I cannot remember the name of the ER in-take nurse but she was so helpful, kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job of getting me checked in and seen right away. Then I met Dr. Erin MacDonald Owens, she was friendly, caring, and listened to my concerns. She acted accordingly and facilitated my needs with Radiographs, oral medications given in hospital and prescriptions sent to my most convenient pharmacy. I then met the sweetest nurse, I apologize that I forgot her name! She helped me with all paperwork and assisted me in finding the correct information on my paperwork that I arrived with from my place of business. She was the best; so nice, very caring and stayed with me until I fully understood everything going on. She did not leave me until I had all questions answered. Thank you, to an amazing female nurse that comforted an anxious patient. Then I met Paul, he came in and performed radiographs of my Left elbow/forearm. He had the greatest personality, he even allowed me to joke about my veterinary career field. He was so gentle, funny, and put my mind at ease so I could continue with Dr. Owens's orders. After some time I met Brooke, whom fitted me with a sling to help comfort my injured arm. She made me laugh and is clearly very experienced in her field of medicine.
