Absolutely fabulous!!!! I love crafted coffee. Coffee in the am and wine in the pm! Can't be beat!

Lost the ticket for our sandwich. Burnt the bagel. No flavor to the sandwich. Coffee is bland. I gave it a two because the prices are cheap! And, quick service. The ladies at the window were professional and polite. First and only time I'll visit here. read more

I stopped in here with friends before work this week, visiting from out of town. The spot is cute and looks like it would be fun for after hours. Our coffee shop experience was ok. I was fine with my drink and service but my friends were unimpressed and found the employees not friendly/welcoming and said they needed to wake up. We opted not to come back and ended up at Starbucks other mornings. read more

When they are good, they are SO good but this is probably the most inconsistent coffee shop in town (apart from McDonalds or Dunkin). I typically order their specials (love a good cold brew extreme) but the SAME drink will taste different almost every time I order it. For example- this morning I ordered the Caramel Apple Cold Brew Extreme. It was AMAZING! My husband tried it and wanted one so I ventured back the same day in the afternoon to get 2 more (one for me, one for him- don't judge me) and just prayed that the same barista would make it. It was likely a different barista as it didn't even taste similar to the drink I had in the morning. Very bitter and not good at all. I wish I could say this is a one off situation, but it almost always happens when I find a drink I like. One time fantastic, next time terrible. Anyhoo- they could totally be five stars at their best but I have to leave 3 because you never know what you're gonna get. read more

Tried this on a whim when I was in town for a meeting. They have a wide selection which was nice given I've become a bit of a cold brew coffee snob. . Their pumpkin cold brew was quite tasty. It's a little sweeter than I prefer but it wasn't over powering. It was different than other pumpkin mixes I've had before and I'd say it was better than most. The service was polite and quick. I took mine to go but the place looked like it was a nice place to sit and mingle a bit. Parking is fairly easy in the lot. The entrance is a little awkward tho. Definitely recommend!! read more

Great experience! I'm a coffee lover... Large menu Staff was helpful to make a decision Service was quick! Bought ground coffee to go Ambiance was different since a coffee shop and bar in the evening! read more

The concept and potential is great, but the execution is lacking profusely. I've tried this coffee house multiple times, and it is lacking in consistency with the customer service, ordering process, and quality of drink. There needs to be a voice of the customer, so improvements can be made and potential is achieved. The selection of sugar-free syrups is a definite plus, as the Bucks does not offer as many. The prices are, as stated in other reviews, much more than other coffee houses, but if you're like me, you're willing to pay for good coffee and good customer service. Listen to the voice of the customer and the employees. Simplify your ordering process, consistency of product, master the basics, and standardize your customer service expectations. Kaizen! You have great potential. read more

Crafted has such a great atmosphere, but the service could use some work. I came here to get some work done and enjoy a coffee, and my first impression walking in was fantastic, there was plenty of seating and a cool vibe. However, ordering was a bit confusing. The setup makes it hard to know where to stand since the tables get in the way, and I didn't hear the barista call my name or my coffee when it was ready. Overall, I'd come back for the atmosphere and coffee, just be prepared for slower service than you might expect. read more

I used to really love this place. It was my daily coffee spot, and every time I'm in a new city I'm always trying to find a place like Crafted for coffee. I love all their different drinks and the fancy stuff they've come up with, especially their cold brew extremes and Lotus drinks, which you can't find anywhere else. Recently though, they've been super inconsistent. I've been here three or four times in the last few weeks, and ordered the exact same thing, and all four times the drink has been different. It tastes and looks completely different every time. And honestly, if I wanted to overpay for a drink that I'm only 25% sure would be made correctly, I'd go to Starbucks where I'm at least paying slightly less for my drink to be made wrong. It's really unfortunate and I hope they get their act together because I really want to like this place again. read more

