Customer service sucks! I've been waiting for a surgery scheduler to call me for over a month now…read more Everytime I call they transfer me and I stay on hold until I finally hang up. Evidently they don't need business.

I have been post-op for only one day, but I wanted to share my experience thus far. The first thing…read moreI noticed when I came in for my consultation was that the women working there were naturally beautiful, not over-botoxed and over-filled. When I go to med spas, the first thing I look at is the staff, and if they all look overdone, it is a red flag for me. The staff is friendly. After meeting Dr.A, my husband and I liked him. He is like talking to an old friend and is very personable. I could tell he is a cerebral thinker. He didn't overpromise and explained possible outcomes with my unique case. I appreciate the honesty. He was very informative and took his time with me. On the day of surgery, I felt comfortable, and again, his staff is so friendly. The anesthesiologist was so kind, and she even put nutrients in my PIC line. I woke up and felt very alert and had minimal discomfort. My recovery time was short, and I believe the nutrients helped. When I saw my after photo, in surgery, before the swelling kicked in, I couldn't believe it was my body. Dr A is a Michelangelo, A renaissance man! I am so impressed by his skill and artistic eye. I am looking forward to seeing the results as I heal. I am using infrared light to aid in discomfort, swelling, and inflammation, along with supplements and a high-protein chicken bone broth soup, so my discomfort level is minimal. I highly recommend an infrared light. Dr A should be on your list of doctors to consult with.

I did not end up scheduling surgery with this office back in 2023 due to their insistence that my…read moreBCBS insurance required 12 months of continuous therapy. It seems that they are still touting this falsity. This was not accurate, as my insurance PA was approved and insurance paid their share with a different surgeon despite not having 12 months of continuous therapy. No where in my policy did it state this was necessary, and this was confirmed by the insurance company. Not only was this an inaccurate statement, but it was insisted upon in an extremely rude manner, as if I or my insurance company did not know what we were talking about. I'm not sure why they insisted and continue to insist that this was/is true when it factually was/is false. It's one thing to have an office policy that patients must undergo 12 months of therapy to schedule surgery, but do not lie and say that this is a requirement when it's not. Alan Dulin or the AIfPS also doesn't appear in the bcbs blue card PPO provider directory, which might indicate that he/the practice is not actually in network with bcbs PPO plans. Lastly, pictures were taken during my consult, which did not happen with my actual surgeon. When I asked him why he didn't take pictures, he said that wasn't a standard experience during a consultation. In retrospect and after the negative experience with their insurance coordinator, that made me uncomfortable. Would have made more sense to do this before surgery when I was a confirmed patient.

Scheduled a January consult for blepharoplasty due…read moreto severe hindrance to my peripheral, upper field, and night vision--I specifically noted medical insurance coverage upfront. Dr. Hill's 5-10-minute consultation felt rushed and condescending, with no clinical evaluation. At no time did the office request photos from my younger years to ensure a natural-looking outcome and did not utilize AI technology--which is pretty commonplace now--to share what I might look like post-surgery. Fast-forward: 8 weeks later, office staff advised their surgery facility is out-of-network--only after the pre-auth denial. Due diligence upfront would have avoided wasting my time and their resources if their chosen facility is out of network. My insurance patient advocate confirmed the request was missing clinical measurements, which standard practice dictates MRD measurements and SVF with both open and taped eyelids, but the practice requested only SVF open from the optometrist and never took MRD. Unprofessional delays and transactional service--more focused on their injection/cash-pay business than using medical expertise to help with health. Looking for turn-key profits over patient care. Wasted my time. Would not recommend.
