This is my first study since 2008, which was done at a hospital. The room was very quiet and had an attached bathroom. I had what was supposed to be a split study last night. First half of the night without CPAP and second half with. My biggest complaint is with the facility. It is located near the interstate and very noisy. Not only exterior noise, but internal as well. There was a washer and dryer a couple of doors away and a large printer just outside my room. Had a hard time sleeping which affected my study. Now supposedly, I'll have to go back to do a CPAP titration, but that won't happen for several weeks until the current report is released. To go to the bathroom, you have to use the ones by the front entrance, so you are walking by glass doors. This place was never designed as a sleep center, but some sort of conversion. My tech also explained the doctor is not on site, as he owns 6 clinics. I have no complaints regarding the staff, everyone has been professional and courteous. read more

Don't go there! The bed was dirty and you fell into the hole at the center. The equipment was broken.... The snaps popped off and the attendant had to keep coming in to wake me, roll me over and reattach, and they won't call back for results . On old school grading they get an F! read more

What in the hell happened to this sleep center? I went here three years ago for a sleep study, everyone was professional, courteous, the location was quiet, and the sleep tech was communicative and asked me if I needed anything when I woke up at night. Last night, I was woke up seven times because the sleep tech couldn't properly place the electrodes, she didn't speak to me through the camera when I raised my hand to go to go the bathroom while she took her sweet time, and she seemed annoyed. In the morning, when I asked how everything was, she had the audacity to say it was difficult. The whole night I could hear them banging stuff and talking, and she couldn't properly place the electrodes so she took it out on me. She thought it was difficult?! I couldn't sleep properly for a sleep study because of the constant waking up to replace the electrodes and the banging and talking. Never again!! This establishment should be closed! read more

What a joke! Here's what's "innovative" about these guys: they don't answer their phones, they don't return their calls, they ignore your attempts to make contact on their portal. They calculate your co-pay...and it turns out to be wrong, and now they want more money. They do your sleep study and then take three weeks and you hassling them constantly to acknowledge your results and submit their next request to your insurance. Your head will explode every time you deal with these jokers--who, I should mention, are always pleasant and apologetic when you deal with them, and then never do what they say they were going to do. Office is located in a small business park. The decal on the window announcing the office was peeling (shows no care is taken of office). Was uncomfortable the moment I walked into the clinic. The chairs were well worn & had dog hair on them. Was taken back to a room for my consult. It was also well worn- made a Hotel 6 look like the Hilton. I let them know I was uncomfortable & would not be able to sleep in such a dirty place, I would like to leave. Was not charged for my brief encounter. read more

Dirty, dusty rooms. Dust bunnies on the floor. It looked like the room had not been cleaned in weeks. Altogether an unprofessional experience. Run! What's more, my staff said the quiet part out loud. This was my first sleep study ever. As I was getting hooked up, she said I will need to return for a titration test in a few weeks. How did she know whether I had apnea or not? This place was horrible. I was referred her by my ENT for snoring. They had me do an at home, sleep study, and the one in the lab. Nobody ever went over my results with me for my at home sleep study. They just immediately scheduled me for the sleep study in the lab. Costing me another $800. Then I find out after the lab study that the CPAP doesn't even work on me. No one ever went over my results with me from either study and I never once met or talked to the Dr who it was run through. The beds are super uncomfortable and the rooms are really warm. Not really any way to keep in a current bedtime routine. It really just felt like a mill and I was one of many. I wish someone had explained into much further detail exactly what was going to happen in the study. read more

I have to agree with others. They do not answer their phones even after a week of leaving messages. I am firing this doctor and going elsewhere. Unfortunately, in the meantime, I cannot get my CPAP supplies. I will file a complaint with Medicare (if anyone is still left) about this doctor. read more

I did a sleep study during covid plandemic and was put on a national waiting list. Three years later still waiting for a call to get a machine and they will gladly except your 1000$ for the test but will not call you. Called every 6 months like I was told and still no help. This company is greedy and will not help you. Stay away from them. read more

My personal experience: To be fair, I have yet to find ANY local sleep center that actually provides good service. Most are just okay. Some are just horrible. At this practice, I had good appointments with the doctor. His observations and advice were straightforward, could be understood and then followed at home. I had less good experiences with the rest of the staff. Reception/scheduling are edgy and the technical crew can be less than 100%. Resupply and billing are somewhat problematic. The bills are not itemized, so you cannot see what you are being asked to pay for. Resupply absolutely will hound you to buy more materials. This business clearly is making its money on CPAP machines and supplies, and they appear to be charging some pretty high prices for them to the insurance companies and patients. Even after insurance pays its share, my experience with this business is that their prices are high enough that you can get MUCH more for your money buying your supplies online. In summary, I've experienced worse. They are slightly difficult to deal with but not terrible. Of the local clinics this one has given the least problems but I wouldn't enthusiastically recommend them. read more

