Please read! Over…read morethe past several months I had issues with my Navien tankless water heater. Several plumbers have come and gone without resolve. Navien asks you use one of their certified companies to diagnose. Alfonso's team came out and started the process. For a couple of weeks I was frustrated at the process that Navien makes the technicians take to solve the issue. Paying for parts I may have not needed etc. Understandably, I started to become frustrated and upset. So I would reach out to Alfonso for clarity and resolve. He was extremely patient with me and understanding the whole time. Hearing me out and my concerns while also breaking down the process and why it needed to be done this way. Over a few weeks, Alfonso came out and solved the issue with a check valve malfunction, after having replaced the motherboard and flow sensors (which for the Flow sensor they helped get Navien to cover). The diagnoses payment was steep in my opinion, but I would consider paying it again to have Alfonso and his crew fix an issue I cant solve. What's my takeaway? in summary, Alfonso and his team where with me in my frustration and didnt give up. Alfonso kept telling me "I am here with you to get this figured out until the end." To me, having someone like that care about people enough to not give up or get overwhelmed and pass the buck, is incredibly hard to find in people now adays. I pray continued success for Alfonso and his team and they will be my "go-to" for years to come. Thank you to Sirius plumbing and thank you for not giving up on this plumbing issue.

The owner, Steven Denney, said it would be Wednesday, so I said that's ok. I needed something sooner. He said he would have someone out by 6 pm. I used them once before for another job where the work was fine but terrible attitude by the technician or plumber. He clearly did not want to be there. Never again. ***edit: I had another plumber come out and the issue was unrelated to the work Santhoff had done. As a result, I have updated my rating. However, based on Santhoff's response to my original rating we clearly have a difference of opinion about backing up your work. Had this been handled differently, Santhoff would have retained a customer who has had 3 separate jobs with them. I won't be using them again.

I did not realize the "service fee" is just for them to come to your house. Once there I was told it would be another $400+ to install the unit (Home Depot does installation for $225). Once they installed the new unit, I was told they needed another part to connect the dishwasher which would be another $100+ dollar charge and that they did not have that part in the van and would have to go get it. Update* Santhoff sent someone out and covered the cost of the repair to our cabinet.

A plumber (Jimmy) was on his way to my house at 8 am. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He replaced my garbage disposal and refit the pipes under the sink so that food didn't fly up the other side of the sink when the disposal was used. He was very tidy, friendly and the cost was much lower than I anticipated. Able Plumbing came highly recommended by my neighbors and I see why! I will definitely hire them in the future for any plumbing needs.

I paid a fraction of the price of what the other professional requested, and for the repair, I need no more than calling the City of Houston and ask them to take care of it. Beware: Texas Premier Plumbing Did Not Complete the Work They Claimed…read more I hired Texas Premier Plumbing twice to tunnel under my home and replace all cast-iron plumbing. Both times, I was told the work was complete. A few years later, I had another plumbing issue, only to discover that cast-iron pipes are still under my house -- meaning the work I paid for was not fully done. When I tried to address the issue: * Phone calls were ignored. * Emails went unanswered. * When I finally called from a different number and asked to speak to the owner, I was repeatedly given the runaround by the receptionist, probably the wife. Once she realized I was recording the call (for accuracy), she hung up on me. Now, they won't answer at all. This level of dishonesty, unresponsiveness, and avoidance is completely unprofessional. I'm escalating this matter to the Better Business Bureau and considering other options. If you're considering using this company, I strongly recommend you think twice. I trusted them -- and they failed me.
