However she went dark purple and it turned out very uneven. On my top left side I have a big mark with a line extending through the middle of my lip. the color and outline is uneven. My bottom lip has a big ring around it and it is light on the inside. Shirnel assured me she could fix it. She did saline injections then without my knowing beforehand, she topped it with peach ink. This then resulted in large blisters filled with peach ink that was seeping out. I had to go to urgent care and get medication. From my current understanding, it isn't recommended for the saline to be used for ink removal on the lips and why she chose to top it with ink, I have no idea, but it was not a good choice. I contacted Shirnel and told her about my need to go to urgent care and she didn't ask if I needed any reimbursement for the visit or medication. I told her I was really unhappy with how my lips were looking and asked 2 times if I could make an appointment to speak with her in person and also wanted her to look at my lips and she straight up ghosted me. I understand mistakes happen but the thing that made me the most upset was how she choose to just ignore what she did to me. the result of this has left me so uncomfortable about how I look, spending lots of time covering it up as much as I can, and having to deal with people making comments to me about my lips. I chose to go to Shirnel bc she had good reviews. it was a horrible experience and I wish the mistake wasn't so permanent . I also wish she took responsibility for what she did to me instead of ignoring the problem at hand.

This review is solely based on my experience on getting a lash perm. I get lash perm regularly and I know how it is done. I always get them done back home in LA, and of course, they always do a fantastic job. All my friends ask where I get them done and it lasts for so long, about 3-4 months!! I got here and the so-called receptionist isnt the nicest. Very unprofessional. I dont think she even knows what customer service is. She's not rude rude but shes rude because I felt it. The girl who did my lash perm, her name was Summer, if I remember correctly. I dont know is it because she does extensions more that shes not too expert on lash perm on she just doesnt know how to do it like a pro. My lashes literally look the same. Maybe VERY SLIGHTLY curled at the tip but its just my flat lashes with no curls. I was so shocked to see my lashes after she said she was done. Why? Because I didnt notice any change. When I got them done in LA, my lashes were like SUPER STRAIGHT CURLED UP that when I open my eyes, it would almost touch my eyebrow, literally. Well, my lashes are STICKY, GLUEY AND CLUMPED together. I dont know what the hell she used but it SHOULDNT be sticky like this. They usually end it with conditioner/oil and makes my lash look sort of 'wet' but definitely not sticky. When I told her it doesnt look permed at all, she said she left the perm agent for long enough that if she left it longer, my lashes would have fried. I'm laughing because she didnt even take an hour do to the whole lash perm. It usually takes 1.5 hours when I get it done. She obviously doesnt have any knowledge on lash perm I guess. I was so speechless how arrogant she was and I just left because I didnt want to argue. I should have left when I noticed how nonchalant the receptionist was. Wasted my money and time and got nothing back in return. I am going back to LA in 2 weeks for a week and Ill just get it done there. I am posting a pic with this review with the perm I got here compared to LA, so they can see what LASH PERM supposed to look alike. DONT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They operate under the facade of professionals when in reality they are extremely greedy and unprofessional. They are absolutely a pleasure to work with when you are paying and pleased but as soon as they make a mistake the true reality of the their business practice becomes apparent. I personally had Kyrsti Ann Nelson work on my hair. She was uneducated in the treatment she provided for me. Not only was the treatment ineffective; my hair was damaged. Darcy showed up, in the middle of nowhere, with no cell service, on my front doorstep, on time and ready to go with her large makeup kit rolling right behind her. Darcy is very sweet, listens to you and her application of makeup is great. The only thing I would recommend is be aware of airbrush vs traditional makeup. I wasn't and my face started melting mid-day. I highly recommend Dary. Her prices are affordable so rest assured you have found a great make-up artist at a great price! Today was my first appointment with Kasea and we fixed a hair job another stylist did. I went into the appointment just thinking about going darker with a toner and for a trim. But she thoroughly explained the vision she had for my hair and made it happen. We went with a full highlight while smudging the roots to create a more cohesive blend, toner to take away the brass and a trim. The environment of the salon was calming and relaxing. I was a bit surprised by how much availability kasea had but I booked anyway. The good: Kasea is nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The bad: she double/triple books her clients so she was super rushed the entire time bouncing back and forth between me and another person. When she washed my hair, the water was cold because she wouldn't wait for it to heat up which was kind of a shock. When I'm paying $400 for a hair dye, I expect to be taken care of and it almost feel like a self-care experience but I could feel her anxious energy with rushing around. After, she blow dried my hair and offered a trim, and I said yes. She rushed through that as well and by the time I got Home, I realized the trim was sloppy and my ends had varying levels of length. All of these issues could have been solved by taking her time and not bouncing between clients. Also, my hair turned out a bit orange. I ended up flying to Florida for a wedding the following week and getting it fixed. I wouldn't go back to this place. She did an okay job, but If im paying $400, I want it done well.
