I'm writing this review on my girlfriends behalf. She went in to have her nails done and left very unhappy. The quality of work done by the owner was subpar. There were several flaws in her nails which were obvious to me as a man. There were places on her nails that did not get painted; there was a smudge on one of her thumbs; the dots were not even roundish; and her nails were not trimmed to a uniform length (they did not trim her nails, but for $50, it seems that should have been included) The owner was incapable of doing requested patterns such as bows. I'm a guy and I am pretty sure I could do a bow with a simple small paintbrush. I would not recommend this salon for nails. As friendly as they were to my girlfriend, that does not help the fact the nails came out terribly. My girlfriend has gone to another nail salon in the past and had toes and fingers done for only $70 with nails trimmed and spectacular painting. I mentioned this so you understand I have based this review on a comparison. I will attempt to post pictures along with this review. I don't usually write bad reviews; I just figure maybe the person had an "off " day, and I just don't go back. This can not be ignored though. I recently received one of the WORST haircuts I've ever had. I won't name the stylist, but she gave me a dated, chopped cut. When I asked her to squeeze me in to work a few things out, she gave me a date 4 days away. When I said I'd be out of town, she went silent and that was the end of that. In retrospect, I'm glad I didn't let her touch my hair again! read more

They are all lovely ladies who will work above and beyond to make sure that you are happy and looking fabulous. It always feels like I'm hanging out with one big family. Just the best environment. Terrible place! What a rip off! Don't waste your money on their poor service!

Never Again! My daughter booked hair for herself and the 5 bridesmaids and called to confirm a couple of days before. We walked in and they acted like they weren't expecting all of us. We were treated like walk-ins. As the time approached when we were supposed to be done there were still 2 girls waiting to even be started. I began asking an hour in to the appt about the other girls and was pretty much brushed off by the front desk girl. When I got more forceful she finally got up and asked someone in charge. Needless to say they put us behind schedule. No on to their makeup artist. She met us at the church. Since we were already behind schedule, her snail-like pace didn't help matters. Nor did the cell phone calls or stopping to comment on our conversations. Bottom line - wedding started at 4pm and she finally finished the last person at 3:30. If you want a stress-free wedding don't go there. So not only did they inconvenience us, the photographer did a lot of waiting around since most pix were to be taken before ceremony. And yes, I contacted them and am still waiting for a reply from someone. Won't hold my breath. I'm just happy a couple of the bridesmaids that are getting married soon now know where NOT to go. read more

I recently had my hair cut by Ron at this salon. He is a very nice guy, but really lacks in the cutting skills at least as far as cutting curly hair. He cut my hair dry, which I'm totally fine with as long as you know what you are doing. I have curly hair and he straightened it befor he dry cut it, but he didn't straighten ALL of my hair. The underneath layers he did not straiten with the hot iron. So, when I went home that night I rewashed and straightened my hair and I discovered how horrible of a cut it was. left side of my hair was at least an inch shorter than the right. The length of my hair is a little longer than my chin so this was VERY noticible. He also cut my right side to a point (I got an align bob) and the left side was cut straight across. I also had chunks of hairs on the left side that were an inch or so longer than the rest of the hair. The blond highlights he gave me were overall pretty good, except the highlights in the front were not put to my roots, so it already looks like my hair has grown out. I was extremely angry about how my hair looked and had to try and fix what he had done to at least make the sides the same length. I will NOT be going back. read more

First time here. Happy they could get me right in. I went in for routine trim on my lightly layered hair. The girl that cut my hair was OBVIOUSLY brand new out of school. It was a nightmare. I have no clue how a trim could be so screwed up. There were a couple random wispy pieces that were my bottom layer. The rest of it was completely butchered too. I couldn't see my full head in the mirror so I had no clue until she was done. She had to get another woman to fix my hair and literally show her how to trim layers. If I wanted to get my hair done at a beauty school, I would have... No one apologized. I hadn't got my hair cut in 6 months, because I was growing it out, they ended up taking 3 inches total after fixing my hair. That's 6 months worth of growing hair out... No one apologized! They didn't even give it to me for free... I got $10 off. So pissed. Every time I look in the mirror at my short hair, I feel pissed off all over again. No. No. No. read more
