We were not able to go up into the attic due to our age to see for ourselves how bad it was. Called Alliance and explained the situation. Kelly came over within a few hours, took photos, exactly explained the situation, told us our options, ordered a new water heater and set us up to have it installed on Monday. Kelly and Alfredo arrived on time on Monday, installed the new water heater, took photos and cleaned up. The quick turnaround possibly saved us from having a leak through our ceiling. Watching them work on this project prompted us to ask if they would replace our bathroom faucets and shower heads. We never felt uncomfortable with all the time they spent coming in and out of our home. We will definitely use them again.

Project: Water Heater Installation…read more Alex was professional, arrived on time, extremely experienced and polite. He was scheduled for a repair on various items relating to gas. After the diagnosis, he made a few recommendations ... not an upsale but a requirement due to the age of the unit. Ultimately, a new water heater was installed plus other items. The project was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up nice and hauled away everything. After a few months, the inspector reported the water heater was manufactured in 2005 and hence, out of warranty. I contacted Alex and he responded. It turned out the inspector made an error which resulted with incorrect information. The unit was manufactured in 2025. This goes to show you Alex will not ghost you after the work was installed and invoice was fully paid. He will help you with whatever you need after the work has been done and paid for. That says a lot about the business and its integrity. Character counts! I highly recommend Alex! You be glad you did!

Texas James Plumbing originally quoted me $840 for a minor leak that only required PEX crimping - a job that shouldn't cost anywhere near that. When I called out the outrageous price, they dropped it to $420, more than a 50% reduction, without any real justification. I addressed the issue with the office to be helpful and Christy, the owner's wife, dismissed my concerns with spiteful remarks rather than questioning why their plumber dramatically changed the price. She mentioned her husband but didn't acknowledge the blatant pricing manipulation happening under their business. In the end, I had the issue fixed for just $97 elsewhere. It's clear that this company is out to scam innocent people who may not know better. If you care about fair pricing and transparency, I would strongly advise against using this company.
