To add onto that, when it was time for me to turn over on my stomach, there was still wax on my leg which ripped the paper lining I was laying on & I could see old blood stains on the cloth under. At that moment, I seriously should have walked out and left. I still left a tip but needs serious improvement as I expected more from a service that has 4.8 stars on Yelp. I got waxed for the first time with my friend Kiki but she was unavailable because she had to have surgery and I wanted to wait but I couldn't. I tried waxing myself and took some skin off a few months ago... never waxing myself again! I called them and the woman sounded nice and booked me for an early evening spot. I was nannying PLUS I had my son for the week. So taking care of 3 boys was a handful! So thankfully, they worked with my appt and were able to push it back by an hr.
