HANDS DOWN BEST NAIL SALON AND SPA IN THE CITY! I've been to quite a few nail spa salons too! The silk massage they do during a pedicure is THE BEST! I don't know what it is, but it feels amazing :). The owner looks like he knows how to run a business and maintains his customers satisfaction standards; I respect that. They offer comfortable massage chairs, water, coffee , wine and even champagne in the front. I had a wonderful experience and my nail and toes look GREAT! One completely satisfied customer. When the prior nail salon completely forgot about me and my appointment I found this hidden gem! They were able to take me immediately and this is an appointment only nail spa. Everyone that works here is genuinely happy to be here. They are always smiling. RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED!!! While this is an aesthetically beautiful salon, owner's attitude and services rendered do not equate to the price you pay for (lack!) of services rendered. To exemplify the greediness of owner, a BASIC mani/pedi with NO frills increased $25 after IRMA to $69. When I asked why, he couldn't be bothered to answer and let the receptionist fumble for an insufficient attempt at an answer. This is a bare bones literally nothing special mani/pedi! For the most part the staff is very amiable but not overly enthusiastic to be there. I have been here many times and have always just walked in with no appointment. Service has never been consistent and has always been a very strong hit or miss! I do not have acrylic, nor do I do gel, so my recommendation on a basic mani/pedi is to go elsewhere! read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS. The salon is absolutely beautiful. The service and the owner are absolutely NOT. I've gone a few times and the nail services are always bad. The paint is messed up or it doesn't last long. The owner is just rude. If he doesn't get what he wants, he yells at you. I called to see if someone was working and I told him I would walk in. He didn't like that and started yelling at me on the phone to give him my name and number. Nope. read more

Probably the best pedicure I have ever had. Very knowledgeable and thorough nail tech. Nelly was friendly but made sure I was comfortable while she did an amazingly fabulous job in my toes as well as the massage with towels and the whole works! Beautiful, clean salon. VERY overpriced. Most of the ladies do a nice job though. A few bad ones though. Owner is very rude and arrogant. When I declined the $22 add on charge for gel top coat to the already $44 powder manicure, he proceeded to list all of his charges, ie price of nail polish, venting system, sterilization etc, and stated that most places in town use dirty instruments and towels. They do offer wine and mimosas though, first one is on the house, next one is $8, because "that stuff costs me a lot of money". It's literally splash of Cooks champagne and frozen concentrate. Pathetic. He is nasty to his staff and they don't care for him either. Aika or Alissa are amazing nail techs and if they went anywhere else I would see them, but do not want to patronize D Elias any longer. read more

The spa is very pretty and very nicely decorated. I came in to get a fill on my acrylic nails, it had been 2 weeks so no major growth. The tech cut me 3 times on the same finger and it bled. It hurt really bad! After an hour and s half of her working on me I told her I really needed to go. She told me to make sure I have enough time next appointment to fully finish my nails!! Ummm, how long does it take?? Anyway, I'm sore but they do look nice. I'm just really lucky they didn't get knicked because I had to go! We visited last week for hair cuts with Eric. He has been our stylist ever since we came to KW. The spa is beautiful - so relaxing. I had a pedicure while my husband was getting his hair cut. Absolutely the best pedicure I have had here. The pedicure chairs are huge and so comfy. Entire staff is focused on customer service. Can't wait to return for my next treatment. read more

My Fiancé and I went for pedicures a couple of days ago. I live in NY so I have my own regular salon I go to but since I was visiting for a month, I needed a touch up. I do agree the spa is beautiful. However, if it wasn't for Zoey it would have less stars. Zoey did an excellent job on my Fiancés feet. She took her time, was meticulous with each toe, really scrubbed the roughness away and massaged him nicely. But the person I had.....not a good experience at all! First she finished the cutting, Cuticles and buffing in under 20 min. Then she used the grater-like tool on my feet. Once she saw a little mush on it (from the callous remover cream and a little skin) she thought she was done. She half-hazardly rubbed across my feet not really concentrating on any specific part. Then (without my realizing it- as I was so outdone by the experience) she painted my toes and then asked me to walk to the drier...oh I left out that she NEVER put slippers on my feet! Thank God I said something and Zoey stopped what she was doing on my Fiancé to get me a pair of slippers. Unfortunately nails were wet so I couldn't put them on anyway so still had to walk across floor with bare feet. In the end, Zoey made my experience a little better even though she wasn't working on me. I will only see her for a pedicure if I ever go there again. read more

I went in with my daughter for mani & pedi my appointment was for 1 pm did not get out until 5:30 pm. ( My daughter only had a pedicure). I ended up having most of my fingers cut and one getting infected. I spoke with the owner and he basically said to go back and he would make it right. I went back three weeks later to give them another opportunity since I needed my eye lashes filled. Which I paid for. The owner acted as if he never knew me! Spoke with Diane was there for two hours thought she did an ok job. After, leaving the spa went to the grocery store and two people at the store asked me what happened to my eyelashes, they appeared to have gaps. Spoke with owner explained the situation to him. He said he would have Diana call me back, that never happened. I called her back and spoke to her a few days later & she told me to come in, she made an appointment. When I went back they screwed up appointment and gave it to someone else right in front of me. Told me I didn't have an appointment . Then they told me they wanted to see my eye lashes and that I should of not have gotten them done there! So I was screwed twice!!!! The spa is very nice but they do not know how to run a business and it's very loud in the back room, not a relaxing place. Thumbs down!!! (Have photos to show). read more
