I got the deluxe smores cookie, which was warm and decadent. It was a pretty sweet cookie, but I did enjoy it and I appreciated that it was slightly soft as well. The cookies here are on the pricier end, especially the deluxe cookies, but they are a good treat once in a while. I do enjoy the ice cream here too, although I didn't get it this time and I would recommend those that like mix-ins in their ice creams to try it out. read more

Leave it to my bestfriend to have me at Insomnia Cookies knowing I'm trying to be good. However, I'm here so here I go spending $17 on 6 cookies. The math of $17 ok 6 cookies has me floored, however, my ability to say no to Insomnia Cookies is not possible. They will get these $17. Today was a day of: 2 Snickerdoodle - 100/10 2 Oatmeal Raisin - 10/10 2 White Chocolate Macadamia - 10/10 Listen... I have NO IDEA what Insomnia Cookies is doing in the back but these cookies are better than good. And on top of that, the Snickerdoodles were just done so they were hot and had the nerve to melt in my mouth. Whaaaaaattttttttttttt. I'm talking cinna-minny-sugga-minny GOODNESS melting in my mouth. I am no stranger to Insomnia cookies, but I typically get them delivered. I came in to try their Vegan birthday cake cookie (which was great btw) , but to my surprise they had a gluten free chocolate chip cookie. I was actually really excited to try this b/c I know it may sound silly, but I prefer chocolate chip over a chocolate chunk cookie. It was delicious!! I wasn't sure how it was going to taste with it being gluten free, but I will be back soon to grab some in bulk! read more

The best cookie is a regular chocolate chunk cookie and the birthday cake but overall the cookies are very oily and too heavy. I normally don't like to give bad reviews but considering I spent $33 on 6 cookies delivered by uber eats and didn't enjoy it I think this deserves the review. Save your taste buds and go with Tiff Treats instead. I ordered the vegan birthday cake... It was pretty good. The macadamia white chocolate was terrible, the chocolate chip cookies was decent and the churro chocolate chip wasn't good. read more

Similar to a crumbl cookie in premise. You order your cookies and then take them home. The only problem is it was about 10° outside so by the time we got home they were cold. Not their fault but I am judging them by a cold cookie and I'm sure they're much better warm (as most cookies are). I found their flavor choices to be a bit boring compared to crumbl and they were just mediocre tasting as well. Not worth the price in my opinion. They're not bad, just nothing exciting. A "one and done" experience for me. read more

Insomnia cookies are my favorite cookies. I don't think there's a better cookie place. They are pretty expensive (you can get a dozen for $22), but it's worth it every now and then. I would give insomnia 5 stars, but sometimes this location is slow or out of certain cookies. However it is still definitely worth a visit for warm and delicious cookies. read more

cookies: great! delivery/customer service: gone to Hell in a handbasket. I live in Grant Park, where we display our house numbers on 7"x24" bright yellow wooden sunbursts over our front steps. You literally have to walk under them to get to the front door. Still the delivery person, to whom I'd prepaid a 20% tip, dropped the cookies at a neighbor's house. To make matters worse, each of the SE ATL stores pointed their finger at the other when I called to give friendly feedback and neither offered any kind of recovery gesture. I explained to each that I easily forgive mistakes, but hold carelessness to a higher standard. Not sure at all my point will be put to good use...sigh. 'Merika! read more

This is my 3rd time coming to this location never had a problem until today. I get two little scoops for 5.99. Asked if I could get more for my moneys worth and was denied. Even spoke to the manager and he doubled down saying that's the serving and just shrug his shoulders. If you want your moneys worth go to Butter'dudder and AGW!! read more

