My family was part of the INIC community for nearly four years. I sent both of my daughters there as infants and previously left a 5-star review. I would have enthusiastically recommended this school. Today, I cannot. The issue is not the teachers. The teachers have been exceptional and are the reason so many families choose this school. Despite years of tuition increases and persistent concerns from teachers and families, the school has not made the investments necessary to retain them. In early March alone, at least 7 teachers left or announced their departures--nearly 20% of the teaching staff by parents' count. Both of my daughters experienced unexpected teacher departures in their classrooms during that same period. For young children, teachers are not interchangeable. They are trusted caregivers and a critical source of stability. When teachers leave, children lose important relationships and families are left helping them navigate yet another transition. During enrollment, families are told classrooms are staffed with a lead teacher, an assistant teacher, and additional flex staff available for coverage. In reality, my oldest daughter's classroom frequently operated at the legal minimum ratio of one teacher for fifteen four-year-olds. Multiple current and former teachers described being unable to reliably use sick days, vacation days, or even take basic bathroom breaks because there was often insufficient coverage available. When a school is staffed so leanly that teachers struggle to meet basic human needs during the day, it raises serious questions about how well both teachers and students are being supported. Teachers reported compensation in the $14-$17/hour range despite bilingual education being one of the school's primary differentiators. Comparable non-bilingual childcare positions in Austin often advertise higher wages. The result is predictable: teachers leave. Children lose stability. Families absorb the consequences. Demand for bilingual childcare in Austin far exceeds supply, and many families have few realistic alternatives once enrolled. Given that reality--and given that tuition has continued to increase year after year--I expected a greater commitment to investing in the teachers and staffing stability that families are ultimately paying for. Parents who attempted to ask questions and advocate for improvements--including efforts to reestablish the PTA--often received little to no response. While our family's relationship with the school ultimately ended following disagreements with leadership about these issues, the concerns described here are based on nearly four years of experience and conversations with numerous current and former teachers and families. The teachers are the school's greatest strength. The challenge is whether the school will make the investments necessary to retain them long enough to provide the stability and continuity that young children deserve. read more

We absolutely love the teachers here. They are wonderful and work so well with the kids. My poor review is not about them. It's about the people who manage INIC, particularly Yvonne Morales and Helena Diaz Gracian. When we enrolled our child, Yvonne told us on more than one occasion, there was a promotion offering 25% off for the first two months. That discount was a big factor in our decision to choose INIC over another daycare, given the large price tag parents are expected to spend for childcare. However, after the first month, we were charged full price. Only after repeated attempts to address the issue, was the discount applied the second month. On the third month, we were charged full price and told the discount was only for one month. They admitted the mistake of giving wrong information, but refused to honor what we were promised. The kicker? At the time of us trying to get them to honor their word, they were running the exact promotion they refused to give us. We tried repeatedly to resolve it, emailing, calling, and even speaking with staff in person. Each time we were told someone would get back to us, but nobody ever did. Eventually, they said there was nothing they could do and still charged us full price. They refused to make it right. Being lied to, and then ignored after trying so hard to get a fair resolution, was incredibly disappointing. It made us feel disrespected and taken advantage of, especially after trusting them with our child's care. In the end, not only did they fail to honor their word, they were dismissive and unprofessional. It felt like they didn't care about their customers at all. This was the worst administrative experience we've ever had. The teachers are fantastic, but the management's dishonesty and lack of accountability completely ruined our trust. read more

INIC sets such a high bar for quality, it was very difficult to transition to a new school once we left the Austin area. Our two-year-old only attended INIC for a few months in early 2022 and was in Toddler C. When we were just getting to know the school, Andrea (the director) was very helpful in answering all of our questions, provided us with a tour, and helped ease our concerns, this being the first time our son had been away from us for extended periods. During the first month, our son cried everyday, picked up different bugs, and struggled to adjust to the new environment. But everyone at INIC was so patient and understanding, working with us to get our son slowly acclimated to school. After about a month, our toddler started to look forward to school, especially to the special celebratory days. One day at home, he even started counting in Spanish. :-) Throughout this time, we got daily updates from his teachers, Ms. Karla and Ms. Estela, on how he was doing. When he finally started having good days, they were just as excited as we were, and it really felt like a partnership! Can't thank the teachers and staff at INIC enough for giving us the peace of mind when it came to the care of our son. We really miss them! read more

