He was so patient, very understanding and was very gentle (especially poking a needle in my mouth). The staff were also great and super welcoming. They were polite, chatty and were very smiley. You can tell that Dr. Bo takes his staffing very seriously by the way they conduct themselves in their patient care and also safety & disease preventions. During Covid, their office was always following all Covid safety measures (not every dental office was) - I never had to worry when I brought my son in for his appointments. If you come a few minutes early to your appointment they have a fun game room for the kids to play, they always have a fun show on during the appointment for your kiddo to watch, and they also have a reward system for their toy store that they earn money for at each cleaning.
