Not a huge donut eater. I do know that Krispy Kreme is high on many people's lists. My coworkers wanted someone that bring in donuts so I obliged. Krispy Kreme was requested. One of my coworkers brought in Casey's donuts on the same day and got roasted for it. Premium! Once I walked up to the counter the employee gave me a free donut. That's the magic word for me. The donuts were fresh and delicious. I don't plan on eating many donuts in the future but I'd go to Krispy Kreme again. read more

They are always out of everything. Every time there are special donuts, they never have them. I ordered delivery a couple times and got nothing of what I actually ordered. I called today to make sure they had certain donuts and was told "we are pretty much out of everything." If you want plain donuts you're good to go. But if you want any of the specialty or variety donuts, good luck! read more

I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Jessica Rick, the General Manager at the Bloomington Krispy Kreme. Working in real estate, my daily dozenswere frequent - from brokerage drop-ins to title company teams at a morning closing. Honestly, this ended due to the inconsistency in quality and service. My visit today was a total game-changer. Despite the big morning rush to school, issues ordering on the app, and the complaints of impatient kids: Jessica's phenomenal service turned it all around and saved the day! She was calm, efficient, and went out of her way to make sure our order was perfect, while playfully entertainingthe kids in the process. It's clear she is working hard to improve things here, and it shows. Thank you, Jessica for helping restore the communities trust in this resource. read more

We stopped here as we left Bloomington, IL. When the red light is on outside, you get a fresh donut. It was very hot and fresh. Hoping the carbs won't hurt me later. Bought a dozen for a friend who loves Original Glazed. Spouse chose 5 donuts and I picked a pumpkin donut. There are no Krispy Kremes in MN. A few in Iowa and Illinois. They charge sales tax on donuts in Illinois. read more

The drive-through service has been impaired by the microphone on the outside. I have received two orders that were not what I asked for and they were too busy to answer any questions I had all but one very kind young man who showed me ordering a dozen donuts was cheap cheaper than ordering 10. read more

Last weekend I waited forever in the drive thru only to be told they were out of several things. It was 8 am. Also the light was on and I wasn't given a free donut. The donuts I did get were so small and seemed underdone. Way too much money for what I got. They have definitely gone downhill. read more

Freshly made Krispy Kreme donuts can be found here. They do a great job decorating the donuts. Many stores do not. Worth the drive to get special donuts. read more

I was incredibly excited to see the HotNow sign but it went downhill once I made it to the window. The associate had on gloves, which was a good thing, but she handled money and food with the same gloves. Surely, there are tongs or a utensil to use to place the donuts in the bag/box. When I called out her behavior, she immediately exhibited a poor attitude and went to complain about me to the manager. She also placed the donuts that were touched by her dirty, money handling hands back on the belt. Gross! I asked for a refund, and she became more enraged by my request and exposure of her poor food handling habits. You would think that during a pandemic, by now healthy and safe food handling practices would be heightened and would be the normal, daily practice. I love these donuts and even did a U-turn in the street to get to the drive through. However, I won't sacrifice clean procedures, especially when it's right in my face. read more

Clean location, good quality on the donuts. The worst customer service. We stood in line for 10 minutes to just pay because there way no cashier! The Reggie manager said she could not get anyone to let the 20 people in line with orders completed to pay for them. Why would you keep serving customers but not let them pay and leave your store? read more

Um, yes. Like most other Krispy Kremes, this place is on point. You just HAVE to make sure you come in when they're making them fresh so you get one right off the rack! I always feel so guilty when I just come in wanting just one plain donut and it's handed to me immediately. Then again, it makes it that much more tempting to buy a dozen! read more

I Googled the hours because I need donuts for the next morning, hours said 6am-10pm. Awesome. Left my house at 8pm, got there and they were closed.. Went the next morning at 8:30am, asked a dozen- half glazed, half chocolate. They said they didn't have original glaze. Inconsistent. Don't know if it's from the employee shortage or what but we were disappointed. Haven't had any problems in the past. read more

If you love donuts like I'd then the best location is in Bloomington Illinois. The restaurant has it all; Coffee hot or cold Donuts with everything even bacon. I'd walk a mile just to get a hot donut from Crispy Cream donuts. Great customer service Great location Great people who care a great deal and want to provide Excellent service. read more

