Let me be clear, this not a miscommunication, and it was not a minor mistake. This was a complete failure to follow clearly written instructions. There is absolutely no excuse for permanently putting incorrect information on someone's body when it was handed to you in writing. Because of this negligence, I am now left with a tattoo that is wrong and will require additional time, money, and emotional stress to fix after already being out $400 for this monstrosity. This could have been avoided with the most basic level of care or a simple verification before starting. That did not happen. If you are considering this shop, especially for anything meaningful like text, numbers, or coordinates, understand that accuracy and attention to detail are clearly not taken seriously here. I trusted this artist with something permanent, and that trust was completely misplaced. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

The first time he pierced it he couldn't get the top screwed on and was causing me quite a bit of pain. Since he couldn't get it in the first time he pulled it out a re pierced it shallower. And when I say shallower I mean to shallow. I tried to stick with it for a couple weeks but it just wasn't gonna work so I took it out. Also they should keep up with the new ways to clean piercing because he recommended dial soap, which is no longer the best way to clean the wound.

First of all, we walked into the shop to see dirty couches full of clutter and a man came around the corner shirtless. That caught us off guard but we thought it was fine. Then he started talking. He was incredibly unprofessional and rude. My friend explained that she wanted a tattoo of a word in Hebrew and he took that as an opportunity to open about about his beliefs which lead to some incredibly inappropriate comments and racial slurs - including how religions other than his all deserved to die. We were all getting a bad vibe from him then he demanded we call him immediately so he can email us. Not really sure what calling him has to do with email. We were all very uncomfortable so we walked out and he bullied us about leaving. It was incredibly awful. Please do not go here.

I was so eager to get a tattoo that I went ahead and gave this creep 400$ up front. Almost immediately, he launched into a 30 minute political/ religious rant bordering hate speech. When I told him to stop, he (shockingly) didn't. When my eagerness wore off and I realized I was quite possibly standing inside an extremist's meth den, and that letting this guy poke me with a needle was a BAD idea, I told him I wanted my money back. He of course refused, even though he hadn't started the tattoo, so I called the police. This guy was quite familiar with taking money and then having people call the police on him, because he knew there was nothing they could do about it. So thanks, Skin Deep, for the expensive lesson learned. Hopefully the Health Department takes my complaint seriously and shuts this scam down. Really folks, be smarter than I was.

Lots of Guy Harvey, Tommy Bahama, etc. Keep walking through the store and you'll see Tevas on sale, fedoras, towels, sarongs, beach bags, etc. Literally everything you could need for a Key West weekend or a beach day.
