I worked here just for 2 months and I quit. There is a regular practice in this IT Employment Agency that I d like to share with you here. Almost all of the agents who work here are Americans (mostly white) and when they find a job seeker whose name sounds like an Indian or Asian, they ignore and wait for others to apply for the same position. Even if a guy with a Non Christian name is more qualified for the job, they toss his profile out and look for IT job seekers whose name sounds like Christian or English. I reported this practice to the manager and he said he would look into it. But nothing happened. read more

My experience with them has been very unsatisfying. Despite telling them my work schedule, they continued to schedule meetings and my job interview in the middle of my work day which can be frustrating to work around. I fought through traffic for an hour to meet in person with them downtown for a 10 minute interview. I then had the strangest interview with the actual hiring company that lasted about 30 minutes and they asked me 1 question and spent the rest of the time talking. I emailed the recruiter a follow up email and another inquiring one, but never heard anything from him. NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE. That alone is enough to make me never trust this company. I then found out that the reference I gave for this job, they then are trying to recruit, which I find incredibly crass. tl:dr: Jumped through a ton of hoops to then hear nothing after the interview (no response to emails sent) then used my references to add to their database. read more

Caveats: 1. Make sure you get a job description from them before you go visit with them. Everyone I talked to was very nice but ended up wasting a lot of time and gas because someone misunderstood my qualifications. 2. Make sure you park IN the building. One structure around their location cost ~$25 for two hours. I worked with this group for about 9 months and had mostly positive experiences. They seemed responsive, generally addressed concerns, and were generally better than other companies I've worked with. Strongly recommend working with Carly Guillot. read more

Grace, Ashley, and Cortney are all FANTASTIC! They usually call or email me BEFORE I have an issue, and on the rare occasion I have a problem, they've always taken care of it immediately. Great company, professional recruiters and account managers, and I've gotten multiple contract positions in the Fortune One Hundred. I find those that post negative reviews because they didn't get a call back or email reply very odd, and if someone is busy or an email doesn't make it to you, CALL BACK and follow up. Do not go through this unprofessional,unorganized company! I have worked for a few different staffing agencies and this has been the only bad experience for me! It was truly a nightmare. They do not care about you or what happens while on a job they won't listen to anything you have to say regarding the company they set you up with. They have no sympathy if you are unfairly treated and let go at a job, What they care about is the profit they get from these clients! The place i worked for was described as something it was not. I have been to their office 3 times concerning a job they contacted me about, never had an interview or placement with a client. They like to meet the job prospect in person, when I mention who I met with last time, the employee of theirs was fired/disappeared. They keep posting the exact same job for many months, I doubt that those postings are real. Not easy to get to either, in the heart of downtown, expect to spend on parking/gas just to go there for nothing. read more

I just received my first paycheck two weeks late and now I'm also expecting my second check to be two weeks late. I do not believe Insight Global has safeguards in place to make sure their employees are paid on time. My recruiter Z.B. assured me that I would receive both checks today, but of course that was a lie. I have been calling and emailing Z.B for 8 business days asking for specific answers to questions that he could not answer. I can not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I was contacted by Insight Global out of Kansas City about an opportunity, which subsequently fell through, but they forwarded my information to the Austin office. I have over 11 years of progressive heavy civil engineering experience and I am currently getting a masters in Construction Management, maintaining a 4.0 GPA. I didn't hear anything from the office, so I drove down there and met with an agent, Jordan. He was great and very reassuring. He told me with my resume that they would be able to find me a position easily. He told me I would be working with Taylor the head of their engineering placement. I was very excited by the prospect of getting to work soon, so I wrote letters to both Jordan and Taylor to thank them in advance. Then I heard nothing from them. After 10 days I emailed Jordan to see if there was anything I could do to expedite the process. I heard nothing back. After 2.5 weeks I emailed again and received a reply that they were interested in working with me, but have not found any opportunities yet. This is in Austin, TX where there are thousands of construction jobs. Here I sit two months latter and I still have never heard from Taylor, and I received one email from Jordan, which was the reply to my email. I'm a big boy, if they were not interested in working with me, than be up front and tell me, so I don't place any hopes and dreams with them. I know finding employment for people is a long and arduous process, I get it, but you serve a very important purpose in today's job market, please do not mess with other people like you messed with me!! read more

I've been hired through them twice, the only drawback is the opportunities that I've acquired we're all temporary or contract.
