We phoned Innovative Air Solutions for help with AC repairs on a Tuesday morning. We were told the earliest available time was the next morning. To our surprise we got a phone call less than two hours later saying they could get to us within the hour. Our good luck was due to a cancelation. The technician, Riley Martinez, phoned prior to arrival and had made all repairs within an hour. The total cost of repairs was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend IAS. read more

Innovative Air Solutions is a 5 star operation in my book. I had a terrible experience with a different HVAC installer five years ago. Poor installation. Wouldn't call back. Refused to service the unit after install. Then it was five years of misery as the Bryant/Carrier equipment had eight major failures in four years. Carrier refused to do anything about it. I finally made the decision to pull out the 4.5 year old Carrier system and replace it. I could not see throwing more good money after bad and likely still not have a system I can trust. In Southeast Texas heat, you need an HVAC system you can trust! I had a number of companies come out and give me bids. My goal wasn't to hire the cheapest, but to find someone reasonable that would treat us right and I felt like I could trust in the future. Innovative Air got our bid! They came right out. They listened to my complaints about my previous situation. The owner, Robert Currie and his salesperson Kacey Burnitt came out to my home and sat on my porch with me for about an hour to talk about my concerns with correcting the original install and getting what I needed. They carefully reevaluated my home to make sure that the equipment I put in was what my home needed. Kacey even burned after-hours time to get my bid right and do it fast so we could get cool. Then they installed a new Lennox system that so far has been great. It was a difficult install in a few ways due to hurdles from the original install, but they tackled the problems until they were corrected. Their bid was accurate and reasonable. The final price was exactly as the bid projected. I would recommend Innovative Air Solutions to anyone that is looking to get a quality system installed properly and for a reasonable price. read more

We will never use Innovative Air again and we are telling anyone and everyone of our experience. It took three visits over three months to get what we paid for - a new cold-air return plenum and duct-work, strapped up and sealed. First visit took a week to "complete". Next day the plenum fell down because it hadn't been strapped up (per our invoice requirements). Second visit, Robert assured me the plenum had been strapped up and showed me what they used. First cool day, I squirmed under the house and took pictures - no straps in sight... although he had also assured the city code enforcement officer of the same thing he assured me. Third visit they came out and strapped things up... completely inconveniencing my wife and I, although we had not only paid the invoice on time, but the project held no surprises for Robert or his crew - they knew about everything going in but complained about getting the work done after the bill was paid. Come to find out as well... the crew had failed to tightly secure the gas line to the furnace and it had leaked for over 3 months - (Center Point confirmed the person that reinstalled the HVAC/Furnace unit only hand tightened it and did not use thread tape or pipe sealant either.) Innovative Air, Facebook page has my full review. There's a great deal more to this story including coming home to find them excavating and piling dirt and debris onto our newly renovated oak flooring with a drop cloth, or tools (they borrowed ours to get their job done) and traipsed their dirty feet across our floors and rugs carrying buckets of damp earth.
