I called 3 other plumbers and I got price quotes for the valve insulation, flushing & replacing the unit. This guy was the only one to call me back & ask questions about the unit & asked me to text him pictures of the unit and the plumbing set up. He said the system is missing some things but will come by the following morning to install the valves & flush the system & hopefully that will get it working. He installed the valves, flushed the system, answered all my questions (I asked a lot of questions) and explained what needed to be added to the system IE a diagnostic remote & copper piping vs the existing plastic & why they are needed but understood I had a budget and just said to get those things and let him know if the system acts up.