Our son has almost finished his first year at INIC and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Having our little one during the pandemic made it extra hard for us to decide which daycare to enroll him in. Any anxiety I had was alleviated by his amazing teachers, Ms. Neldy and Ms. Laura. Not only are the attentive, they truly love the kids in their care. They not only make sure they are taken care of, they make learning fun. The new center director, Helena, is amazing. We always feel communicated with and appreciate how she has jumped in. We are so thankful for INIC and can't recommend it enough. read more

My daughter started with INIC in August at 7 months. INIC has truly exceeded my expectations. I was so worried that the transition was going to be difficult, but my daughter absolutely loves going to "school" and loves her teachers. I'm so grateful to be apart of the INIC community. They truly take pride in caring for the children, helping them grow and creating a bond with them. They had called me after a month of being with the school and mentioned that my daughter wasn't as smiley and talkative as usual and they were worried that she didn't feel well. I picked her up and took her to the doctor and she had an ear infection. I would've never known as she wasn't fussy or ear pulling. I felt appreciative that they took notice to her behavior change and promptly alerted me. It solidified that I made the right decision on trusting them to care for my girl. My son attended INIC for 2 years between ages 3 and 5 starting in 2017 with the relocation to the new William Cannon facility. I'm a bit heart-broken that he is graduating because he loves his school and points it out whenever we drive by. There has never been a single instance where he was upset about going. His teachers have all been very caring, but that doesn't mean they are pushovers. The classes all have cameras, so I can check in and when there are instruction all the kids are paying attention or doing their tasks, or as much can be expected for their age. I would get frequent updates and pictures through the day on my child's activities. I'm so happy with the love and care my child received and feel INIC has set up a positive experience with learning that will benefit him when he starts Kindergarten this fall. My mind and heart are at ease when I think of sending my youngest to INIC when he's a little older, which I fully intend to do. read more