This coffee was definitely overpriced for the service and the quality. I ordered a white mocha that was served not stirred, so all the chocolate was at the bottom. It took more than 5 minutes for my drink to be made, and there was one person in front of me. I left a 15% tip on my card. Had I known how things would turn out I wouldn't have left that. I won't be back. read more

Excellent coffee and even better breakfast provided by The Eatery located inside Crafted Coffee Brews

The space is very cool, I like the setup of the tables. Seeing the volleyball courts and all the seating outside looks enjoyable too. I was shocked to see the different cup sizes between 16 to 20 oz but I enjoyed the vanilla latte. As well I enjoyed a small breakfast sandwich which was tasty. read more

My husband ordered a mocha with an extra shot. That's a pretty simple order. When the gal handed him the drink, she even said "And here's your mocha..." Nope. Not a mocha. Just a drip coffee. Pretty disappointing. The scone was delicious from Common Grounds (out of Gridley) but we wouldn't get coffee here again. I tried to order a sugar free caramel macchiato and it couldn't be done so I got a nitro brew which was as it should have been, foamy and strong. read more

My wife and I ordered two medium coffees (different types), one with sugar one without. We wound up with a small and a medium with a sugar in the wrong coffee. We told him at the restaurant one was the wrong size, and I also contacted them directly and said what I just mentioned and there was no reply. Obviously, this is not a problem to them. read more

The ambiance and service is fine but the drinks are below average. Ordered an Americano and it was a weak coffee at best with no flavor. Definitely not worth almost $5. I will stick with Dunkin when I'm in town. I would much rather support a local coffee shop but the quality isn't there. read more

I tried crafted today and got an iced latte with toffee. The drink had a small splash of milk and mostly water to give it a poor taste. The coffee tasted burnt as well. For the price I would go pretty much anywhere else, it has to be one of the worst in town. The space is kind of cool, but very tight. It was a bit too packed to enjoy. read more

This used to be my go to for coffee because you could literally get anything all year long. Apparently they now have a new Manager, Nate, who will not let the baristas make drinks for the paying customer that were prior specials. For example if it's June you cannot order anything that was on the May specials even if they still have the ingredients. It's really disappointing because I do think they have the best coffee in town. I do feel bad for the girls working because they get the brunt of the upset when it should be placed at management. read more

Crafted is in a great location, considering all the Starbucks are on Veterans and Coffee Hounds on the west side of Veterans. However, it is so slow, overpriced, and not at all craft coffee. Starbucks is better and cheaper. Coffee Hound is the real deal for a local place. Crafted needs to get its service or its product offering of better quality in order to make it long term. As others mentioned, the drive thru line is a trap! It will take you 15 minutes to go through and you can't get out. They also awkwardly ask you to tip as you're checking out. Recommend going inside to order. read more

My friend and I came in. She ordered a frapuccino, which she liked. I ordered a coffee Americano. My coffee was way too weak, so I complained and they made me a new one, but it was just as weak. I left unhappy because they didn't listen to me. read more

Rlly cool spot!! Quick and easy, got an iced vanilla oat milk latte, 10/10! Will be back!

Staff were very friendly and helpful in guiding us through the many choices for a cup of coffee. First timers, don't hesitate to come. Inside seating was loud and busy. Everyone entering has to walk through the seating area to order their drinks. They also had outdoor seating choices available. read more

The ideal alternative to the worldwide caffeine green goddess, fantastic and friendly staff, open and classical-bank styled atmosphere, overwhelming menu with all the right mixes of sugary syrups to combine with your desired brews, and prices a bit better than our infamous chain. I noticed a sad lack of any flavors crafted in house which means it all gets pumped from a factory made bottle of corn syrup and such. Not quite the crafted beverages anticipated at a high flying establishment which 3030 and Zion in Peoria have both perfected with their bean craft. Noticed an odd lack of a rewards program too, maybe that's still showing up once they have the landscaping in? I still had to go for a drink on a blustery frozen day, was happily talked into a powder based white mocha espresso, large of course, and found it well balanced without the awful sweet beating of Starbucks diabetic inducing Frappes but I'm sure it still packed a sugar punch. I most enjoyed the easy spot for relaxing and working. Lots of positives vibes here, offers a proper chance for hard to find Hawaiian cuisine down a hallway, and would be an easy spot to become a local regular alongside Fusion and the other classy city hotspots. read more

