After comparing Yelp reviews, pricing, and warranty coverage, we decided to go with Ken--and we're really glad we did. One thing that stood out to us was that Ken runs a family business. For us, it felt more personal and reassuring to work with a family-owned business rather than a large corporation. We felt like we were dealing directly with someone who genuinely cared about the work and his customers, rather than just another company. Ken was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and kept us updated on what we needed to do to prepare for the fumigation, which made the process a lot easier. The contractors who came out on the day of the fumigation were great as well. They showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and did a very thorough job. Everyone was easy to work with, and I felt comfortable knowing our home was in good hands. Ken also offered a fair price, a two-year warranty, and free inspections in the future, which gave us additional peace of mind. Overall, we had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend Ken to anyone looking for termite fumigation services. It's nice to be able to support a family business and feel like you're working with people who genuinely care about their customers.

I was able to communicate through the yelp app with the owner and was set up the next day for them to come by and inspect. I didn't ever feel pressured into getting any service and they were very professional and mostly stuck to the facts of what issues my house had. I'm glad to have found them especially since they are a local family shop and sometimes it's better to have them come versus a big corporation worried about profits. Overall very glad I found them and would highly recommend their termite inspection whether you are in escrow or not!

That's service we NEVER received from Corky's. We then had them replace all the fascia and corbels on our 2 story home which was extensive. Justin and his crew were absolutely awesome!! Everything was replaced, painted on all sides and sprayed with a treatment to prevent termites. While waiting for the corbels to come in, they even put mesh over the openings to prevent any rodents from getting in. As Gary did our final walk around, I found out he had also fixed so many different areas with rodent protection that I didn't even know about, which made me so happy. They truly treated my home like it was their own. They also treated for subterranean termites and did ant and spider treatments. We were previously with Corky's for well over 10 years and the level of service we have received from Grand Oak Termite is a MILLION times better. They are definitely our new pest control company going forward. Thank you for a job well done.

We've got over an acre of land and I was impressed at how thorough he was with his craft. While he was here, I began picking his brain about rodent proofing the house and garage. He went over everything their team does and they offered me a reasonable price. Fast forward to today, Jay and Diego arrived first thing in the morning to shore up my home. Today it's only about 105 degrees and these young men got STRAIGHT to work. They started on the roof and made their way all the way down inside the crawl space beneath my home. They sealed every single little thing UP! If there are critters, they are about to be evicted! The guys also set traps and will check those on a weekly basis. They also secured my garage and even did a few things they thought would be helpful for the neighboring shed that is adjacent to my garage. They were very respectful of my home and didn't try to "sell" anything additional. Communication, document signing and payment is seamless. Jay and Diego kept me informed about what was being done and timelines. I am a young widow with small kids. I am very careful about who I allow in my home and I can assure you that this team is trustworthy. The guys truly went above and beyond as I wasn't exactly ready for them to work. They had to remove dirt and loaded it in the wheelbarrow and relocated it. They even did a couple things inside my home that I simply was unable to do. Really pleased with the duo sent to me and so far the work is very professional and surgically executed.