We started at INIC after moving to South Austin for a brief stint, we had loved our last school so when we started a bit apprehensive that we wouldn't love it as much as our previous school, and boy we were wrong. My two children have loved it so much, they love their teachers and Miss Pao, and Miss Karla. INIC is an incredible preschool. Your children will LEARN so much, my 4 and 2 year old are speaking so much Spanish at home. We love the communication that is sent daily from the teachers, we've continuously felt safe as they have adapted measures with COVID. The school and classes are spacious, clean and my children LOVE the constant activities and events throughout the year. The director Paola and her staff are so open with communication lines, easy to reach and always a smile on their face. If you are looking for a community, you will find that here at INIC. When my daughter started here at the beginning of the school year she absolutely loved it. She had a great teacher (Ms. Anna) and the director (Ms. Hazel) was really tuned in to each child and parent. Ms. Anna sent us personal updates with photos via the brightwheel system many times throughout the day. Ms. Hazel, greeted us warmly every morning when we arrived, and both reached out when my daughter was out sick for extended periods of time to make sure she was okay. Then they had a huge turnover in staff a few months into the year and both Ms. Anna and Ms. Hazel left the school with very little notification to the parents or students, which was a little alarming. Her current teacher has posted updates about her in the brightwheel system twice when she wasn't even there which leads me to believe she doesn't even know who my child is. Furthermore, the new director (Ms. Violeta) is an awful woman. She has time and again shown how uncaring and mean she is in her interactions with myself and my daughter. Today, she turned my daughter away from attending school when I brought her in after a doctor's appointment. According to the parent handbook it says "Your child may not attend school for the day if he/she does not arrive by 9:30 a.m. Parents must call the office or send an email if they will be arriving late to school and a note from the doctor must be submitted to the school office if children arrive after 9:30 a.m." I sent an email at 9:13 am via the school's Brightwheel system AND provided a doctor note via email at 11:33 am. Which was just before I brought my daughter in. That means that, per the terms outlined in the handbook, I was in compliance with the school's policy and my child was unfairly turned away from school. My daughter was literally in tears. This woman obviously took pleasure in humiliating both of us, in front of several uncomfortable looking office staff members, and cost me both time and money for missed work via a 50 min drive for nothing and for having to stay home with my child. I asked the director why she was changing the rules on me mid-year, as we have followed the same guidelines and come into school late after a doctors appointment under identical circumstances previously without issue. She stated that it has always been that way in the handbook. She asserted that the schools policy was that if a child has a doctors appointment that they need to be dropped off before 9:30, then picked up for the appointment and then dropped off at school again afterwards. This assertion attempts to take advantage of the vague language of the first statement of that section of the handbook. However, the second statement provides a remedy that does, in fact, allow a child to be dropped off after 9:30 and any vagueness surrounding this is cleared up by the fact that in the past it HAS been acceptable to send an email and provide a doctors note. But suddenly, specifically only for my child, today it was not. I feel that she is holding us to a different standard than every other child at the school. I'm not sure what we've done to draw her ire but it is pervasive in our dealings with her. In fact, I have talked to several other parents of students in my daughter's class about this and all of them are confused as to why my child was turned away today. And, to point out another fallacy in all of this, the only reason my child has been absent as much as she has and had so many doctors appointments is because she gets sick almost EVERY SINGLE time she goes back to school. So the school's contention that they are a "germ free environment" that is "obsessed with cleanliness" is absolute hogwash. I know children are prone to getting ill due to their undeveloped immune systems. But with every other educator I've spoken with that works with a similar age group, each has expressed concern about how often my daughter gets sick at that school, stating that INIC's cleaning practices are clearly insufficient. This is further evidenced by the email notification that we received on 11/16/22 from Ms. Violeta regarding INIC's "new" clean campus initiative, which increased INICS cleaning protocols to "add extra Dis.N.Fx treatments, in addition to current recurring treatments." And that "INIC will add extra deep cleanings, in addition to current daily professional cleanings". It seems to me that if INIC had been taking these precautions from the begenning, my child wouldn't have gotten sick and had to miss school so many times to begin with. Additionally the school failed to notify parents about confirmed diagnosis of conjunctivitis and RSV that were reported to them. I will be looking into other options as I never want to see my daughter cry like that again for being turned away from her education. read more

First submitted a review when my daughter was at INIC. She has now moved on to a dual language elementary and thriving there, thanks in large part to the strong foundation at INIC. Now our 2.5 year old son is at INIC (has been since 16 weeks) and doing really well. He's very active and has a very strong will. The school leadership (Ms. Paola) and his teacher worked with us to find solutions both in the classroom and at home. I've always found folks to be very open to feedback and trouble shooting. My only challenge is that my son is so Spanish immersed that he's almost exclusively Spanish speaking and more fluent than I am (even at 2). This has pushed me to really develop my own skills. There are no more kids coming up for us, so I'll be sad when we have to finally say our good byes to INIC in a couple of years. We were some of the original families at the first building, stayed through the transition, and love the new building. They've always made me feel that our kids are uniquely loved and enjoyed by all who are there, but I think it's true for all the kids. Our kids feel safe, secure, and have been given and environment to grow into the little people they were meant to be - curious, kind, creative kids. I can't recommend this school enough. read more

