I am so glad I was able to get my first tattoo at a wonderful tattoo shop. I called ahead of time to see if I could walk in due to it being the weekend and they weren't busy at all. The artist I had was Gio, and he was amazing. He had a wonderful personality and overall was a great guy. I told him what I wanted, we worked on sizing and he went straight to work. I appreciate his patience, respect and understanding of how nervous I was. I'm glad I came here because I'm never going to stop raving about this place and the wonderful staff. Came in here on a whim. I knew I wanted a new tattoo but hadn't figured out when to go. Stopped in on Black Friday thinking it would be slow....nope, everyone else had the same thought! The wait was about 45 minutes so I chose to come back. They require a deposit in order to hold your place in line. The deposit gets applied to the cost of your tattoo. When I came back I ended up having to wait another 30 minutes to be seen. While I understand the artist needs to take his/her time I would have like to have known so I could have brought something to read/do. I gave the artist my idea of what I was looking for and he drew up a sketch for my approval. Glad he could make it work. The facility is very clean and they take pride in this. Makes you feel more comfortable! Once on the table the ink was done before I knew it. And off I went My suggestion is to schedule an appointment. As a creative - I have to say that their artists are on top of their game. My husband and I worked with Stephen C at their Beach Boulevard Location. We had some vision of what we wanted and Michelle directed us to Stephen, we set up an appointment a week later and we had our visions perfect met. It was fascinating to see the passion and true care on how he performed his craft. The energy was great - Tranquil, happy, great music, good conversation and relatable personalities. Very professional too, everything is structured. This is important. They are perfectionists and true professionals. We are super pleased and beyond happy with our visit and above it all to have met Stephen and Michelle at that locations. No doubts these are the best artists! read more

Do not even step foot in any other tattoo shop. This is the place to be. This was my first time getting a tattoo and when i tell you it was the best experience, i mean it. My boyfriend got a few tattoos from David and wow. This man made the experience so good. Not only was he clean but he made us so comfortable. I got my tattoo from Gio and he was just as good but maybe better. Both had light hands, made it a good time, super sweet and welcoming. Nothing bad to say about this shop. I went in with a friend yesterday, made appointments for today, and he got tattooed by David while I believe I was tattooed by Michael. Both amazing guys, did an amazing job on both pieces. Also made sure I was comfortable and did as best as he could dealing with the area it was in which was my foot/inner ankle (ouch I know). Definitely get what you pay for, which honestly wasn't even much considering I'm the type of person who'd rather pay for quality than quantity if that makes sense. Great job, couldn't have had a better time, and I'll definitely be returning in the future! PS, they love nerdy tattoos, my friend got a lord of the rings related tattoo and David was over the moon to do it :) read more

I want to be clear that I didn't actually get a tattoo here. I came to see if I could get a cover-up, but David was booked. However, he spent time to give his recommendation on how to best go about doing the cover up which was amazing of him. Next time I'm in town, I'll book ahead of time. read more

My best friends and I stopped by this location to get matching tattoos, we originally went to another location and they couldn't fit us in so they called this location and they were able to fit us in (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE) so we were told to ask for Mac and what a great guy! He really explained everything to us and we had a picture of what we had in mind and instead of just doing that he MADE IT BETTER!!! how awesome is that! He's just the coolest dude! He explained everything to us and made sure we were informed in terms of where we wanted the tattoo what we could expect in terms of pain (it was two of our first time) made us feel super comfortable and it was a great experience this was my first tattoo and I'm from Cali but should I need another tattoo around my next trip I'd go to Mac! His work is beautiful as well and he has some great stories!!! Ask for Mac! Shop minimum is $80 there it's a little pricey but the needles are sterile (I've seen places that it doesn't seem like they are) and the work is quality! So considering this service I personally don't mind paying for quality!! I will be back!!! read more
