Furthermore, the service team failed to note the age discrepancy of the other tires already on the vehicle, and neglected to inform me of the shop's free rotation policy, which is critical for proper tire maintenance. As a direct result of these omissions, the newly installed tires have experienced premature, uneven wear and require complete replacement after only 7,000 miles. When I brought this issue to the shop's attention, the only resolution offered was a $30 discount on a new set of tires. This token gesture does not adequately address the premature failure of the product caused by the shop's failure to provide standard professional advisement at the time of installation.

Wednesday I was fuming I call all I got was I'm working on it. Thursday vacation day still no communication. I've lost my deposit at this point. But do they care no. Finally 5: 00 it was ready but too late for me to go anywhere. But nice of him to say your bill is 311.97. just make it 300 I guess that 11 is supposed to help with that 400.09 I lost. I will never use these people again