Our daughter attended INIC from 5 months old to about 18 months. We moved out of the country, but we wish we could have taken the school with us. Our experience was nothing short of spectacular. What sets INIC apart is not only its incredible educational platform (starting from pre toddler!), but also the administration's constant desire for collaboration with the parents. We were very aware of what was happening with our daughter every day. INIC is not a daycare. It is a center for preschool education. Your kids will have fun, and they will learn, and they will give make friends with their peers and their teachers. They will feel safe, they will feel cared for, and they will feel loved. Our daughter attended INIC from the time she was about 1 year old til she started Pre-K at AISD this fall. As a first time mom, I was extremely nervous leaving her anywhere! Paola and her team were very nurturing, caring, and treated our daughter like family - all while providing her with great education and play time. The level of care and attention to detail provided by INIC allowed me to feel relaxed day-to-day so that I could focus on other tasks (working full time, home, etc.) while my daughter was in school. We only had a short stay at INIC, but cannot praise the staff enough for the care they provided our son. He attended INIC from 3 months of age until 13 months old. This was also during part of the COVID pandemic and we felt safe having our son attend during this time. The staff took it very seriously with strict protocols in place. The only reason we left was because INIC was out of the way from my Husband's commute to work, therefore we switched to a daycare closer to us. This was indeed a difficult decision for us. Unfortunate. Going down hill and fast! The school has zero consistency when it comes to grading the students. The inconsistency between my children's grades is completely unfounded. During an extremely difficult transition in our family they victimized my daughter and suggested she was special-needs. They gave her the lowest possible grade in every section. My oldest daughter, who shares similar strengths with her younger sister, was given much higher scores when she attended INIC at that same age. In some areas our youngest is stronger than her older sister was. We were shocked! Thankfully, my youngest's confidence is coming back quickly. The principle makes assumptions about parents rather than addressing concerns. INIC was recommended to me from friends who had their children enrolled. When it comes to our son and his pre-schools, I like to think we are pretty well versed. He's not yet 3 and he has been in 5 pre-schools already. This was not planned of course but we had 2 unexpected international moves. What I learned from all of the pre-school and day care exposure is the following: Programming is very important- someone who is running the facility needs to have a clear understanding of childhood cognitive development and needs to have translated that understanding into a program that isn't a day to day creation but rather a long term plan. Facility- For obvious safety reasons, but also for clarity of thought, activity and good habits, a clean brightly lit facility with proper sanitation and obvious care for detail is critical. I know how I keep my home and I want my child in an environment with at least the same standards. Staff- Don't get me started......Kids are a handful, god bless teachers because it really takes someone with passion and a certain interactive ability and education to guide children and teachers as a career. I think this may be the most important component in any pre-school. When we moved back to Austin we had the fortune to meet with the director of INIC and she hit my three major points right on the head! Watching her with my son, I learn something new every time. She is excellent at understanding how to channel unharnessed energy into constructive child activity in a way that is compelling and enjoyable for him. I don't really have a clue what being an educator is like with all the requests and demands and questions from parents but the other thing that impresses me is that when we have a conversation she is not only available (!) but she really listens. What more could a parent ask for? To find all these things in one place.... well I had to go find my sticker roll and pull out a five big gold stars for INIC!!! read more

My wife and I were looking for a Bi-lingual pre-school for our son. When we met with Marytere, we were very impressed with the curriculum, the facility and the attention to detail we saw. One of my main concerns as a father is safety. I voiced this to Marytere and she stated there were several projects in the works to provide for more security. She said they were planning on re-doing the chain-link fence that surrounds the playground and adding a security camera as well. I suggested maybe a wooden fence for more privacy while the kids are playing. INIC has surprised me with their improvements. They added cameras outside the school and in the rooms. As a parent I can log into to my son's class from my laptop and observe the daily activities. They also added a computerized lock for the front door, and......a wooden fence! All within a matter of 2 weeks. We're very happy with our choice to move our son to INIC and so is he. read more

