I opted for a small bowl from the cheap pottery section (this is a section of slightly messed up pottery for a heavily discounted price). Prices in this section could range from $3-$20ish? Either way, it's on the low end and very affordable. You can choose 5 colors and you pay for the pottery piece you + the price of painting it (I believe we paid about $16-17 per person). So fun and we had a blast looking up painting inspiration from Pinterest and chatting while we finished our bowls! Good prices when coupons are available. The rewards program is definitely worth using. I get special sales and rewards for every dollar spent adds up to more savings. Unfortunately a lot of things I used to be able to purchase in store are now only available online such as airbrush's , paint and accessories. Still it does have a good selection of arts and crafts including kids educational and fun crates and games. I visit often and the online ordering and self pickup is a convenient feature. I think this company caters to group orders such as baseball teams, etc. Although I am a repeat individual customer, today they gave me my item back and the letters were crooked. I told them the item (a 100% Egyptian Cotton hand towel from JCPenney) was paid for using a $10.00 gift card and $3.34 in cash. After much back and forth, I told them I just wanted my money back. I spoke with the "Owner" and she would only reimburse me $3.34 for the towel and 75% of the price I paid for the embroidery. So, I am out a $10.00 gift card from JCPenney and $2.50 in embroidery. My advice is to go to the Crafty Shack in Harrison City rather than Log Cabin Embroidery as the latter only cares about bulk order customers at this point in time.
