I've been going to Jeff Jibran at Inksmith & Rogers for over 10 years. He's a great artist, not just someone who can trace. He's disappointed in Traditional American and Japanese styles. I couldn't be more pleased with the 10+ tattoos I've gotten from him.Year after year, they're all still crisp and vibrant. The colors really stick. Very professional. Everyone is friendly, they have great flash to look at on the walls, and everyone is putting out quality work. They're always busy when I'm there(good sign). Price: Cheap tattoos aren't good & good tattoos aren't cheap. You get what you pay for. Cleanliness: they are so meticulous when they clean up after ever session. I wish most hospital rooms were that clean. Even the bathroom is clean. read more

Painless process, very friendly staff, since the flash can only be on arms or legs it wasn't complicated. The artist that did our flash was professional and got it done exactly how I was expecting it to. (When you go to get inked, surprises are not a good thing) Clean tools, and they use proper post after-care procedures. It's great to see a tattoo parlor that doesn't use plastic wrap but an actual bandage! Highly recommend the guys over there for your first or next ink. read more

I walked in here August 2021 for a septum piercing. The process itself was okay, but healing was excruciating. I brushed it off thinking I have a low pain tolerance but over time it became unbearable. I decided to give it a year to fully heal to see if the pain would subside. Fast forward to August 2022, anytime the tip of my nose gets touched by anything it feels like my nose is broken. I take the piercing out finally and the pain is pretty much gone. I'm fully convinced the septum wasn't pierced in the right place - it was way too high up and too close to my nose bone. It's now October 2022 and I still have a little bit of pain in the tip of my nose at all times. Not sure if it'll ever go away :/. Waste of $80 read more

I went here to get a memorial rose tattoo of my deceased daughter. There are very few people I trust with doing my tattoo, but I trusted him. I came as a walk in, was immediately introduced to Stephen Costello who said he'd be with me in a second, an hour passed by and I'm still sitting and waiting, because he's talking his face off to Danny in the back. I told him I wanted a tattoo like the red rose pictured. Instead he did a scarred up rose that I have to walk around with for the rest of my entire life in remembrance of my dead daughter:)! NOT ONLY THAT!!! But he went so deep into my skin I had to see a doctor because of the scarring!!!! The shop owner needs to get onto this guy. I should not have paid 300$ for this crap tattoo, he racked on more hours for me to pay because he took a break to talk his face off for an hour. I've contacted him multiple times to try and fix it up AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM HIM. but instead I'll just go somewhere else and I'll be contacting someone about this guy. He SHOULD NOT be tattooing PERIOD. 300$ WASTED and a terrible memory of my daughter. read more

Hi I would just like to say if I could possibly give this tattoo shop no stars I would do it. We were simple walk-ins and the lady at the front took our name and information and said she would call us when/if they were going to be available to do our tattoos. We waited for two and half hours in the parking lot just to watch the artists leave an hour before they closed. They never informed us that they were unable to take our appointment. Huge waste of time and would have rather them have told us they could not take us from the start. Terrible customer service. read more

In jacksonville, there are two I mainly stick to, but this one is closest to my house and it was the first Inksmith visit I made and got my nose pierced at 16. I havent been able to stay away since. I have gotten 3 additional piercings and my first tattoo from here, and there is nowhere else in the world I could imagine going to for something that Im so particular about. All the guys are great, and its a clean place. Its the best. And, honestly, you get what you pay for. It may be a little pricer than anywhere else, but you pay good money and you get great results. the guys are a trip!! They're awesome, and they know what their work is worth.