We could not feel more lucky to have our son enrolled at INIC!! We are very picky and very demanding and had struggled to find a preschool that we felt provide the type of environment we wanted for our son. As a bilingual family, my husband and I wanted a school that values the Spanish language and ensures a strong and fun curriculum and program. We also wanted a school that felt like you were leaving your child with family. Thus far we have gotten the best of all the things we wanted. Marytere is very attentive to the families and the needs of each child. Ms. G is amazing - soothing, cool, and creative with the students. INIC strikes the right balance for our son. We love the open space of the facility and the technology available to the staff. Our son loves the different rooms - especially his classroom, the little gym, and the open area with the little casita. It is just a wonderful learning environment with lots of love, care, and attention. Even in the few weeks since enrollment there have been a bunch of improvements and we just know that it going to continue to get even better! My husband and I can't believe how fortunate we were to come across INIC this summer. Our 2 year old had a wonderful time in his first ever camp/classroom setting. The directors were so friendly and available, we immediately felt at ease. The activities our son was able to do ranged from gardening to cooking to swimming to yoga. It was fantastic. We initially started him in half days but quickly extended to full days since he just seemed to be having such a good time. In addition, our son had a medical emergency while he was at camp. I'm telling all parents, he couldn't have been in better hands. Marytere and Paulo responded quickly and our guy turned out to be just fine thanks to them. You will not be disappointed if you enroll. I adore this little school in south Austin. My son started INIC when he was 2 and after two years, I have seen him blossom--socially, emotionally, physically and cognitively. The school grounds are top notch and the curriculum was thoughtfully put together. While I wish there was more art and free play, I understand the importance of following directions to prepare these kiddos for public school. Summary Do not send your children here unless you are comfortable with the following: § Your child requiring stitches due to inadequate safety measures. § Your child not being immediately taken care of in the event of an incident due to lack of organization or strategy. § Your child being offered to be sent home with other parents at pick up. § The daycare shutting at every opportunity including extended holidays, any COVID incident and/or staff training weeks. § You child's items being regularly misplaced or lost. § An owner who would rather kick you out of the school then address your valid concerns. General Inic teachers clearly have a lot of love to give and for that reason we loved it at first. It's different to other spots we toured. The teachers really adore these kids. We never got a tour of Inic due to COVID and when we asked for one two weeks ago we were still told we couldn't go into classrooms. Pick up and drop off: They gave me someone else's little girl on two occasions. A mother looked over at me and said 'well that's mortifying isn't it'. Well it sure is. Covid masks make things tough yes, but you need to put measures in place to ensure my child is not going to a stranger. They have a check in and check out system which uses a pin for all to see however I heard one teacher say to a father 'it's ok I know who you are' even though he was masked. So this system isn't full proof. Management: The current manager seems to have a ton on her hands. As kind as she is, she isn't as organized as we had hoped. Kids go to daycare for several reasons one being you have a career and a job to do each day therefore you don't have the time to dedicate attention to your little ones. Inic nor Andrea seem aware of this as much as they could be. If you email them, they'll rarely email back instead they will call several times and you end up playing a game of phone tag. Aside from this she's courteous and kind. The teachers: The teachers, as mentioned, seem so loving but they're massively disorganized. If you and your partner work then you won't have time to spend answering constant messages from the app. Not to mention constant runs to the supermarket to buy what your child requires. For example, the school will message me on a Monday asking for more diapers, Wednesday for more wipes and Friday for more cream. An organized school would train teachers to send one mass message asking for all three. This resulted in us going back and forth often to ensure they had all they needed. You'll spend a lot of time responding to them via the app. When you do eventually provide them with diapers and wipes and cream, they often misplace them. So we get further messages asking for more. When you challenge this they'll tell you they checked cameras when I'm holding a receipt which shows when I purchased everything for our kids. Then they'll threaten to charge you a dollar for every diaper they have to use from someone else. The issue with the loss of our products is that they're so staunch on the fact they don't lose anything yet our girls have been sent home without their bottles. Lost lids, no spoons, lost uniform sweaters etc. Even though everything has our daughters name on it. In conclusion, you'll spend far more time than you'd like accommodating for this place and their clumsiness, forgetfulness. Owners: Our first experience with the owner, Daniel, was a good one. We had asked him to switch the payment date for our girls for one month as we had just purchased a home and needed to change direct debit dates. He was accommodating. I'll come back to this but in short he eventually threw this back in our face, as if we couldn't afford the daycare. This was a strange interaction. Your child's well-being: Scarred for life. (busted eyebrow from hitting her head on a table in the classroom, why a table could be this sharp, we don't know, but she had stitches and it is now scarred). Cuts on her face, legs and stomach (open gashes) Bruised cheeks on a weekly basis in the summer. Home with snot stuck and dried on their faces. No means to get our child to a hospital. Once we approached Daniel again with our feedback and concern for our kids (remember him from above), he kicked us out of the school. Instead of broaching the issues of our child's health and safety, fixing the issues, offering a tour to make sure we're happy with the state of things, he sent a letter asking for us to leave by the end of December. His main excuse was 'I changed your direct debit dates'. I wouldn't trust this school, the leadership or the structure of the class. It's not my business to share but we've heard similar horror stories and our understanding is that other families are pulling their kids out. read more

