Today was so emotional for Scarlett, Mrs. Fanny & Mr. Papi & also myself due to it being to her last day of daycare with these two most loving amazing teachers/owner's Mrs. Fanny & Mr. Papi! I will forever be so grateful Scarlett had the privilege of her 1st 3 1/2 years of learning years with you all! We love yall unconditionally! We are so thankful & most grateful for you both and Mrs. Dolores too with big loving smiles and open arms from the morning dropping her off from the afternoon picking her up! You all have went above and beyond for My Rose & I will forever be thankful most of all Scarlett was so blessed to have you all as loving teachers! My daughter attended this daycare a little over a year, we had an amazing experience! All the staff treat the kids with great care , Mrs.Fanny was very helpful she worked with my schedule and my daughter is a very picky eater but she would take the time to sit down with her to make sure she ate. New Generation is a true hidden gem. I was very nervous to take my 10 month old baby to day care- she is now 2 and thriving at this school. We toured many centers and the minute I met Mrs Fanny I had a good feeling. She is an incredible director and the teachers are all very caring and attentive. They take care of my daughter as if she was their own family. The wonderful care paired with the value can't be beat. I have been taking my daughter to New Generation for over a year now, and I must say I absolutely love love love it! Mrs. Fanny & Carlos the owners & teacher's too are so amazing and loving with not only my daughter but with all the children there It's like home away from home for my kiddo! I never 2nd guess when I leave my daughter in the morning with one of another amazing teachers Mrs.Dolores she too greets my daughter with open arms and a loving smile. Then there's Mrs. Jeanette another amazing teacher that also gives all the children unconditional love! I can honestly say my child is taught very well with ABC's colors and shapes and last but respect! Love this amazing daycare! I can't say enough great things about New Generation Preschool! As a parent you want the best for your little ones - even more with the pandemic. Ms. Fanni and her staff were AMAZING! My daughter can be a little extra sensitive at times, but Ms. Fanni's love and care always put her at ease. They had plenty of learning activities and celebrations throughout the different months. Even though my little one is bilingual, she now prefers English, and I was surprised when she start singing in Spanish "Mariposita que esta en la cocina..." meaning the "butterfly that is in the kitchen..." song. Ms. Fanni is quick to communicate. The kids are always received with enthusiasm and at the end of the day they are all smiles. We appreciated the safe practices for preventing COVID, drop off outside the door, always taking temperatures, staff wearing masks, and access to hand sanitizer at the entrance. We are forever thankful for their kindness towards our family and little one. read more

If you're looking for a nurturing and affordable daycare in Austin then New Generation daycare is it. As a first time mom, I already hate having to use a daycare for my son but the directors, Fanny & Carlos Cardona made me feel like family. The teachers here are loving & caring. They're advice is generally spot on & their records from DHS show they know what they are doing. They have been a dream come true. My son has learned so much & I never worry how he will be treated because they are so attentive to his needs & mine. I LOVE LOVE LOVE MsFranny & MrCarlos & alllll the teachers here and I am not the only ones...my cousin had her daughters go to New Generation Daycare grin the time they were babies until they started school. When I had my baby in 2018, I was very scared to send him anywhere but I knew I had to because I needed to get back to work...my cousin recommended them very highly & he started at 3 months old. I was able to visit as much as needed because I was a new Mommy again & they helped with having to be away from him (we all know how that goes) he is now 3 years old and I have literally not have had any problems!! He loves going to daycare, always comes home happy, healthy & with new songs to sing to us!! I also recommended my coworker & her daughter has been going there now for a few months!! Both our of kiddos are so happy when we pick them up, not to mention the good foods they make fresh, daily!!! This place is an honest Blessing for us Mommy's & Daddy's!! I love this daycare so much! Not only is it conveniently located in between work and home, the caregivers are phenomenal! Ms. Fanny, Ms. Karelia and Ms. Dolores treat my baby as if he was their own family. They are so wonderful to all the kiddos that attend and they give me great peace of mind. Not for my son. I give it no stars!!! The app made me pick one star. He attended for 2 months total. He was 26 months old and put in the class for 24months and younger. He was being bullied by other students and came home multiple times with marks on his body. I questioned the staff the first time I noticed a mark on my sons face, with a response of "I'm not sure it's normal at his age group, the director is away with a family emergency and I will ask and get back to you." ....I never got a response... Over the two months I noticed my sons behavior significantly got more uncontrollable while he was not getting his way. I would get on his level and say this is unacceptable breath... my sons response was to go to the corner and scream. After the 4th time my son came home with marks he had multiple scratches on both sides of his face and his nose too. It was the first time the staff wrote an incident report. And his teacher apologized that day, Friday, when I picked him up. She said she was across the room and often cannot get there in time to stop these things from happening. I spoke with my son about the incident at home and he explained that his face was grabbed and his head was hit against something. I'm not sure if his was bitten but he bit me that weekend and left a nasty bruise. I confronted the director that Monday while my son was at home for the day. She gave me a copy of the report. It wrote that another student tried to take my sons ball, my son defended himself and the child scratched him. Director explained that this is normal child behavior.. I told her it was punishable by law in Texas because it's not normal or healthy for one child of any age to harm another child. She asked if I took pictures and I said no.. she asked why I didn't tell her immediately and I said she wasn't available. She got out her log book and kept going over it saying it never happened. I asked her to ask the teacher about my asking about my sons scratches. requesting why his new behavior of going to the corner was appearing and she disregarded it say that they didn't do that and he learned it at home because I was teaching him to go stand in the corner when he wasn't getting his way.. I was shocked to say the least.. she said she would be dropping my son from the roll that day... by the end of the conversation we agreed I would observe my son the next day in the class rom next to his and it was in her policy for parents not to be present in the classroom... I said that's perfect... The next day, Tuesday, November 7th 2017. We arrived late 930 ish am and the director was not there. I explained the agreement when the teacher tried to get me to leave. She said come back later and then explained that the rules are for the parents to be outside of the classroom. And that trey tailored the discipline to each student as they knew everyone and the parent very well. I said I understood and agreed the same with the director the day prior, as the director walked in... she had me leave and go around to her office door were she let me sneak in to the baby's room( under 24 months old). My son was currently eating in the infants room and the director went to get my son and carried him into the room I was in again I was shocked. She set the policy and made me agree upon it in a signed document... the disregarded it her self. It was not long my son had to use the potty and we went they explained no one in the class was potty trained... I told them my son was working on potty training when I enrolled him and they said that would be fine... I quickly realized that they had not been honest about anything and that my son needed to go. The director met us in the hall outside of the bathroom and said my son was 22 moths old and not potty trained, regaurdless of us speaking about his progress multiple times. She suggested I take my son home and I agreed. She got his stuff for me and helped me with a bag. I explained my son was dorm on this day and year and his age was26 months. She replied she had 50+ kids and couldn't keep track of them all. I told her it was in my sons paper work and that it was her agreement that she was responsible for these details. We left as she slammed the door behind us. I have most of it on video and all of it on audio recording. Maybe for your child not my concern!!! read more