Needed a sweet treat after a concert, so I stopped at Insomnia. I expected to be hit with the sweet smell of baked goods when I opened the door (like other cookie spots), but didn't get that. Also, there was no clear direction as to who was in line and who had already ordered, but we figured it out. The cookie selection could've been better, but 2 out of 3 of my cookies were yummy. I ordered a snickerdoodle, a chocolate chip, and an oatmeal/choc chip/walnut cookie. I would've loved a regular choc chip with pecans or walnuts, but they didn't have one on the menu. Nonetheless, both the chocolate chip and the Oatmeal/choc chip were yummy. The snickerdoodle left lots to be desired. read more

Worst customer service ever experienced. Driver called and said he arrived, he did not. Was not even on the correct block. Then we he found the correct street he speed past twice, which my house has a large wrap around porch I was standing on. My God sister and I came here after the jazz festival one night. Luckily the line was not very long when we arrived. The ambiance was amazing because you could smell the warm cookies right when you walked in! I ordered a cookie wich which is basically an ice cream sandwich. Unfortunately I wanted vanilla ice cream but they were out... I'm still confused how you can be out of vanilla ice cream, but the butter pecan was a great backup. The worker who made my meal handed me the place with only one cookie on it. I had to ask him to put the other cookie on top. There needs to be a better system and the workers need to be educated on the items in the menu. Besides the service and lack of options the food was amazing! The warm cookie on top of the ice ream was everything I needed and more! read more

I will say the star rating is strictly based on the service experience at this location off of multiple experiences. The cookies are always high quality and delicious,but the service is always pretty lackluster. Often times they aren't the friendliest and can be slow at taking orders. Sometimes they may even forget cookies or add to many (hope you get lucky), but overall they just tend to not care too much or be timely about preparing things. read more

These cookies are super tasty. I had the bigwich sandwhich which had two cookies with icing in the middle. You can choose which cookies they use and even select a different cookie for each side. I chose chocolate chunk and m&m cookies for mine. Both were tasty and soft. I'd definitely order this again...or if I'm really feeling fat I'd order the mini cookie cake so I can get more icing...& yes it'd be for myself lol. This location is in Midtown, so of course parking is terrible at night. No parking lot, there is street parking in front of the building if you're lucky. There was a line when we arrived but it moved fairly quickly. There's not really any seating. The bakery has a short counter to the right with about 3 or 4 bar stools, so just plan on taking your order to go. The cookies were warm, but nothing really impressive about them. Definitely not worth the $10.00 for a 6-count variety box. It's a good option though if you're looking for a late night snack to curb your sweet tooth. Or you could just go to Publix and get a roll of Toll House cookies and fair just as well. You'd save a few coins too!! read more

updating my review: my friends and i were craving insomnia at 2am on a friday night (halloweekend). it was cold outside so we ordered online. we ordered around 2:05am and it said the earliest pick up time was 2:45am. it seemed like pretty long of a wait time but we were glad at least we didn't have to wait in line in the cold. we ordered a dozen of a variety of cookies. i ordered the double chocolate chunk and snickerdoodle. when we opened the box, we saw that they got our order wrong :( we ordered 4 double chocolate chunk but instead for regular chocolate chip. it still tasted fine but we were really looking forward to the chocolate chunk lol. the receipt was also on the front of the box so i am not sure how they got 4+ cookies wrong. read more

I got the cinnamon roll with apple butter. I thought it would be throughout but it was on top, and the roll itself was a little dry. Purchase 2 peanut butter cookies that were huge for my son. Not sure how they were but he didnt complain so I assume they were good.

However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. I do not have a picture of that because it was eaten before I got a chance to take a picture of it. But everything was so tasty absolute perfection. I don't know who's making this stuff but they are truly talented. I have to come back here again when I'm in Buckhead Village.

I like the nuttiness of black sesame in general, and I would've loved if they used more for a stronger flavor. The flavor was subtle, and with the ice and soft serve on top, got easily diluted.

They also have a ramyun station, photo booth, and a cellphone case maker which is fun! I also saw people with laptops hooked up to the outlets, so this may be study spot option as well? They also have a lot of free, ample parking in front. I can see a lot of college kids making this a regular hangout spot.