This is an excellent school. My son attended from 4 months old until about age 2.5. If we had not moved, he would have stayed until kinder. He was always loved and cared for. He understands and speaks Spanish, and learned colors, shapes, numbers, and letters. It was an excellent environment, and it appears the new location will be even better! Our daughter attended this daycare for nearly 2 years and I can't express how much I love this place. The teachers and staff were wonderful. They treated my daughter so well and put my mind at ease when my husband and I first dropped her off at 3 months old. She was always so excited in the mornings when we would drop her off. The learning activities are great and really helped my daughter become bilingual. I was so sad that we had to change daycare due to us moving to another city. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this school and everyone that works there! My 2.5 year old started there at 18 months, and I have my 10 month old scheduled to start there in a couple months. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! We love how everyone knows my daughters name, and how she adores her teachers. Just the other day we were driving by INIC with her grandparents and she started crying that we weren't stopping there :) The entire facility is extremely clean, communication is AMAZING (video surveillance, newsletters, weekly pictures and daily updates via brightwheel app). My kiddo has learned SO MUCH in less than a year! We highly recommend INIC for anyone considering daycares.. particularly language immersion! I toured several daycares, and wasn't even set on an immersion daycare, but INIC beat all the others out with its positive energy, curriculum, multiple indoor and outdoor play areas, and cleanliness! Our 2 daughters have been enrolled at INIC for 2 months, and we could not be happier. The school is clean & well taken care of, with plenty of playtime in the gym and open area, but structure in their rooms during their "schooltime". There are cameras in the classrooms & gym, so you can sneak a pic at your kiddos when you miss their little faces. The director, Marytere, is always available to talk & interested in helping with any needs or questions. Our infant is taken care of by Miss Abigail, who is loving & fun with the little babies. She is so calm & peaceful, and keeps the room feeling that way as well. We couldn't imagine a better teacher to take care of our baby girl. They go on walks when the weather is nice, and have lots of activity & stimulation when inside. Definitely not the "leave your kid in a highchair all day" kind of place. Our 2 year old loves her teacher, Ms. Paola, and we do too! She's really fun, but also good with disciplining, and quick to tell us all the good things that our girl has done that day. You can tell Paola & Marytere are really paying attention to her development & understanding her as a little person. When there are behavior issues, they are dealt with firmly & fairly, just as we would like. Our girl started picking up Spanish words & using them at home within a few weeks of starting the school - we were blown away!! We think it is really advantageous for any child to learn 2 languages, and we are so happy it is in such a fun, safe, & educational environment. We enrolled our son in the infant classroom at 3 months old. He's now almost a year and it has been a great place for him to blossom from infant to toddler. The warmth and camaraderie felt among the staff and director permeates throughout. The resulting friendly atmosphere is a joy to visit and a blessing to have my child spend so much time in. We've also been very impressed with the curriculum and teaching style. Our son was a demanding infant, but the teachers in the infant classroom always managed to meet his needs and then some. I loved being able to check-in on him using the in-room camera. I saw him being toted around, rocked or provided interactive play every time I checked in. He has blossomed into a happy, social, curious toddler. He has a strong connection with the teachers and is always very excited when we arrive in the morning. He also now responds to both Spanish and English words and phrases which I feel is a great sign that he is well on his way to having two languages under his belt. My son was in summer camp and loved it! His teachers were the sweetest and most caring, which made his experience so fun and enjoyable, along with all the new friends. But I can't stress enough that the teachers were just the best: thanks to Miss Lorena and Miss Paulina for making it the best summer! For the summer camp, they have a lighter curriculum which is nice to have a structure, but didn't feel like school for the summer (it is actually fun!). Today another couple and I toured the school.At the end of the tour, (probably because they said they'd register anyways!) the couple were told that there was the spot that they wanted, but when it was my turn, I was told that the director (misteriously!) went for a meeting and would not be back for a few hours and I was gonna be called. Isn't that so professional(!)? Just because I am gonna take my time and think (just like I should), I don't "deserve" to be told whether there is a spot or not! Only because of this discrimination, I'm not gonna send my kid here! read more

