We hired Bo to replace a piece of glass for a door over month ago. We put a deposit on the piece of…read moreglass since it was a custom order. He has still not come out to replace the glass, despite receiving the glass nearly 3 weeks ago. He scheduled an appointment to come on 4/27 and then had to postpone it, but never showed up. He is not answering calls or texts. We called from a different number and he returned the call immediately. He had no excuses for why he was not answering my husband's phone calls and claims he did not receive any text messages. We made another appointment for 5/2 between 1-2. He didn't show for this one either. We attempted to call him from 3 separate numbers and he did not answer. He still has not replied to any texts. At this point it is clear he has no intention of finishing the job. His MO appears to be to take a deposit and string you along until he can't anymore, then he proceeds to ignoring and blocking your number. Not sure how he has any good reviews since this is how he conducts his business. I definitely should have researched this business more thoroughly, as I've had the same exact experience as the other 1 star reviews. Bo, you have mine and my husbands numbers if you want to make this right, otherwise I want our money back.

Surprise, surprise he didn't order the correct parts so 3 glass panels sat in my bathroom for weeks more. I was patient, understanding and calm since Rome is a small town and I own a small business here as well. After a job that I was told would take 2 weeks took 2 months. During this time, I had another home that needed a shower door. Again same story, 2 weeks, and more excuses. Finally after 1.5 months later, it is installed. As we agreed via text in writing we had a date of when he would be paid since this was apart of my business and not a personal purchase. Friday rolls along and he starts demanding money from me. I referred back to our agreement and he became angry and hostile and advised me that he was charging me an additional $200 since he had to wait even though we had an agreement in writing of when he would receive his check. After he hung up on me he immediately texted apologizing but my opinion of him is sealed. I still have the text for proof. Not a business Id ever patron again. Unprofessional and typical contractor for this area. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Besides not showing up without any calls the day of service appointment, when they finally showed up and replaced my windshield, it resulted to an error code on my dashboard. I immediately called them, but after their tech came back, I was told there is nothing else he can do and I should call the shop the next day. It also resulted to more error codes. I called Safelite customer service to ask for warranty service call and had to go back and forth between different depts. until I was finally transferred to their store /service manager. To my disappointment and surprise, the manager insisted that the error codes are not their fault and that i should "just charge my battery and drive my vehicle and it will all go away". This is after I told him numerous times that the Mercedes Dealership stated that its a safety concern since it involves the front airbags. I even reminded him that driving it with safety issues is a big risk and asked him if he is willing to take responsibility if it resulted to injury and possibly death. He still insisted that he is right because he said so, and even if the experts in Mercedes Benz says otherwise. This is the kind of service that this location provides. It doesn't matter that Safelite states they provide" lifetime warranty on their workmanship as long as you own the vehicle" . To think that this issue resulted 5 minutes after the installation. Imagine calling them after 5 months or 1 year. I have no choice but to escalate this to their corporate and legal dept. because the management team in this location doesn't care about Safelite's promise to their customers.
