Had hoped to get the same customer service here in California however was surprised to find, although my $20.00 card your store offered for becoming a member had expired, the on duty manager stated he could not honor or support my current purchase in any way in light of the expired signing up card. My purchase was for an expensive pair of shoes needed for an upcoming event; however elected to shop elsewhere after finding my customer loyalty was not of value. Hoping your store leaders can make better customer service decisions that would keep customers by offering some latitude for purchases that are revenue worthy for something as little as $20.00.

If you don't know what the clearance price is, perhaps don't put a clearance tag on the merchandise. Offering 5% off at that point was insulting. We walked out without purchasing anything and I'll never return. This is why online shopping is taking over. These stores do not offer any type of customer service.

He opened it on 12/25, but we didn't actually use it until mid-January. On his very first use, the coffee spilled all over him because the lid was cracked. I tried to avoid driving an hour back to the store, so I searched everywhere online for a replacement lid but couldn't find anything even remotely close. My last option was to return to the store to see if they would replace the defective lid. Unfortunately, I was told the return/exchange window had passed by just three days (01/15), and the employee refused to help. He even called the manager, who also said there was nothing they could do. When I asked where I could buy a replacement lid, the employee didn't know and mentioned that other customers have had the same issue with this type of lid -- which makes this even more concerning. To make matters worse, the only solution offered was for me to buy another insulated cup. That felt like a slap in the face considering the one I bought was defective. Because this was a Christmas gift, it sat in a gift bag for a while, which caused the defect to be discovered too late. For a store to refuse to help over three days, especially right after Christmas, is unreasonable and poor customer service. I will not be shopping at this location again.

The only thing "wrong" was that the flimsy barcode sticker had fallen off -- something that clearly wasn't my fault. The hat was brand new, unworn, and still had its other tags attached. Instead of offering any help, the manager, Jenna, not only refused the return but tried to claim there was a "hair" on the hat, as if that justified keeping my money. The accusation felt insulting and completely unnecessary. Everyone tried on hats in the store so to claim a hair was on it was absurd.. it was unworn and still in the bag.. The corporate office does not have a phone number or an email that works.. you must get on their website and talk to a bot and then a human and then they will email you back in a few days.. still waiting on my email..
