actions, he grudgingly offered a store credit for the difference in price we were forced to pay over the initial quote. Majority of days, my breakfast here is glazed donuts and caramel latte coffee. I really like both of these items. Donuts are really fantastic here, especially when served hot. Ambience is good and have seen many kids stand and enjoy their donut preparation. Staff are pretty good too, however it's not a big thing for me. This was my first time eating Krisp Kreme's doughnuts and I was presently surprised. I grew up with Dunkin' Donuts and so it was refreshing to not eat a sad and flat circle of dough this time. At first, I didn't think the strawberry doughnut had enough frosting, but as I ate it, it tasted like the had smothered the thing with icing. I love love love icing so this was a plus for me. The doughnut also wasn't too doughy, or too dry, it tasted just right to me. The only thing that was lacking was a tall glass of milk! I will definitely get my doughnuts here from now on!! read more

Krispy Kreme donuts are the best part to any morning. I feel fortunate to have a Krispy Kreme in town as there aren't any other stores in Illinois. They have a hot & ready app on their phone so you know when the donuts are being made fresh. I always get the regular glazed donuts because they are my favorite. I give the actual product a 5 out of 5. The customer service is why I gave the overall rating a 4. Several times I have gone to Krispy Kreme during a special that they are running, and the employees there are completely quiet about it. At first I thought maybe they just forgot to mention it, but after 3 different occasions I know that the employees are just trying to not give customers the deal. The 3 occasions I went there were National Donut Day, Hero Appreciation Day, and 1 day they were giving away free coffee. On all three occasions I had to bring it up awkwardly. I remember the days when they gave away a free donut whenever the hot & ready sign was on. Sadly I did not live near one when they were doing that. I will say that this location is always extremely clean and they have a great location. Time to work on the service. read more

i love krispy kreme and me and my friends come here all the time, every night at 9pm again. we get our free donut and we still buy. mode donuts so it's not like we don't give them service. but here on june 12th we walked in right now it's 9:04 pm and we walked in around 9 to get our free donut and were nice as always to the people who give us donuts but tonight there was this red head girl with glasses and she was being so rude to us. when she gave us our free donuts she did not talk to us and she did not make us feel welcome as we always do. when we were proceeding to order more donuts after our free one, after evert donut we asked for she turned around and rolled her eyes and i saw her role them, EVERY TIME we asked she had to roll her eyes. i'm very disappointed krispy kreme. you just lost 5 customers who come here every night but not anymore. sorry. don't have a great night. read more
