I haven't dealt with any pain during the procedures, and not much pain after (im sure this varies from person to person, but nice for me!) and as far as my teeth are concerned, they are in good hands here. As a patient, I listen to the recommendations of the dentists, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals who HAVE MORE KNOWLEDGE about oral health due to their education. As a result, I have never had a cavity in my life, and have grown up with a strong awareness of oral hygiene and proper routine. The new location is very nice as well. I will continue to get my teeth done here and wish the office maximum success and well-being. This admiration for the professionals is mainly because due to their competence and quality care, but also respect as a human being! I rarely write reviews, but Bright Now is not where you want your dental work done…read more I went in for X-rays and a checkup after switching my dental insurance to this location. They told me I needed to be numbed for a cleaning and that I had multiple cavities. On top of that, they said my insurance wouldn't allow all the fillings at once, so I'd have to make four separate appointments. In total I made 6 appointments: 4 for cavities, 1 for cleaning, and 1 for the oral surgeon. I ended up switching dentists. At my new office, I got my teeth cleaned the same day I had my first appointment--without being numbed--and was told I only had one cavity, not multiple. As for wisdom teeth: do not get them out here. Bright Now told me the oral surgeon "recommended" bone and skin grafts at over $500 each--on top of a $1,500 surgery quote. When I pushed back, they told me to ask the surgeon. I got mine removed at my new dentist instead, and the entire procedure (everything included) was under $900. I'm healing perfectly without the extra $1,000 charge. If you go here, question every charge. But honestly, I'd recommend finding a different dentist altogether.

I have always been more than happy with the professional & personalized care I have received over the years from Dr Khan and her team to keep my teeth healthy. My daughter began going with me when she was 3-4 she is now 11, we come every 6 months for our cleanings & check ups. My daughter recently had a bicycle accident causing trauma to three of her upper permanent teeth. So scary! Dr Khan and her team were absolutely amazing, they stayed open late to see us right away and got my daughters teeth back into place. (Not an easy task) Dr Khan did additional preventative measures as she has a mix of primary and permanent teeth. We now have a plan for our future treatment and things are going better than we thought they would. I credit this all to Dr Khan and her team for the efficient emergency repairs and follow up. Fantastic and family friendly practice...highly recommend.

A week later I was able to get in to see her. With both root canals she could not get the area numb. Both times I came out of the chair with tears in my eyes because the procedure hurt so bad. I was referred to a specialist that said there were still nerves in both teeth and one tooth still had a canal that was not done. So after two root canals, two crowns, I have to pay another dentist over $4,000 to fix what she missed. I will not go back and I would not recommend anyone to seek treatment there. I paid to much in pain and money for two root canal's that were done incorrectly.