They are used car salesmen selling you a machine. They are kind and nice when doing study. They made it easy to be there but they want you to buy a machine. Had to go back 2 times because im not considered severe. Ok could not sleep with mask on. They tried telling me they found zero issues when i had mask on but i never had it on. What happened to the 10 options before you get to a mask? Where the information you promised as a report 2 months ago? If u have to go because its life n death n u know u want a machine im sure youll be fine. Exploring options with you isn't their concern or care. Never have been to a sleep before and was apprehensive about what to expect but I was so very pleasantly surprised. The staff were so helpful and kind. The information given to me was explained in depth and I felt very comfortable with the over night stay. I love Laura and Nick....both are wonderful and have great personalities. This review is based on my experience working there and how unprofessional this place is. I wish I could have actually spoken with the Dr. but I guess that's not a choice. To make a long story short, I had absolutely zero training, just tried to get things caught up and I was fired due to mistakes when I was told that I was doing a great job. This office used to be really good. However since last year they have gone down hill. There customer service is in need of a change. They were rude to me on the phone and I didn't need to be reminded that I had missed my appointment. They cannot use the Covid pandemic as an excuse. No reason for the way I was treated. When you call don't expect to hear from a person. They don't answer their phone. After told I would be charged for missed appointment of 75 dollars I decided to change to another more personable service. read more

i absolutely love ygis sleep center tgey were very helpful in getting my grandson in for a consult within a week and in for his sleep study within one more week AMAZING ... nary bridge took 2 months for consult appt and 3 more months fir a study on grandaughter.... The staff at innovative sleep are so helpful and calming and tgeir sleep center is comfy and relaxing and so private unlike having to go to a hospital and results and treatment optionsguven within one additional week.. I had a very pleasant experience from this sleep center. All staff was excellent. Worked w me in scheduling my appt., explained what was needed for insurance, what was required for sleep study and answered my many questions in a very professional manner. The private rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean. Yes, getting up early may be a bit inconvient but this is part of the test. They have all the information they need. Not a hotel. For those that complain-- get over it. This is for your health. Harrison ARNP-FNP is the medical professional who did my consult and interview. He was very informative and caring. I had a planned vacation to leave in 2 days. He was up front and told me I should think of changing my plans and he would suggest follow up with a cardiologist. My heart had irratic beats. I cancelled my plans followed up w cardiologist. I have a heart blockage. Harrison saved my life. All of this from caring medical professional with a team of workers to give the best care to their patients. I could not ask for better care and highly recommend this sleep center read more

Recently had my first sleep test. For anyone that has concerns you check in the evening get settled watch a video that explains sleep disorders. My technician was Ernie he literally explained every wire, how long the setup takes, what's going to happen through the evening when sleeping. Not scary at all. I fell right asleep even though I had every wire imaginable hooked to me from head to toe. Woke up, wires off and free to go home. Getting ready for second sleep study to try cpap hope this helps. read more

I recently scheduled an appointment with them that I needed to cancel. I was able to give them a full weeks notice of my cancellation, so I was surprised at the extreme rudeness the receptionist treated me with. I'm giving them a 2 instead of a 1 because I'm not sure if the doctors are less rude, but the reception staff was outright mean about my having to move out of state with short notice. Guess what, getting such short notice for a relocation sucks far more for me. You get to bump someone's wait shorter for a time slot I had to book a month in advance. I have to get myself setup on the opposite side of the country. One of us was inconvenienced by this situation and it wasn't Innovative Sleep Centers, so the attitude was completely unjustified. If you value bedside manners at a clinic that literally focuses on bed habits, I would suggest going elsewhere. read more

Biggest waste of time and money... Been there 3 times with no result other than "you have sleep apnea" They tell you you'll get results in 14 days and mine took a month... I had to call them to get my results. I was then told they would get right on it next time and they scheduled me the night I called about my results to have another study. I was told I'd have my results by 14 days and it's now been 23 days and they had no problem billing my insurance to get their money. I Met with a Dr. once for 5 minutes and have never heard back from him directly since. Wish I could get my time and money back. If 0 stars were an option I would rate it that way...I will tell everyone I know not to go here! read more