I really like this location. However, THEY DON'T TAKE ONLINE ORDERS FROM THEIR APP!!!!! What is the freaking point of having an app if you're not going to have EVERY location accept mobile orders? Freaking ridiculous. Recap: like location, HATE no mobile order on app. read more

Doughnuts are good but the people working here are all working at a place they don't want to be. We had a Krispy Kreme coupon and they refused to take it, because "we don't take that one" we asked why and the man said I was just told we don't take that one. Or that one. The other one we had. I feel that this location has really gone downhill on the customer service departmenr. They used to give everyone a free warm doughnut when the light was on. Now they just look at you are like you have interrupted a conversation that they were having. read more

If the light is on, they are making fresh, glazed doughnuts, and they will even offer you a free glazed doughnut. I have been going to this Krispy Kremes for years. Krispy Kremes itself is well-known for their delicious glazed wonders. I purchased the double dozen deal which includes one assorted dozen and one dozen glazed. Prices are fair based off the quality of products you are getting. Unlike Dunkin Donuts, the doughnuts are still soft the same night after purchase. Customer service is hit-and-miss but for the most part very kind. There are very few seasonal options that are usually just okay and cost a little more. I stick with my chocolate glazed, strawberry with sprinkles, chocolate custard-filled, and glazed raspberry. Give them a shot if you are ever driving by. read more

I have been eating Krispy Kreme donuts for decades, they are by far the best donuts you can get from a chain donut shop. This location, however, fell a bit short of my expectations. My all-time favorite is the chocolate frosted and we usually get a dozen to go, but I didn't even bother with it here because the frosting line was about the width of my index finger... very disappointing. I decided to get a raspberry filled donut, which was really good, and I also got a sour cream cake donut, but that ended up being dry. All of the other frosted donut varieties my husband tried were very skimpy on the frosting, so he had to compensate by only eating the tops of them. I has the sads. *sniff* read more

The donuts are delicious but customer service was poor. First I thought a light turned on meant free donut, not the case anymore. Was overcharged 4 dollars approximately and if I didn't look at my receipt right away, I would have been out the money. I told her at the drive thru immediately and instead of refunding the money, she said she'll give me more coffee or 2 extra donuts. That's not what I wanted but felt like that was my choice. The coffee I ordered initially was luke warm as though it sat there for quite a while. Very unsatisfied! Won't be going back there anytime soon. read more

I'm unsure if the floor could be more sticky. The wait is a bit long, but they are hot now, so it is to be expected and worth it. read more

Always fresh and delicious. Great for Sunday morning treat. Customer service is a hit or miss. Either really great or just average. I enjoy going when the sign is on so you get a free fresh hot donut while you wait in line. Keep an eye out for the circled glowing sign. read more

It has been years since I have had a Krispy Kreme donut. I had the Chocolate Iced Glazed donut for once (I typically get the Original Glazed), and it failed to meet my expectations. I could not taste the chocolate. It seemed like a typical glazed donut. Going past the lack of chocolate, the donut itself I can not complain about. It was nothing spectacular, and it did not taste terrible, but donuts from Dunkin Donuts roll over on Krispy Kreme. The donut still left me hungry, and as I only had 1 donut, it felt like I had nothing to eat at all. Overall, this place is decent. It isn't so bad you won't eat the entire (box of) donut(s). But, I doubt you'll be craving to go back. read more

Poorly managed. Dirty place... bathrooms and dining area aren't clean. Observed manager eating donuts on the line and licking fingers, wiping on shirt afterward. Disgusting! Call health department. Lol. Floors were so sticky I thought I would step out of my shoe. Bathroom paper towel garbage was overflowing and it was low on soap. Window sills have black crud and bugs on them. Food crumbs and debris all over the floors. Employees goofing around and throwing donuts. Display case empty without donuts stocked. read more

This place is legendary!!! I give it five stars because this place is by far the good way krispy kreme's ever. The hot and freshie sign is almost always on when i go there, and i am always happy when it is. I personally recommend the original glazed because they are good and i ate a half dozen for breakfast one day. The chocolate milk is sub par but it's krispy kreme donuts not krispy kreme chocolate milk, so i will not degrade their score for it. one time i ate my hot and freshie free donut so quickly that they didn't know i already ate it and offered me another one but me being the honest boy i am politely told them that i lowkey already ate mine. this place is very good and i hope i go there a lot. the only problem is it is across the street from a hospital and one time we were there and someone texted my sister what is wrong because she thought we were at the hospital but we were just getting some donuts it's lit good place 10/10 read more

$4 extra for the red and green "Christmas " frosting, way to price yourself out of business Krispy Kreme.

