One of the first things I noticed (and appreciated) is that they have reserved parking right by the office, which makes it so convenient, you don't have to circle the block or pay to park on the street like I did my very first visit. Their cleanings are extremely detailed. Kristina is the best! She really takes her time to do everything perfectly, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the quality of her work. I also had a crown done here, and unlike other offices where it takes two separate appointments, they completed everything in one visit thanks to their new, modern equipment. It saved me so much time and was incredibly convenient. The office itself is always immaculately clean, the staff are professional yet warm, and the overall experience feels like everything is done at the highest level. Every time I come here, I leave with a smile (literally and figuratively). I am writing thing review with great excitement and enthusiasm to rate Dr. Charles Kim and his team 5 stars. I have an extreme fear of dental procedures due to a very traumatic experience as a young girl while going to the dentist. Over the years, I have had a deep sense of fear, worry and avoidance when it comes to my dental needs yet I place very high importance in my oral health. It has been extremely difficult to find dentists who would work with me and provide the support I needed to get the work done. Dr. Kim is my new dentist. I believe he will remain my dentist and my families dentist for many years to come. Dr. Charles Kim has the confidence, knowledge, and bedside manner to really help Dentistry modernize. The flawless entryway and open air concept is not just a skin. This practice has technology I've never seen before. The imagery and its ability to show every aspect of every tooth gave the transparency a layman like me needed to really trust his methods. He handedly governed a split root tooth fracture while leaving the tooth intact and also creating virtually no pain. First off I'd like to say that I've had so much anxiety prior to seeing him due to previous dentists I've seen, and sheer embarrassment of how bad my teeth were. He is very straight forward with billing and that is one of two things that keeps me coming back. He will not try to tack on more than you can handle. Dr. Kim is the best! He took the time to answer all my questions and was very patient as well as knowledgeable. Since I'm cavity prone, it's important to me to find a dentist who is willing to put in the time and effort with their patients, and Dr. Kim does just that! The office itself is gorgeous with its ultra-modern interior, but it wouldn't be a great office without its amazing staff. Let me start off by saying.....wow. My experience in the office was really nice!! The office is modern and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I was able to get an appointment that worked well for my busy schedule so I didn't have to rearrange anything either which was a plus. Dr. Charlie took his time to explain things thoroughly and gave me an accurate estimate of everything before he started which was nice. He had a soft hand and the overall experience didn't hurt so I left satisfied! Best experience I've ever had at the dentist. I'm new to the area and needed to be seen urgently. Not only did they work really hard to find my insurance provider when I couldn't find the contact information, the office is so beautiful. The view of the city is really nice and there are even flat screen TVs with Netflix on the ceiling to keep you entertained. Everyone was so nice and I had great conversations with them on day one.
