Driving around scottsdale, early, on Saturday morning. What time at, what to eat! The world is a smorgasbord!! I was doing a search and was hungry so I didn't want to wait at a traditional Breakfast space. The Inner Circle came up next to one of my old haunts and I had to try. The atmosphere was simple. The menu loooked delicious. I couldn't decide because everything looked so bombtastic. I was salivating then as I am now thinking of the avocado with curry chicken salad. We ordered the Avocado w/ Curry Chicken, the breakfast burrito with avocado, the deviled eggs and the Nutella / banana toast. The coffees came out right away and that filled my hunger a bit while I waited for the feast! IT. WAS. AWESOME. I loved every minute of every bite. The kids likes the burrito and toast. The kids enjoyed the space and moved around the room. The tables are spaced for social distancing and everyone is wearing masks. The tables were clean as well as the main area. We stopped in after a short hike at Papago Park. We wanted to stay low brow, go where the locals go and not to the touristy/snow bird and high-priced areas in Scottsdale. We were able to accomplish this at the Inner Circle, Café. An order of deviled eggs included six halves for $7 and a breakfast burrito with eggs and sausage was also $7. The deviled eggs were very light, meaning the filling was literally almost airy, not super creamy, it needed a little bit of salt and they brought out three different bottles of local hot sauce. For me the salsas were fine but they all had cumin so I used some Sriracha. The breakfast burrito was rather plain but it also tasted good with the hot sauce. It was a little warm in there, maybe it was because we were hot and tired from hiking. The prices are right, they were friendly, but the two items that we tasted weren't over the top fantastic. We'll probably return if in the area to try other menu items. read more

This is little out of the way, local, coffee and sandwich spot. The menu is limited. The breakfast sandwich i ordered was delicious. Bacon and eggs with red pepper mayo. Crispy toasted bread and an avacado completed it. My wife had what she described as "The best BLT she had eaten in a while" This place is not fancy, and doesnt have an extensuve menu. I love this place! The doors are open and they are busy with carry out and deliveries! This place is popular for a reason, It's 2 fold! Excellent service, and quality product. I ordered something different to drink today and I'm glad I did. my coffee drink was absolutely wonderful including the last sips that was milk foam Carmel syrup and espresso all suspended in richness. Grabbed a loaf of Nobel Artisan Country French bread to slice up for sandwiches later. OK this place is adorable. And series bonus points for letting my dog sit with me inside. I absolutely love that they use unique coffee cups even with imperfections. My friend had the prettiest tea or coffee mug with a small chip in it giving off super cozy vibes. Both of us got specialty lattes and they were incredibly good. This place is tucked away in a strip mall but it worth stopping in. Very friendly staff that can suggest delicious drink choices. I got the mojo chai- super good. Found this place on Yelp! while looking for a last-minute Sunday brunch. Their breakfast menu is admittedly limited, but what they do offer is fantastic! I like sampling as much as my tummy will allow, so I went all out and ordered their Mexican latte, EuroTrip avocado toast, and a blueberry muffin. The latte was excellent, with a strong cocoa and cinnamon flavor pairing rounded out with a hint of sweet vanilla. Available in hot or iced, I opted for hot, and was very satisfied. The blueberry muffin was wholesome and sweet, and the blueberries were popping with flavor! But the EuroTrip took the gold medal of favorite for me. Just buttered enough to add depth, the toast was the ideal foundation for a perfect medley of salty prosciutto, fresh and sweet avocado, creamy Feta cheese, and juicy tomato. It sounds simple, but the flavor was really outstanding. My husband opted for the breakfast burrito with bacon, egg, sweet potato chunks, black beans, and cheese. I didn't get a chance to sample any of it because he scarfed it down quickly, which says a lot in itself. The atmosphere is eclectic, with tunes spinning to the effect of Muse; and artwork for purchase by local artists featured on a few of the walls. I've seen a lot of people commenting on how hard it was to find because it doesn't have signage out front. We didn't have any issues at all... It's located in a small shopping plaza, the most notable street signage being Hot Yoga University. Be on the lookout for that and you can't miss it! And lastly, even though the girl at the checkout had never seen the Yelp! coupon before, she was quick to honor it. A great place to stop if you enjoy supporting the local community. Coffee blend was okay - the flavor was a bit off (maybe even sour?) and did not give me that first sip "wow so good" moment that I look forward to in the morning. I'm not a vibey person. A long-haired, crystal type person telling me to plant my feet and focus on the vibrations, ambiance, and spirit of any place makes me a little sick. Having said that, this place objectively has good vibes. Good coffee too. WOMEN BEWARE!!! a group of girls and I used to come here multiple times a week after a workout class. one day we were made aware of this man because he was taking photos of our butts. we confronted him and he admitted to it, I will attach photos of proof. it was disgusting and traumatizing. we were told that he would not be allowed to return to the coffee shop. well, today we went back and this same man was sitting there. we went inside to let the staff know and the owner says "I talked to him and it won't be happening again." Oh no, you didn't... ok, unlike most of my posts: no pictures, no receipt... nada, sorry. We arrived with out of the area friends & they bought us lunch so I didn't take pictures because I didn't plan on doing a review... HOWEVER we experienced the worst attitude, snotty and just plain rude person who took our order. We ordered the BLT and the tuna melt. The tuna melt arrived very hot, but... barely any tuna!!?? What the fish?? And the BLT? Two slices of bacon, barely any tomato and bread so thin it must be the 70 calorie slice. And, when it was delivered the rude cashier LITERALLY dropped it onto the table like an angry sister who hates you and mom made her serve you lunch kinda drop. And, as it wasn't bad enough, we were the last customers (because they close at 3 PM) and at 5 minutes until closing time they actually play a the song "Closing time"... Just had the best avocado toast ever. I come here for the baked goods and coffee but decided to try their AT and it was delish! Fresh, creamy avocado topped with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and a thinly sliced purplish garnish. The staff here is friendly and helpful, all the time. Inside, there's living room furniture, coffee tables, and a used book bin if you're interested. Ordered through Yelp, couldn't have gone any smoother! Order was ready slightly early (I was there so it was a plus) and the coffee was hot so the timing was great! I had the salad with goat cheese and tomatoes, and it hit the spot for my lunch after a crappy airport breakfast. This place unfortunately underperformed in every category since finding it on Yelp. The first strike happened when we couldn't find the place even though the directions took us to the right parking lot. There is no signage except for on the door even though every other place in the shopping center had big easy to find signage. We circled the parking lot several times before finally calling to find out where they were. Second strike was when it took 45 minutes to get our food. We ordered avocado toast (not complicated), egg salad sandwich (not complicated), fruit cup (no brainer) and a breakfast burrito. The guy that rung us up did say it would be 5-10 minutes for the burrito but he didn't say 45. In case you're wondering if I'm exaggerating on the time I get a notice every time I charge to my credit card and I just confirmed it. I'm sitting here and have seen several customers come in after us and go with their drink and food orders but none for us. I would expect at this point someone would at least acknowledge we are here and waiting and that our food would be right up but no. So, not happy about the customer service either. Ok, we finally got our food and they did apologize for the wait and said they were understaffed. I would be surprised if that was true though because I saw several workers and I don't think the kitchen could have fit another working employee. (Review was actually from service date 3/20) I forgot to post until now.