My son (20 months old at the time) attended the school (summer camp) during the summer, then we moved from the area. I was so impressed with the school and staff. The teacher was attentive and thoughtful. My son came home saying new words every day and was excited to go back every morning. Had we not moved, he would have continued at IIC. Our son has attended INIC since he was 12 weeks old. We really couldn't be happier with our decision to join the INIC family. This isn't really a 'daycare', it's far more like a school. Our son is now 16 months and is thriving in ways that my oldest (now 17 years old) did not at this age - these kinds of school just weren't around at that time. I felt compelled to write a review after reading a negative one that I thought wasn't exactly fair. The admin and teachers are extremely busy but they genuinely care about your child, their well-being, and their education. I especially love that I can watch him throughout the day. Now that he's older and interacts more, watching him through the live stream learn about other cultures and how captivated he and the other kids are is just awesome! These kids are doing things at 16 months that my oldest wasn't even exposed to until age 3. INIC kids will be on a much higher level of learning when they go off to school. read more

INIC Preschool has been a great fit to our family. We were looking for a Spanish Immersion School that helped our son acquiring the language; although we are spanish speakers and talk at home in spanish, our son wasn't as interested in learning the language than he was with english. That's when we came across with INIC, we learned about their curriculum and decided to enroll our son. It's been a year since our baby has been part of the INIC community and we couldn't be happier! His language skills have improved tremendously, he is very articulate; also, because of the low ratio in the classroom, he has 1:1 attention and a close knit relationship with all of his classmates. I'd also like to recomend my son's teacher, Ms Cinthia, she has been nothing but supportive and loving to our son, she not only gives the lessons but also makes sure my son eats (picky eater) and sleeps well enough; she is very compasionate and caring with all the kids giving us a great sense of trust and thankfulness. read more

I felt blessed to have found INIC back in 2013. As parent is hard to find the perfect place to leave your children, but from the moment you walk in at INIC you can tell they really care about the kids! Their curriculum and teaching style is impressive - even for their summer camp! My family was very impressed when they first heard my daughter speaking proper Spanish! INIC has cameras outside the school and in the rooms - as a full time student's parent you can log into to see your kid's class/ daily activities (I wish they could allow that same access for returning summer camp kids as well). My 15 month old son has attended INIC for the past 8 months and we could not be any happier with the experience for him and us! We tried a different daycare at first and we only lasted a day! After that experience, we were apprehensive about daycares but decided to tour INIC after several recommendations. I'm so happy we chose to try INIC - it's not big and brand new with all the bells and whistles like some of the other daycares we've toured, but it's homey and safe and the staff have all treated my son like he was their own! I love being able to tune in to the classroom cameras if I want to see what my son is up to and I have always felt completely comfortable calling or texting the directors if I have any questions. I love that I often find the directors in the classrooms interacting with the students. Seriously, I can not say enough good things about INIC and the people there! read more

Our son has been enrolled for the summer camp program and we all are very happy. I am consistently impressed with the caring and attention each child gets, as well as the welcoming atmosphere. Information and challenges are shared easily and the style is warm, clean and engaging for the kids! I have been very impressed. Not to mention he is singing songs in spanish now and we are both learning (probably at the same level!). Our son is in Montessori during the year and I am almost considering keeping him at INIC, it is a wonderful and sweet place.