Don't ever get coffee here it's nasty. That being said, the doughnuts are good but fattening.

How can you not love Krispy Kreme? But they are addictive! One calls for another, and another...and so on. Good for you? I doubt it, but Good, you bet. read more

This place needs a crash course on customer service, new management, or both. We recently ordered 37 dozen donuts for a church function, and received a quote for the entire order of $169. When I went to pick up the order 4 days later, the girl at the counter rang up $227. When I told her the quote given us earlier, even providing the shift manager's name who had given us the quote, her response was to argue with me that there was "No Way" anyone there could have told us that price. Uh, lesson #1 in customer satsifaction: Never call the customer a liar. Lesson #2: If you make a mistake, you eat it, and learn from it. Being in no mood nor having the time to argue, I paid the inflated price and took my order. The next day, I had a lengthy discussion with the store manager. After defending his employee's actions, he grudgingly offered a store credit for the difference in price we were forced to pay over the initial quote. I fail to see any good reason why we would ever frequent this establishment again. read more

Donuts are good, but don't expect a free sample when the hot and fresh sign is on. Lame.

This place totally messed up my order and gave me a stale donut. They appear to have a conveyer belt with glaze going all of the time but anything not glaze and late night is suspect. I thought Krispy Kreme would be better than that. read more

Majority of days, my breakfast here is glazed donuts and caramel latte coffee. I really like both of these items. Donuts are really fantastic here, especially when served hot. Ambience is good and have seen many kids stand and enjoy their donut preparation. Staff are pretty good too, however it's not a big thing for me. I would keep coming here as long as they serve donuts fresh, hot and tasty. read more

Krispy Kreme donuts are the best part to any morning. I feel fortunate to have a Krispy Kreme in town as there aren't any other stores in Illinois. They have a hot & ready app on their phone so you know when the donuts are being made fresh. I always get the regular glazed donuts because they are my favorite. I give the actual product a 5 out of 5. The customer service is why I gave the overall rating a 4. Several times I have gone to Krispy Kreme during a special that they are running, and the employees there are completely quiet about it. At first I thought maybe they just forgot to mention it, but after 3 different occasions I know that the employees are just trying to not give customers the deal. The 3 occasions I went there were National Donut Day, Hero Appreciation Day, and 1 day they were giving away free coffee. On all three occasions I had to bring it up awkwardly. I remember the days when they gave away a free donut whenever the hot & ready sign was on. Sadly I did not live near one when they were doing that. I will say that this location is always extremely clean and they have a great location. Time to work on the service. read more

This was my first time eating Krisp Kreme's doughnuts and I was presently surprised. I grew up with Dunkin' Donuts and so it was refreshing to not eat a sad and flat circle of dough this time. At first, I didn't think the strawberry doughnut had enough frosting, but as I ate it, it tasted like the had smothered the thing with icing. I love love love icing so this was a plus for me. The doughnut also wasn't too doughy, or too dry, it tasted just right to me. The only thing that was lacking was a tall glass of milk! I will definitely get my doughnuts here from now on!! read more

I was thrilled to see a Krispy Kreme in Bloomington. They left the Chicago market. Nothing like a fresh, hot glazed doughnut.

love taking the 40 mile drive to hit up a great donut place! best customer service around the double dozen is the best! a dozen original and a dozen assorted for $14.99 can't be beat! so glad the hot light "sample" is back! read more

Hot and now, but no free samples? That's disappointing. Donuts were still good as expected. Coffee was good. Overall not bad.

You kidding me? 95 degree hot summer day and no air conditioning. Supposedly it broke and they refuse to fix it. Unbelievable.

Donuts leave a grease film in your mouth. Service always bad and restaurant is filthy.
