I wish there was a dish that was bathed in this curry sauce. So good. The Pollo Asado was freshly grilled and came with a fresh corn salad and a bright cilantro sauce. The rice was fluffy and the lime brought everything to life! The Mango Enchiladas were saucy and filled with chicken. The cabbage slaw provides freshness and crunch, and the plate came with a generous helping. This was such a great experience overal. We had the Beef Manto dumplings, the chicken kebab, and an order of the curried eggplant. Everything was packed full of flavors. We went before the dinner hour, and our server explained it would take about 20 minutes. Worth the wait! My wife and I enjoy cooking lots of varied cuisines at home, and consequently feel like the bar is set pretty high when we eat out. Needless to say, we'll be back.
