By the end of the next week we had heard nothing. we called and he answered stating he wasnt sure if the glass had come in but he would check and get back to us. Crickets....no further communication or responses after multiple calls and text. We are on a fixed income and are so disappointed. It's week 3 now. Maybe he'll come through but I'm not confident and feel as if he stole our money.

He has still not come out to replace the glass, despite receiving the glass nearly 3 weeks ago. He scheduled an appointment to come on 4/27 and then had to postpone it, but never showed up. He is not answering calls or texts. We called from a different number and he returned the call immediately. He had no excuses for why he was not answering my husband's phone calls and claims he did not receive any text messages. We made another appointment for 5/2 between 1-2. He didn't show for this one either. We attempted to call him from 3 separate numbers and he did not answer. He still has not replied to any texts. At this point it is clear he has no intention of finishing the job. His MO appears to be to take a deposit and string you along until he can't anymore, then he proceeds to ignoring and blocking your number. Not sure how he has any good reviews since this is how he conducts his business. I definitely should have researched this business more thoroughly, as I've had the same exact experience as the other 1 star reviews. Bo, you have mine and my husbands numbers if you want to make this right, otherwise I want our money back.

Surprise, surprise he didn't order the correct parts so 3 glass panels sat in my bathroom for weeks more. I was patient, understanding and calm since Rome is a small town and I own a small business here as well. After a job that I was told would take 2 weeks took 2 months. During this time, I had another home that needed a shower door. Again same story, 2 weeks, and more excuses. Finally after 1.5 months later, it is installed. As we agreed via text in writing we had a date of when he would be paid since this was apart of my business and not a personal purchase. Friday rolls along and he starts demanding money from me. I referred back to our agreement and he became angry and hostile and advised me that he was charging me an additional $200 since he had to wait even though we had an agreement in writing of when he would receive his check. After he hung up on me he immediately texted apologizing but my opinion of him is sealed. I still have the text for proof. Not a business Id ever patron again. Unprofessional and typical contractor for this area. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

If you are looking for a company that gets the order right. Again, not Kennesaw glass I took them a window frame 2 weeks ago for a replacement pane. the glass was manufactured too small for the frame. they promised to expedite the replacement glass and it took longer than the original job. I spoke with them Tuesday and they said the order was to be delivered yesterday and they would get to it first thing today and have it ready early afternoon. I called to check 6 hours after opening and they told me that they hadn't done anything and it would be tomorrow. I had to beg them to get it back as I needed to install the window frame today as I am leaving town for the weekend. they rushed it alright and it shows. the frame is missing pieces around the glaze and the weather strip is hanging half off the bottom. it add insult to injury the glass is the wrong tint and is an eyesore mismatch on my house. I ask them to make good on it and the owner offered y$25. off a +$200. job. The owner told me personally that he doesn't care about reviewa. I hope you do now!

I was in a situation where I was holding up my sliding glass door because it had fallen off the railing at the top floor of my deck And I just tried and tried and couldn't get it back in. But somehow was able to put it back temporarily on the track. A technicians over the next day. Definitely my hero! Jim the technician Had adjusted the rollers and sprayed the tracks for easier sliding. I will definitely use them again for replacing my window panes in the coming months.