We were so excited to try this coffee. We had just stopped by Bloomington on the way to Chicago and needed some pick me up and went to the drive through. Ordered 3 lattes, 2 small and a large. The small ones tasted like pure milk. Couldn't even taste barely any coffee taste. Super disappointed as we were craving some yummy coffee. read more

Stopped by here for the first time. Easy to order, great menu and the employees were friendly. All we're wearing masks as well. I always order my drink extra hot - and it was definitely that! We ordered a vanilla latte and a hot chocolate. Both were great - better than that chain place. We will definitely be going back soon! read more

This is an enterprise, not a passionate pursuit of "craft". The kind of place that serves 16 oz cappuccinos and has shelves lined with Torani branded products. For the vast majority of people, as you can see in the drive-through line, that's okay! But it shouldn't cost more than Starbucks if it's not an improvement from Starbucks (e.g. Coffee Hound). read more

The drinks are fresh but don't hold up to other competitors. I've given it multiple tries and the drinks never taste up to par and have never fully satisfied me, so I have not been back recently. I really wanted to love it because it is local and close to my home. Also every time I would go in the drive thru, I was accosted for a tip, which was odd since there was a tip jar right there that I could have contributed to it I wanted to. When you try to force it, it becomes awkward. read more

I used to frequent this place. I love their frappucinos but this is the second time I have ordered one and gotten sick from it. I don't know if they haven't been checking their milk but I have been sick all night almost throwing up. Drip selection: 5 stars / Nitro coffee: 5 stars / Atmosphere: 5 stars. As a home roaster I appreciate Crafted's understanding that coffee beans require care in roasting and brewing. Some people (and large chains) like deep roast levels (French; Italian) while roasts at medium (full city+) or lighter levels (city) bring forward entirely different flavors of the bean. In this regard, coffee tasting has an extraordinary resemblance wine tasting. As a black coffee drinker I like Crafted's light roast offerings. These provide enhanced flavor along the sweet, citrus and floral ranges - often lost in heavy ("dark") roasts. Thanks for remaining true to the bean versus blindly roasting and brewing examples that need to be masked with added sugars and flavorings (not knocking those who prefer this...just not my cup of.....coffee). Also, the Nitro is fabulous and is my splurge drink - not cheap, but one should come to expect this when delighting in quality epicurean experiences. Said another way: U get what u pay 4. Keep rockin' it, Crafted. read more

Outdoor volleyball makes this a unique amazing spacious place for both beer and coffee and I am amazed and never seen a business such as this patient place as many coffee great drinks and in addition you can have alcohol and there are not many places America that I have come across where you can get both in one sitting crafted is perhaps one of the best places and I think there's also a poke fish business attached to it as well and this is an amazing business and I must stop for those interested in all three of these food menus and items read more

I have talked to 4 other people in town that have been duped into Crafted while trying to go to Poke. They are ~1.5x the *-Bucks price, and considerably worse. They flat-out asked me to tip them at the drive thru. Garish and tactless business practice. The gross customer service experience, and duplicitous association with poke has me recommending people to just stick to the 'bucks. Their drive-thru is literally right next to the two giant poke signs. You can't escape oncein line. Most overrated place in town. I got the $9 cold brew. Knowing how fast restaurants come and go in BloNo, I think they'll really be hurting in a year when they can't get repeat business and everyone knows not to get stuck in their drive-thru trap. read more

Brutal. 20 min wait for two coffees and get to the window and the entire order is wrong. Ask for the order to be corrected would take another 10 mins.