I love the front staff at innovative sleep centers. They are kind, friendly, and always there for me. I felt like I needed to go to Innovative Sleep Centers for my central apnea because they are one of the few sleep centers in the area. I went to my critical appointments and got my diagnosis; great. I sign a contract for a resupply on my equipment; also great. I kept getting called in for what seemed like mandatory appointments, but were really optional with a tech; not great. Their resupply process changed; potentially great. They never notified me... They were late by a month on my resupply, and I had to call them; frustrating. The second time they were two months late, I called three separate times, finally they took my payment, and I still have not received my resupply two weeks later. This is medical equipment...I expect a better process especially after signing an agreement. I am out of supplies and dreading making another phone call. Wish I could have saved money on unnecessary appointments as well as had my resupply when it was supposed to be here (months late was unacceptable). I also had one of their techs tell me that I should have put my dog down earlier because she was aggressive, despite having worked with her for three years in behavioral rehabilitation. I scheduled with this clinic after having difficulty determining an exact copay amount . The office staff is not aware that all of their conversations can be heard in the waiting area. When I arrived at my sleep study the sheets had hair on them. When asking for new sheets it revealed a huge stain of something on the mattress pad. Bad deal. My first appointment was scheduled and I had a paper from them that was very clear that if I was late or a no show that there were financial consequences. I arrived a few minutes early and was given paperwork to fill out. I filled out the paperwork and handed it in. The office staff were polite and efficient. Then I waited in the waiting area for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I could hear the office staff visiting with one another about personal things. -One of the office staff then invited me to join her to go to a room. When we arrived in the room she began asking me the same questions that were on the question sheet that I had already filled out. I asked her if she would review the paperwork that I filled out. She got edgy and apologized for my long wait time. What she does not know is that I was thinking that rather than visiting about personal things she may have wanted to view paperwork that pertained to her next case. Because of that I decided to go to another sleep study company. Due to them being so far away from my home I went back to Innovative Sleep Center. I did a one night sleep study at Innovative Sleep Center and my sinuses got fried. Seriously burned and it took 4 days for them to get better. I was told that not much if any water is used in the system during their sleep studies. -The technician that set me up for the sleep study at one point grabbed the top of the head gear and gave it a good pull. That hurt my nostrils very much. - Once my machine was assigned to me and set up I began to use it. The person that set up my machine and went over the use of it was very thorough. I did tell her that the mask was uncomfortable and she said just suck it up and get use to it. While she was setting up my machine she talked about a lot of personal things. Her son is in the military and she was in the military, she recently had to be in the hospital and that she shops quite a lot on Amazon and on line. -I asked to purchase a SoClean 2 to clean the equipment with and she got a bit agitated because it was going to take time to make the invoice and show me how to use the SoClean 2. I told them that I decided to wait. Because of all of her shopping talk about buying on the internet I thought I would take a look and compare prices. I did find the SoClean 2 for $68.00 cheaper, no shipping fees and so I purchased it on the internet. The mask that I had sets in the nostrils and is very uncomfortable. If you move your heard while wearing it then the nostril pillows pull on your nostrils. So moving while you sleep is very uncomfortable and it woke me up a lot. Even with being uncomfortable and in pain from the mask I used it 80 percent for 30 days.When I told this to the technician she asked what kind of mask do you think you need? I told her that if she were at my shop and told me of a problem that I would use my knowledge to help her. She shot out of her seat and said I think I know what will work and left the room. She brought in a different mask, called a Wisp. I tried it on and it felt way more comfortable. She gave it to me and changed my prescription to reflect the Wisp mask. - I wore the Wisp mask that night and had the best sleep and the App on my phone had way better AGI numbers. - While on the internet shopping for the SoClean2 I saw what they charged for the same equipment that I had just picked up. To my amazement it was $1474.20 delivered to me. Innovative Sleep Center invoiced me for $5000.49. They had on their invoice many items that were included in the sale from the other company. This over bloated the price of their offered invoice. - I told the technician at Innovative Sleep Center about the price difference and she became upset with me. Rather than lowering their price she was telling me that I needed their equipment. I asked if I can buy my machine elsewhere and have them be my care for adjustments of the machinery. She said; "Why". - So in her saying why, I figure that I am not really getting medical care from them. - We reviewed my 30 day use and my AGI was a bit high. I asked if she could adjust their machine. She said; "you are in acceptable parameters". - At the end of our appointment I told her I was going to purchase a machine from elsewhere. She was very upset with me. She said I could not return their machine unless I had another machine to replace it. She told me that I would have to sign REFUSAL OF MEDICAL TREATMENT form. She also said that their new billing cycle begins tomorrow and was smiling and giggling. I told her that is fine. She wrote me a new prescription because one is required for the purchase from the internet company. - The very next day my new machine arrived from the internet company arrived I was at work. My husband took their machine and the new machine to their office to return the old machine. - The Tech made my husband sign a REFUSAL OF MEDICAL TREATMENT form. Being lied to is not good. read more
