So, I ordered another and while in Florida at Mayo, I had time between appointments so I thought maybe I'd pop in and see if a professional could help me. I read a few reviews here, and called. She made me feel so at ease, and then she was able to switch out this pain in the butt ring literally in 30 seconds. I was amazed, and beyond grateful! She's totally a rock star! I'm planning on getting another tattoo, and I'd be honored to get a tattoo from her when I'm back in Florida. Customer service is so rare anymore.
