As far as the dental work is concerned, Dr. Bedayse does excellent work. I haven't dealt with any pain during the procedures, and not much pain after (im sure this varies from person to person, but nice for me!) and as far as my teeth are concerned, they are in good hands here. I just wish I had visited this place a lot sooner.

I have a busy schedule, but they were able to find a time that worked great for me. Since this was my first time to their office, and I haven't had x-rays in a while, I had a full exam and x-rays with Dr. Richard Smith and his dental assistant. Sometimes the xrays are a little uncomfortable, but the assistant worked quickly and efficiently and it was actually pretty easy. Luckily I didn't have any major issues, but Dr. Richard still took the time to look over my teeth and get to know me. Very professional and very welcoming experience. Their hygienist, Sheryl, did the teeth cleaning. She was great, super friendly, quick but thorough. It was my first visit, but it felt like Sheryl had been cleaning my teeth for years. It's hard to find a new dentist. The team at Evergreen was excellent and they did great work. I feel great to have a Dr. Richard Smith and team taking care of my dental health. As a patient, I listen to the recommendations of the dentists, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals who HAVE MORE KNOWLEDGE about oral health due to their education. As a result, I have never had a cavity in my life, and have grown up with a strong awareness of oral hygiene and proper routine. The new location is very nice as well. After a regular check-up you are pretty much always required to book another appt if anything other than a check-up is required. I don't LOVE this, because dentists I've had on the past will do a check-up and cleaning (or partial cleaning etc.), but to each their own. The real issue is that, in order to make the next appointment, you have to go to a second desk. Good luck ever doing that, however, as the person at this second desk is ALWAYS on the phone in the three years they've been my dentist. Sometimes, I wait up to half an hour to simply set up the next appointment. So, just to give you an idea of a typical appt. Get taken in for check-up and check-up is performed in about half an hour or less. Then you get to spend another half hour simply setting up the NEXT appointment. Many are the times I've sat waiting, in clear view, while this person chats away to her bestie without a care in the world. I can't imagine this ONLY happens to me. The reason I'm writing what Yelp refers to an an "epic" review, is because while I'm never gonna return - someone there needs to know just how awful this system is.

My daughter began going with me when she was 3-4 she is now 11, we come every 6 months for our cleanings & check ups. My daughter recently had a bicycle accident causing trauma to three of her upper permanent teeth. So scary! Dr Khan and her team were absolutely amazing, they stayed open late to see us right away and got my daughters teeth back into place. (Not an easy task) Dr Khan did additional preventative measures as she has a mix of primary and permanent teeth. We now have a plan for our future treatment and things are going better than we thought they would. I credit this all to Dr Khan and her team for the efficient emergency repairs and follow up. Fantastic and family friendly practice...highly recommend.

Three months later the infection returned and another root canal was done. Three months after that one the infection returned. Went to the ER. They prescribed my some antibiotics. A week later I was able to get in to see her. With both root canals she could not get the area numb. Both times I came out of the chair with tears in my eyes because the procedure hurt so bad. I was referred to a specialist that said there were still nerves in both teeth and one tooth still had a canal that was not done. So after two root canals, two crowns, I have to pay another dentist over $4,000 to fix what she missed. I will not go back and I would not recommend anyone to seek treatment there. I paid to much in pain and money for two root canal's that were done incorrectly.
