We had an ongoing rodent problem in our attic and crawlspace for a long time and tried a few pest…read morecontrol companies to help, but none were able to resolve it. After calling Attic crew, they delivered a standout experience and have seemingly solved our issue. Specifically, Juan Grattan led our project and I highly recommend him. On the initial consultation he came out and did the most thorough inspection I had seen. Looking into every possible space for many hours and delivered us a quote that was itemized so we knew exactly what we were paying for. We payed for the rodent proofing with a warrenty and this was a great value. They were true to their word. It was a process of continually finding new entrypoints, closing them off, and identifying changes. They came out numerous times to inspect and make improvements over the course of 2 months and finally got it under control. Each time they came out, they did not charge anything additional. Juan made sure to keep a very high bar for the work being done and earned my trust.

After I asked him to stop riding on our grass he harassed me about pest control services and I had to tell him numerous times I wasn't interested. When I called him out on this, he became indignant and belligerent, offered no apology and gave me permission to go about my day. I work from home, attend a lot of zoom meetings, and have three dogs. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what happens when the doorbell rings or someone knocks. It's especially enraging when a sales person completely disregards your clearly posted signage and disrupts your day. Even more enraging when they get their feelings hurt because you let them know how utterly disrespectful their behavior is. What value is there in hiring anyone who cannot read or follow directions? Do better Axiom, and bugger off!

The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

Preventitive traps have been set for the rodents. We've never had a problem with the carpenter ants or rodents - unlike our neighbors. Venabales comes out within a few days of my call, sprays outside and has left ant traps. Problem solved! They always call a few days before the scheduled service then the technician calls to letus know he's on his way. All in all, our investment is secure as possible from "invasions". This was a significant inconvenience, as I had set aside time specifically for the scheduled service. I contacted the company afterward to address the issue and was particularly disappointed by their response. The company has a stated "no-show" policy, but despite the fact that the missed appointment was on their end, they were unwilling to honor that policy or take meaningful responsibility for the inconvenience caused. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope management will review how missed appointments are handled and ensure that customers receive the same consideration and accountability that the company expects from them.
