Definitely get what you pay for, which honestly wasn't even much considering I'm the type of person who'd rather pay for quality than quantity if that makes sense. Great job, couldn't have had a better time, and I'll definitely be returning in the future! I then tried my little grabber, and proceeded to shoot the ball across the room never to be found. So, I ordered another and while in Florida at Mayo, I had time between appointments so I thought maybe I'd pop in and see if a professional could help me. I read a few reviews here, and called. I was greeted, and welcomed to come in. Once there I had the pleasure of being assisted by Misty Dawn (total Rock Star name right?) She made me feel so at ease, and then she was able to switch out this pain in the butt ring literally in 30 seconds. I was amazed, and beyond grateful! She's totally a rock star! I'm planning on getting another tattoo, and I'd be honored to get a tattoo from her when I'm back in Florida. Customer service is so rare anymore. I worked in customer service all my life, so I know good customer service when I see it. Misty is an asset to this studio and I highly recommend!

Our consultation was great, she answered all of my questions and gave me feedback on what to expect. We scheduled 4 sessions and finished my half sleeve in less than 4 which was great for me being that was traveling back and forth from Dallas, TX to JAX for each session. I had been following the shop for a few years prior to actually getting in touch with them to start the process. I brought all of my ideas of exactly what I wanted to my artist and she was very enthusiastic about the piece that I was considering. My first appointment came and I was extremely nervous since I hadn't had a tattoo in a long time especially that large. She showed me the sketch and I was in awe of the piece. It was exactly what I envisioned so we began. Sole put on some music, we talked, Ate food, watched my best friend fall asleep as I was getting tattooed, talked some more and had an overall great time. Aprox 5-6 hours later or maybe more we finished our first session in which honestly felt like it flew by. I think by her being so welcoming and just overall personality helped ease my nerves and make the whole process so much easier. We finished my tattoo after a few sessions and now that it's been a few months since I have gotten it I decided to write a review.
